Nadelen: "kayak should let you know when buying the ticket that the first portion of the flight codeshare with united express doesn't cover a second bag I called ANA they said i could bring two so I did but I was charged 100 dollars for it even though it was an international flight with ANA also united express shattered the outside of one of my checked bags so I paid 100 dollars to get a 50 dollar suitcase BROKEN UNITED won't respond to my inquiries. I am very disappointed."

Nadelen: "The flight was listed on the boards as leaving almost 2 hours late. We left to determine what was happening because we would miss our connection in Beijing if true. We had to go through security twice to do this. The flight was not changed to the correct time on the board until it was boarding for the scheduled time. Meanwhile we worried we would miss our next flight. HU7606 May 26, 2018. Very stressful."

Nadelen: "Some kind of squabble broke out and it seemed to take the flight attendants a while to settle the people down. The menu said that snacks were available but I never saw any offered. Attendants came around regularly with hot water but no refills for other drinks. My tray table was broken. my food tray slid into my lap because the table wasn't sitting horizontally. Could not check in online, cannot check for 2nd (connecting) flight when checking in for first flight in person in China. As a non Chinese citizen you cannot check in via the kiosk. It's a pain."

I was met by an airline representative near the plane with a special bus and accompanied through all the bureaucracy very quickly. Excellent airline staff."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed almost 3 hours and not much communication about the delay. They made an announcement in Chinese and everyone started lining up. My gut instinct told me the flight was delayed because i saw food being stacked at the counter and then the peoole in front of the line was picking the food up and sitting back down. That is my only real complaint about this airline. The food was was okay."

Nadelen: "international transfer in Xian is very poorly organized (paris to Shanghai - Shanghai to Paris) with a long connection each way. Seats are poorly designed seem almost broken, entertainment system is very poor - impossible interface, weak screen. Water did not work in the bathroom, etc."

Voordelen: "The Hainan airline uses the latest and most mordern and comfortable equipment. Excellent services from the staff. food as good as can be expected on the far back end of the aircraft. I will definitely fly Hainan again if this is an option. I was especially impressed by the hard work carried out by the cabin staff."
Nadelen: "The boarding procedure was a real mess. The use of several aircraft being 'loaded' from a small space using buses, etc and no direct access to aircraft made the Hainan experience something very low. However, I assume this is an airport administrative responsibility and not necessarily something the airline selected. Th movie/sound selections could be better........but this could be because the selections were focusing on a Chinese audience, mostly?????? Not sure about this."

Nadelen: "Connection!!! I did transit in Beijing to Mongolia. I even didn t realise Hainan airlines land in totally different terminal which is way far from main interbatinal terminal. I needed to take out all my suitcases and need to go terminal 3 international airport that is very far from where Hainan airlines landed to take my next flight. How sites can sell ticket like that without notice and warning!!!!!! Ver bad connection."

Voordelen: "Staff and crew remained polite and professional in the face of some difficult, older Floridians (Sorry to all of the decent Floridians out there). One young flight attendant made a HUGE effort to turn around their mood. He wasn't very successful, but it was a valiant attempt."

Nadelen: "The transition is so poor. I bought a ticket from San Jose to Hangzhou. Transit Beijing. you can never transite from Beijing to hangzhou on time. They will ask you to delay your trip and take another airline. Which is 5 hrs waiting. Plus they won't even say sorry about their poor service."

Nadelen: "My luggage never made it to Tokyo. I have tried calling lost and found multiple times but nobody ever picks up. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. Everything I brought for my 2 month trip in Japan was in there. This has brought nothing but stress. I just want some sort of answer"
Voordelen: "Their business class is great. When we had to change planes in Beijing (we flew from Shanghai to Chicago by way of Beijing), they sent someone to guide us from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. Since most of the signs at the airport were not that understandable, it relieved us of stress. And, of course, it's nice to be picked up by limousine and driven to the airport! And flat beds, excellent food, caring flight attendants."

Nadelen: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "The transfer at Moscow airport is too slow. A huge jumbo jet of over 200 passengers gets re-checked only by two teams of security check assistants. Elderly and families are eager to pass the check-point as quickly as possible. And those guys in the airport are just not seeing the problem."

Nadelen: "We missed THE connecting fligh. They provide us really low quality hotel not clean at all. Also it took us 5 hours to go to the hotel from the airport. They made us wait 5 hours. I felt like I’m an illegal immigrant. In the hotel there was no slipper no toothbrushes. They should’ve provided us a kit"

Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Voordelen: "I travel quite a lot, domestically and internationally. Compared with United Airlines, which I use often, Aeroflot is way way better and ahead. For example, food alone, I can give 9 (in the scale of 10 with 10 being perfect) to Aeroflot, while I honestly think United deserves 1. In terms of service, Aeroflot is also very good."

They know that there is a problem with luggage transfer on connecting flight, but don't bother to do anything about it. Customer service representative is not able to provide any information, doesn't even understand English well. Nobody answers the phone... At this point, we're still waiting for our bags"
Voordelen: "Fairly new plane."
Nadelen: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."
Nadelen: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

It was ironic since it was 6am flight and the plane was half empty. It left a bad taste for us and we are not sure if it was kayak fault or sas."

Nadelen: "The plane is very old and I¨ve been expecting this to happen. I wish they could set in a modern plane on this distance as the train also don¨t offer a proper connection."
Voordelen: "A340 just had a remodel. No media boxes installed under the seats taking up foot room"
Voordelen: "The flight from Newark to Stockholm was late, so I was late for the flight to Vilnius,had to recheck-in and wait for 6 hours."
Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"
