Nadelen: "Flight attendants need to enforce all policies. It makes no sense to enforce a seat being leaned back a 1/2 inch but allow a Face Mask be worn as a Chin Guard through the entire flight instead wearing it properly!"

Nadelen: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "I had a woman way too large for her seat crowd 6 inches into my seat which I paid extra for and she did not. She also had a baby which ended up with its head in my lap and she spills formula on me. My body was so contorted I couldn’t sleep the whole flight and it was a 14 hour flight. Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"

Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seating. Almost 2 hrs delay leaving Chicago forced us to miss train connection in Paris. Bad layover times to get back to the States, almost 9 hrs was the only choice available."

Nadelen: "We sat in Charlotte on the runway and had to run to our connection. The airport seems too small for the amount of traffic. We usually try to avoid Charlotte, but it was the only way to use frequent flyer miles"

Nadelen: "Deplaned very orderly for distancing, but then on tarmac into crowded bids during COVID. Really?? What gives?? Lots of empty jetways! So sloppy, or something!"

Nadelen: "they lie to you, they tell you that your luggage is included and then it's not and it cost you $300 more. only one meal in 9 hour flight. Find another company and another searcher"

Nadelen: "When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline."

Nadelen: "Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned."

Nadelen: "I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Nadelen: "My fare did not include a checked bag. I find it hard to believe that anyone would take an intercontinental flight without checking a bag. The fee to check a bag at the airport is $150. This sounds like something a shady company would pull off. Was very disappointed, not what I expected from Air Europa"

Nadelen: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

Nadelen: "We took off 30 minutes late without an explanation. The crew never spoke to me or asked if I needed anything. I was bumped many times by crew members as they walked past."

Nadelen: "Wifi awful. Requested refund. Crew never answered calls. One particularly rude, spilled water on my wife and just moved on."

Voordelen: "In my opinion this to me was the best customer service experience ever on an aircraft. Crew was polite and attentive. Offered food and drinks which most airlines don't do anymore. A+!!"

Nadelen: "The planes were pretty antiquated and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. They were no oxygen ports which was troublesome for long 8 hour flights. Lack of fresh air! Only 10kg weight limit for carry on luggage."

Nadelen: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"

Voordelen: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Nadelen: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

Nadelen: "The employee at check in in Italy was not nice"

Nadelen: "The flight coming in was delayed so we were too late to make our connection - although we were told repeatedly that we would make it and that our connection to NY would be held for us. We ran for catch our flight only to find out that it had already taken off. No one we spoke to in Madrid was helpful (in fact, they were rather dismissive) until we finally spoke to a rep at customer service who provided us with our new flight (the next day with another airline) and our hotel arrangements"

Nadelen: "Could not check-in 24 hours in advance. No free drink due to 1 hour flight; water would have been good."

Voordelen: "The staff were very kind, communicated well (I'm English speaking only), and the entertainment and food were decent. No internet for me, as it was pay only, even on a transatlantic flight. I would likely fly with them again."

Voordelen: "The Airbus 330-200 offers a 2 by 4 by 2 seating plan. We like the 2 seats together on the window sides of this aircraft. Boarding by rows numbers stops the push and shove and allows for much improved crowd control. Plane departed and arrived on time."
Nadelen: "Much more fluid needs to be offers during flights . Also more variety of flavoured juices is required. The toilet were a mess and need more regular servicing More fruit needs to be added to menu"

Voordelen: "The flight was quite full I was told when I asked for a window seat. They said the only seat available was an exit row seat which would cost me $65 more. I wasn't happy about that & asked the manager if there was anything he could do for me. In the end I ended up paying the extra to guarantee my seat. Then at the gate my name was called and I was given a complete upgrade to business class at no extra charge. It was great! And I actually got some sleep on the flight. Thank you Air Europa"
