Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "same remark : Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "I had a most pleasant experience flying from New York, NY to Kiev, Ukraine. Everything about the service was just right. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. From now on I will only fly Turkish Airlines when going to Kiev."

Voordelen: "Entertainment selection was decent, I was especially impressed by the very wide variety of music to listen to. The crew were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The plane was clean and presentable, especially the lavatories. The seats were comfortable and the blankets provided worked well too."
Nadelen: "Food was bland and the chicken dish was dry and difficult to chew. Movie selection on the entertainment system was mediocre, with limited variety of films in general and especially limited variety in languages other than English and Arabic. A problem which I encountered on board was a big gap between the ventilation panel at the base of the wall and the flooring, through which the dessert of my meal fell and which presented the risk of losing further items. I hope this is fixed promptly."

Nadelen: "We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing."

Nadelen: "The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates."

Nadelen: "My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good."

Nadelen: "Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!"

Nadelen: "One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight."

Nadelen: "The tickets issued to us specified that we were allowed 2 pieces of checked luggage each piece max of 23 Kg. The check in staff refused to accept the baggage allowance as was shown in the ticket . They insisted that the agent issued the ticket wrongly and they will only allow 2 pieces weighing total 30 kg. It was embarrassing as we had brought luggage as per tickets issued. IF THE AGENT APPOINTED BY OMAN AIR HAD ISSUED A WRONG TICKET, IT IS THE PRINCIPAL WHO IS RESPONSIBLE WHICH IN THIS CASE IS OMAN AIR. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND OMAN AIR HAS TO COMPENSATE. The entertainment screens did not work for quite some time."

Voordelen: "Nice Service. On ground is ok. At least people are not rude. In flight is also ok. Nothing special. That's ok for me as long as they are not rude or obnoxious."
Nadelen: "Entertainment options are limited. This is such a short flight I normally watch series. Their selection is not the best. Boarding in Muscat Airport is always a mess."

Voordelen: "Staff trying to think of what we need before they ask for it. Impressive."
Nadelen: "All was fine"

Voordelen: "Nearly all staff very professional and trying to 'be the best'. Generous with drinks."
Nadelen: "Bizarre incident with FA over meal. I'm on left aisle of middle row of 3 seats. Another customer is on the other aisle. Middle seat empty. Both meal trolleys moving up aisles, ten seconds apart. FA leans over me and asks the man on the other aisle what he wants to eat and serves him. I'm busy putting netbook away so my tray table will be empty. FA 'forgets' to invite me to eat. This is an Arab airline???! In 49 years of air travel I have never seen such a thing. I sit there wondering what on earth is happening. Weeks later I'm still bewildered."

Nadelen: "I bought expensive souvenirs from Kathmandu duty free and they refused to me at boarding gate that it's heavy, after long explanation they took my bag and said that I'd collect it at Abu Dhabi airport but never put it on flight even. Supervisor was extremely unreasonable and was not willing to understand that weight issue doesn't apply on duty free shopping."

Voordelen: "It is worth it to pay a little more for exit seats. They were very comfortable. The agents at checkin were very helpful. I came with a backpack, a roller bag I often can carry on and another bag to check.The bag allowance was just one to check. They wouldn't let me carry on my roller bag because it was too heavy. They encouraged me first to rearrange the luggage to make the one light enough to carry on, by putting some in the other bag that was being checked, But I explained that bag was already full. So they urged me to get my two bags wrapped together so that there would not be an extra bag charge. The ticket agent also came out to look for me---I hadn't realized they boarded so early---and walked with me to the gate. That was very nice of them. There were snacks and beverages on both flights and friendly stewardesses, and lots of movies to choose from."
Nadelen: "The second flight I didn't get the exit seats and was a bit cramped, but that was a shorter flight, so it didn't matter much."

Voordelen: "The price was great. Nothing not to like about my experience."
Nadelen: "Although they claimed to be affiliated to StarAlliance, they were not able to include my StarAlliance membership number."

Voordelen: "Everything was awesome!"

Nadelen: "What airline in 2017 requires you to present your credit card if booked using CC at time of bording, then takes 20 minutes to verify this? Oman air does. In addition, they called me to tell me my flight time changed and so decided to push the flight back one day, so they rebooked me. Then at airport was told i missed my flight...completely maddening and had to throw a fit before they finally booked us on the flight we were told by phone we had yet didnt seem to register in their systems."

Voordelen: "Prompt; good leg room; decent food on each leg of the flight"

Nadelen: "I traveled with my 2 young kids. We arrived at Casablanca at 10am and had a 12 hours stop so we were offered lodging but because of slow processing and uncaring crew, we didn’t get to the hotel until past 1:30pm and were told we need to leave the room by 6pm. With young kids and very long flight time, I was very disappointed by the treatment."

Voordelen: "The attendants were friendly and attentive to the needs of the passengers. It is a hard job because some of the passengers could be very rude. I was happy to be able to watch movies to pass the time and to give me a sense of calm as I have not flown very much."
Nadelen: "When getting ready to board, they need to have signs designating letters requested for boarding. Some people were cutting into other lines and in front of others. There was too much bread given. For example, at lunch we were provided with a cheese sandwich and a chocolate chip muffin. On the positive side, I liked having yogurt with each meal."

Voordelen: "The flight was so smooth all the way and the crew were just cool. I love peace ✌️ lol"

Voordelen: "Nothing?"
Nadelen: "This was my first and last time flying with Royal Air Maroc. The plane was cramped and filthy with the most uncomfortable seats I've ever encountered on a plane. The plane was kept at a very warm temperature, so I was sweaty for most of the flight (I'm usually very cold; it's rare that I find a space too warm). The crew gave me a hard time when I requested the vegetarian meal, claiming that they didn't have one (except they did, which they produced minutes later). I've never been on an international flight that didn't have a vegetarian option. THEN, we left JFK late, and I missed my connection to another Air Maroc flight by TWO minutes. They shut the gate and wouldn't reopen it. Multiple people needed to make this connection; any other airline would have held the plane for the entire five minutes necessary. In conclusion: terrible service and filthy, uncomfortable planes."

Nadelen: "Boarding is not efficient and very disorganized. Lead to a slow boarding."

Nadelen: "Check-in désorganisé. Une fois arrrivee au comptoir d’enregistrement après avoir fait la queue, la compagnie a exigé que j’aille retirer ma carte d’embarquement a la machine et que je refasse ensuite la queue. J’ai été d’autant plus énervée que je savais par avance que la machine ne pourrait pas me délivrer ma carter d’embarquement, car j’ai un visa qui bloque toujours l’enregistrement en ligne et aux machines. L’employé du comptoir n’a rien voulu entendre et m’a fait perdre mon temps."

Voordelen: "Équipage très aimable."
Nadelen: "L'hygiène des toilettes très médiocre. Une vraie porcherie. L'espace entre les sièges très petit. Impossible de bouger et impossible de se baisser prendre quelque chose qui tombe à terre."

Voordelen: "Le service et les repas"

Nadelen: "Le retard et changement de destination"

Nadelen: "La RAM a besoin d’investir sérieusement sur le choix et la formation de son personnel navigant: pour le peu de temps consacré au cliebrs ils sont irrespectueux, agressifs et souvent pas à leur place."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."
