It will be better if Latam will love to tell us when they made changes in my itenary. I feel that my itenary was change to however they like instead of how we arrange when I purchase my ticket. I have two elder people with me and i did not like that we have to split to be able to get home. The counter people does not know how fix situation and don't understand reasons.we wanted to board the plabe together as we purchase the ticket. i dont know why my ticket was the itenary the same as when we left to Peru. I feel that what I choose was not acceptable that.my itenary could be change to however Latam wants to do. That is very not nice and not restpetful to my wishes. Please call us for an apology and maybe a refund for all that we have to go to. My bag is also not get the destinatiin to Jfk.

Voordelen: "My three LATAM flights were all on-time, well-piloted and efficiently run. They are not responsible for airport-related issues in Lima. Taking off at over 11.00 feet and landing at sea level must be like having most of the air leak out of your tires while driving, but these guys take that in stride."

How are we to keep hydrated on a 10 hour flight without being able to bring water on the plane?? The flight attendants should, at least, come around with cups of water. Service on LAN was excellent 10 years ago but has deteriorated when it changed to LATAM."

That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Check in was a disaster. The testing rules are ridiculous. They made me wait so long to tell me to get another test that I missed the flight, then they charged me a fee. The staff was rude and uninformed. I will never fly this airline again and will advise others to avoid.

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. The quality of the food served was under normal standards. 2) Boarding of the aircraft was not well organized 3) Aircraft departure scheduled time shown on the screens differed from actual boarding pass printed time thus creating confusion."

Nadelen: "They did not keep my luggage over the long stay. Had to carry it around Madrid. The meals I ordered were not available. No individual screen entertainmen ton the flight."

Nadelen: "Not enough toilets for so many people (296) and besides after a while they were filthy with tissues on the floor and all over the toilet. I restrained myself from using any of the toilets for the condition they were in."
Voordelen: "The boarding process was smooth, the crew were professional and efficient. The plane was a new, clean 787-8."
Nadelen: "The new 787-8 does not have individual climate control nozzles. The cabin tended to be warmer than a typical home/office environment even at altitude, and I found myself surprisingly cramped and overheated in the middle seat on the left side of the plane."

Nadelen: "The first time the pilot try to land it was horrible. I guess he realized what he was doing apologies and did much better. Thank God. The charge for everything. They don't even give you soda if you don't paid for it."
Nadelen: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"
Nadelen: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"
Nadelen: "The ads! No food. Nice new plane though!"
Voordelen: "it was very good in general"
Voordelen: "I had heard some bad things typically associated with low-cost carriers, but that might only be on their shorter domestic/EU flights. In the bigger plane for the transatlantic flight, there was good service, two meals and drinks for free, and a decent in-flight entertainment system."
Voordelen: "Crew members were very friendly."
Nadelen: "No free entertainment. Seats are too tight on economy."
Voordelen: "The plane was a newer 787 Dreamliner. The interior was clean, the flight crew friendly and professional. The meals were a notch above average for airplane food. That means a lot when it is a nine and one half hour flight. A free glass of wine served with the meal was a nice bonus. Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints. I would definitely fly Air Europa again if it is the 787, and a long flight."
Voordelen: "Brand new airplanes 787"

Nadelen: "It wasnt so comfortable and there was not TV or even radio, or entertainment for an 8hour flight. Also when trying to sleep, crew continues to pass by and turn on airplane lights."

Nadelen: "Pasangers were not able to use properly the enterteiment center for more than 30 minutes before landing . we could not use the headphones either for a very long time after taking off. The crew said it will interfiere with the process of reaching the 36,000 feet, "altura de crucero". The answer was not convincing."
