There was an aircraft change (which caused an uncomfortable flight) in the last hour and was not given an option in advance to switch flights.

Voordelen: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Missed the flight due to delay of gulf airlines .. and there is no representative in London to discuss about the problem .. we waited about a day no one responded from airline , they rebooked us 2 days after and didn’t have accommodations.. worst behavior ever … expecting atleast a response either positive or negative from airline … it would be serious issue with AA and gulf haven’t resolve this issue … impact would be on gulf

Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!

Nadelen: "I could have been rebooked a flight without having to pay for it. Who wants to lost his or her passport? It was very inconvenient and stressful for me, at least free rebooking would have ease my situation."
Nadelen: "Good food. And not crowded passenger in the bus going to the plane"
Voordelen: "Pleasant and efficient crew made a middle of the night flight (01.00 - 05.30) quite bearable! Food good too."
Nadelen: "It was too hot in the cabin. The flight attendants were mostly inattentive. At one point three of them were feeding a baby to the exclusion of all of their duties to the rest of the passengers."

Voordelen: "On the 15th. Nov during my flight to India, I have made an online check in though did not receive an e ticket. I arrived the airport 70 min before the flight. The crew on the check in counter refused to issue me a ticket and insisted that I have missed my plane abd I need to purchase a new ticket. They even refused to check if I have made an online chick in. The gulf air online system, did not show me that I have made an online checkin. Unfortunately, the problem was solved by asking someone who work in the airport ( not gulf airlines representative) to check if I have made and online check in and to issue me a ticket to pass through the security control"
Voordelen: "One of the crew members was very happy and chirpy with all passengers. She was chatting and making sure everyone's needs were met and comfortable."
Nadelen: "Entertainment. Hollywood movies weren't working."
Nadelen: "Not lied to me about my extra being payed from Bahrain to Kenya because it was only payed to Dubai which is now causing me a lot of stress my flight from Dubai to Nairobi was cancelled while i was there without my knowledge"
Voordelen: "Wheel chair service was excellent"
Nadelen: "I wish gulf air start to put movie like others competitors airline instead of blocking it."

Voordelen: "The plane was super new and the flight was smooth and really great. The food was yummie."

Nadelen: "Business customers going to Jeddah should have special counters and transport Boarding for business class should be with better treatment"

Nadelen: "IFE very limited. Take a good book - or two. Old A330, but well maintained."

Nadelen: "Very poor movie & TV choices. Business class seat very uncomfortable"
Nadelen: "Late arrival of the plane. Seat not comfort, basic serviceS"

Voordelen: "The price was excellent, the (A330) plane was in good clean condition, they provided with blankets, pillows and headphones. The food was better than most airlines I have travelled on and the entertainment was okay but not as good I would have wanted. Overall, I would say 4 stars all round."
Nadelen: "Entertainment could have had more on offer, the plane was generally cold, an on-board wifi on their major (A330) planes would have been helpful and upgrades to their short haul planes would be good too."
Voordelen: "Crew .. warm food .. the pillows already on seats .. coffee is lovely .."
Nadelen: "Smells .. sick peoples must learn how to cover there mouth .. Lots reasons of infection .. must clear the bad smell .. Should add spider solitaire at AirGames list .."

Nadelen: "I was confused about which check in counter to go to - I purchased my ticket through Oman Air, but they could not find my reservation at the check in counter.... they suggested going to the Gulf Air counter, where I was able to successfully check in."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very polite, service was great. The plane was very clean and movie selection was good as well. Lots of leg room as well, I enjoyed my flight."

Nadelen: "Attitude of staff at Gulf Air in Manama is rough and don't extend any assistance. Flights delay is very common.....too bad. Will never ever choose this poor Airline again."

Nadelen: "Gulf air has decided to do "silent boarding" - so we were late boarding our flight because even though we watched the gate- it never filled up, there were never lines, no announcements, no lights signaling anything. Our captain took VERY sharp and hard dips and turns during our flight. He even dropped altitude so quickly that some women on board yelled out in terror. No announcements were made as well by the crew or captain regarding these very uncommon experiences of turbulence or announcements to remain with ones seat belt fastened. Finally, the man driving the bus from the plane to the door at Manama airport was too busy talking to the men who decided to sit in the front seat of the passenger bus and not look on the road in a busy air traffic area. I'm literally blown away at how everyone was safe and made it from point a to point b. I'm also horrified at the lack of communication or safety precautions."
