If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Departure is 4 hours late. Missed connecting flight at Istanbul. Asked us to pay for Visa to stay in hotel. Did not have money. Also forgot to take Credit card from USA. As per the rule Airlines has to pay for Visa. They never paid. Asked us to pay. Totally harassment. Never book Turkish Airlines in my remaining whole life. Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Nadelen: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nadelen: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !"

Voordelen: "Food has improved a lot on business class. Meals are more creative."
Nadelen: "Water bottles not given out unless ou ask for it. Crew needs to better trained with how to handle business class..."

Voordelen: "I liked the crew, they were professional and tried their best"
Nadelen: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Voordelen: "Great hospitality. Champagne as apero, cognac as digestif. Excellent on board entertainment. Comfy pillow and blanket."

Nadelen: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."

Voordelen: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."

Voordelen: "I didn’t actually liked the entertainment"
Nadelen: "I just didn’t enjoy the entrainment."

Nadelen: "Window pane was broken on my side and I couldn't shut it down. As it was a day flight the sun heated my skin badly"

Voordelen: "The price 50€ cheaper than the other operators. Quick flight. Kind crew."
Nadelen: "Lack organisation for checking. No difference if you have done the checking online. No breakfast on a 7am flight though included in the price."

Voordelen: "It was on time"
Nadelen: "Food was AWFUL! Better to serve nothing"

Voordelen: "The check in process was much better in the CFG airport than SFO. Very organized."
Nadelen: "The food was mediocre on this flight. The seats also are surprisingly uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Air France lost my luggage and they can't find it in the computer system."

Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Voordelen: "It didn't take longer to board! Crew with great attitude Take off and landing were just great"
Nadelen: "My sandwich, it contained too much pepper, I mean too muuuuuch My narrow seat No entertainment"

Voordelen: "That it was a night flight"
Nadelen: "No airconditioning, no food choice, no space."

Voordelen: "Good movies"
Nadelen: "I was told that I can make a change with no extra cost to me. Yea right what a rip off. I paid double for a the tickets."

Nadelen: "Nice flt, competent and diligent cabin crew. But at ck in they assessed a $20.25 carryon bag fee even though my reservation via Kayak said one carryon was included. (It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)"

Voordelen: "Crew was very friendly!"
Nadelen: "all was excellent!"

Voordelen: "Nobody bugged me"
Nadelen: "I like attention"

Voordelen: "Comfortable seats; very pleasant flight crew and they even served snacks."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed more than 6 hours...and they just dragged us along one hour at a time, effectively ruining our day"

Nadelen: "Par contre au moment de l achat du vol il m a fait choisir mes sièges dont j ai payé 13$ et quand j arrive à l aéroport il faut choisir des sièges donc j ai payé 68$ pour rien je vais faire annule la transaction chez visa"

Voordelen: "Ce qui m'aurait plu c'est de ne pas être obligée de voyager avec un chien . Qu'est ce que un chien faisait dans un avion en train de voyager avec les passagers? Pas de liesse, et la seule fois que je l'ai vu dans une cage, c'etait pour le transporter c'est pendant le debarquement."
Nadelen: "Pour un vol international de plus de 4 heures est plutôt surprenant, et desagreable, le fait que l'equipage de l'avion n'ait jamais offert de rafraichissements pendant le vol (never mind de nourriture). Il a fallu que les passagers demandent, à la pièce, d'avoir quelque chose à boire, pour en avoir"

Nadelen: "Plane was delayed for an hour, Mexico city federal police was there and some other teams to ask quest about if someone had approached us to hide something or if they touched us without our permission...it's was weird but this delayed the whole trip."

Nadelen: "Le personnel a l’enregistrement préfère parler entre eux plutôt que vous apporter de l’attention. ces personnes ne devraient pas travailler au contact des clients."

Voordelen: "Personnel très aimable. Cabine moderne et fonctionnel. Siège confortable."
Nadelen: "Les sièges business devrait être un petit peu plus large au niveau des épaules en position lit. Mes épaules touchées des 2 côtes. Aussi prévoit un petit peu plis de place au niveau des pieds aussi en position lit."

Voordelen: "le personnel très professionnel et affable. La traduction anglaise manque de volume et très difficile à entendre sur les 4 avions"
Nadelen: "Le confort des sièges et la station de divertissement très médiocre"

Voordelen: "À l'heure. Personnel sympathique!"

Nadelen: "En arrivant à Montréal, il n'y avait pas de fauteuil roulant pour mon épouse. Elle a du marché tout l'aéroport jusqu'à la douane ce qui est très long pour quelqu'un d'anticiper. C'est la seule place où nous avons du nous débrouiller seul."

Voordelen: "Crew was great"
Nadelen: "Wi-Fi never worked going both directions. Also the gate was changed twice. The last change was less than 30 mins before departure and I almost missed my flight!"

Nadelen: "Une seule toilette fonctionnait durant le voyage. Beaucoup d’attente pour les utiliser."

Nadelen: "Nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure sans nouvelles avant de se faire dire que nous aurions encore 1 h de plus de retard. Nous sommes partie avec près de 3 h de retard. Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Voordelen: "Vol pas trop long."
Nadelen: "Délai d'embarquement et pas de divertissement."

Voordelen: "Espace dans l'avion. Divertissement."
Nadelen: "Pas de choix de repas."

Voordelen: "Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous voyageons avec AeroMexico. Nous avons toujours eu un voyage satisfaisant pour un prix excellent."

Nadelen: "On my way back, it took long time to check the luggage in I was seated almost at the end. No personal t.v."

Nadelen: "Let a dog on board that barked the entire flight."

Nadelen: "Annulation du vol de retour apres un no-show à l’aller. Aucune information de leur part. J’ai du racheter 3 billets d’avion, plus de 2000$ de frais. Derniere fois avec cette compagnie."

Voordelen: "Un check-in incroyable, un personnel très attentionné de l'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement. Vol avec 1 heure d'avance sur le nouveau Boeing Dreamliner. Diner copieux, service de boissons à répétition. Espace pour les jambes entre les sièges."
Nadelen: "Le système de divertissement n'est pas le meilleur (contrairement à Emirates ou British Airways)."

Voordelen: "She was not interested at all in providing a good service, rude with older people, not a smile at all during the flight. In the connexion from Mexico city to Santiago the flight attendances were very nice, but I don't understand why you keep in the job someone that is not in the mood for working excellent"

Nadelen: "The delay was awful. They rebooked us on flights landing the next day by evening when we had to reach there by early morning"

Voordelen: "Flight crew"
Nadelen: "No complementary anything. Baggage prices are ridiculous."

Nadelen: "Vol de nuit. Mon siege ne s inclinait pas. J en ai parlé avec l agente de bord et elle m a dit que si je le desirais j pouvais changer. Quand je lui en ai fait la demande elle ne s en ai pas occuper et je suis resté avec mon siege situé entre D et F. Avec en plus le passager devant moi qui a incliné son siege. Disons que j avais peu place. La climatisation ne semblait pas fo ctionner il faisait trop chaud. J avais un transfert a faire a Mexico pour Managua. A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."
