Nadelen: "Flight Delays: It happens, BUT every flight, but 1 was severely delayed leaving, arriving, and then departing again. The only flight that left and arrived on time was Guatemala to Mexico City. Mis information from Flight Crew: Aero Mexico flight crew put everyone in a panic on flight from LAX to MEX and Guatemala to MEX by saying that everyone had to pick up their luggarge.. even if you were just in transit to another country. Once I went down and asked Information, they stated that I did not need to pick up my bags as they would in fact be transportated to my final destination. When I told AeroMexico about this.. they didn’t seem to care that they were saying something completely different to everyone on their planes. In the future I will avoid booking with Aero Mexico.. I felt vulnerable and that Mexico didn’t have its clients in their best interest. Additionally, their lack of WiFi is embarrassingly cheap of them. Guatemala has free wifi, I assumed everywhere provides wifi for its visitors. Mexico supposedly gives you 5 min free and they don’t make that easy to access."

A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."

Nadelen: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

She also had a baby which ended up with its head in my lap and she spills formula on me. My body was so contorted I couldn’t sleep the whole flight and it was a 14 hour flight. Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"

Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seating. Almost 2 hrs delay leaving Chicago forced us to miss train connection in Paris. Bad layover times to get back to the States, almost 9 hrs was the only choice available."

Nadelen: "This flight was actually on an American 777. One of the older models. For an almost 9+ hour flight, the in-seat entertainment systems need to be upgraded. The seats did not have USB charging capabilities, the selection of movies at the seat consisted of about 8 choices, and the screen size wasn't much larger than that of an iPhone 6 Plus. This was supposed to be a British Airlines flight, but it really was an American flight. I expected to be on a BA aircraft, which would have probably been upgraded."

Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."

I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

Voordelen: "no problems on flight. complimentary wine."
Nadelen: "seats bit tight for international flight. why do I have to pay more for more leg room"

Voordelen: "Great crew and flight attendants, kept us informed of everything, very helpful and prompt on all questions and requests. Movie selection was impressive. Boarding was efficient and flight even left early. Surprisingly pleasant experience in economy for a long flight."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time"
Nadelen: "One extremely tiny bathroom for the whole plain for a 4.5 hours flight. The bathroom line snaked through the plane the entire flight No complementary water or any sort of drink Seats were very uncomfortable I fly a lot and this flight was the worst by far"

Voordelen: "Not u til lDr momie"

Voordelen: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
Nadelen: "See above. I didn't like anything, this might have been the worst flight I've ever had to Brussels. I thought I booked a European carrier, but ugh it was actually United. They only care about business class and first class."

Voordelen: "not much"
Nadelen: "Food was awful. earplugs terrible"

Voordelen: "Nice food, good crew"

Nadelen: "Had to run from complete opposite ends of the Denver airport to catch my flight. I had 10 minutes once off the plane and in the terminal to reach my gate to SF and I was in a walking boot do to an ankle injury. Once sweaty on board the flight was turned back to the terminal delayed three hours and I missed my flight home that day. I then spent from 11pm to 8am in the terminal"

Voordelen: "This overhead bag thing is just nuts. We were told there was no more room for bags after visibly panicked attendant came running up the jetway. Five poor people got their bags checks, then the plan was abandoned. In row 31, there were still empty bins. Do yourselves a big favor, UAL, and make it easier, not harder to fly. I have flown United for 30+ years but when you start charging for overhead bins, I am gone. This is insane. Win your customers' loyalty if you want your profits to rise."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht van Honolulu naar LA in moderne Boeing 737-900 van alle gemakken voorzien."

Voordelen: "Very professional flight crew and ground crew."
Nadelen: "Did not want to leave Merida."

Voordelen: "Just about everything was perfect. lots of leg room in economy plus, seat next to me stayed empty, the meals were very taste. And the crew members were extremely professional. It was just a perfect experience."

Voordelen: "Good selection of entertainment."

Nadelen: "It is 6:50 PM. We are at the airport in Merida, Mexico. We were scheduled to leave at 8:22 AM this morning. The flight was delayed twice, due to maintenance. We are now scheduled to leave at 9:00 PM. The plane is coming in from Houston. An airline as large as United could have sent another plane here instead of having us wait 13 hours. We have a 4 hour drive to get home after arriving Houston."
