The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

My first flight with Swiss to Switzerland included the correct "vegan" meal do I can't understand how this mistake was made by Swiss on the return flight?"
Nadelen: "I did not receive a "vegan" meal as ordered originally and though they were very helpful they should all be better educated regarding the differences between "Vegan", Vegetsrian, Lacto-Ovo, etc... Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Thank god I had lunch at Frankfurt before departure! Covid-19 should not be an excuse for lack of services! I work for a company which falls into the Essential business category and despite the pandemic we NEVER EVER compromised with the top quality of our product! I am so dissatisfied with Lufthansa and what they have become, pale shadow of a great company, very sad...."

They are great for all flights , but especially long flights. The only airline where flying 12 hrs isn't a horrible experience ! I've used them more than once , and they are always great! Keep up the good work ."

Nadelen: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Nadelen: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Nadelen: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Nadelen: "I wanted to note that while screaming at gate D1 the stuff was beyond horrible. Lazy to talk, a lady who was on the screaming machine kept making nasty comments, really inappropriate addressing foreigners and people who speak Bulgarian. I found it highly disturbing, border line harassing. You can’t work customer service and be such a nasty grumpy person. Everywhere in the world that attitude won’t be allowed, or sanctions must apply. The lady who was collecting money for the checked bag was extremely rude and lazy. Almost kicked me out for not paying for my checked bag online. Excuse me? Why is she there then? The flight was fine. However, the flight attendance slipped the last 2 rows with drinks. Please make sure that the people who work at Sofia airport get some kind of basic human training. Unfortunately, they do not wish to make you feel welcomed or cared for."

Bulgarian airlines lied to us in Sofia that we would be rerouted on other airlines and find out our new tickets only at transfer desks in milan. There were NO transfer desks"

Nadelen: "Flight was two hour delayed and I missed my connection"

Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed with over an hour. No apologies were offered. I was not even offered a drink until I asked (and I was in business class)."

Voordelen: "They didn't cram us into the transport vehicle like sardines"
Nadelen: "We need special assistance for my wife boarding the plane and didn't get it from Airline"

Nadelen: "My baggage got lost two times in a row with Aeroflot. Terrible experience, bad food."

Voordelen: "We were just 10-15 people on the plane and everyone has its own row of seats. A nice sandwich + soft drink/wine + coffee/tea was provided quickly after take off. Then the lights were dimmed so the people could rеst for few hours till landing. Nice prompt service."
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable weared off seats and no entertainment system."

Voordelen: "The sandwich looked dry, but was actually very good."
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seats. They are like benches. For 2-3 hours it’s OK, but could be improved."

Nadelen: "Seating was awful, did not enough room behind seat in front to use laptop when front seat was not reclined. Not enough space to recline my seat. Meal inadequate. Service poor compared to flight to Bulgaria. However I am glad I did not select Ryan air and get stranded."

Nadelen: "Flight has delay of 50min - technical problem. I missed other my flights Bulgaria air booked a new reservation and I had to wait 6h on Berlin airport."

Voordelen: "Once on board we flu fast"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by over 2 hours and no information was given at all."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed two and half hours and then stupid excusing."

Voordelen: "Horrible. Don't book with this ariline."
Nadelen: "Although we were checked in, the flight was oversold and prior to boarding at the gate, they told us we can't board the flight. Our luggage had to be also taken off the flight and we were not given a flight till the next day. As a result we missed our connections, had to book an additional hotel last minute. Bulgaria Air had no even a customer service desk at the airport!!!!"

Nadelen: "The food was tasteless I took vegetarian meal. No salt and pepper and was not good Boarding took time! Staff at the gate not so nice"

Voordelen: "It was an excellent flight experience."
Nadelen: "Improve the sandwich?"

Voordelen: "Got me to my destination safely and on time"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly, the plane was cool."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "We wish companies who share would advertise who they are partners with & that the other companies have your information when using their airline. We finally found the representative to Air Belin to check us in at the Frankfurt Airport to find out we will be flying with Balkan Airline at another terminal. The same thing happened on the way back. Luckily we arrived at the airport early both times to make sure we were flying. But getting information from one airline to another is hard when your booking # & flight number is different for each airline, & when you call the airline they tell you to go to the airport as they cannot help you over the phone. The flight was find but to board is another."

Nadelen: "Crew was not sympathetic towards mom with baby. No help with stroller. Airport agent decided to add stroller as checked luggage causing confusion and distress during short connection window to next flight."

Voordelen: "- on time (even earlier) - fast and convenient boarding - nice and friendly staff"

Voordelen: "On time and nice crew"

Voordelen: "On time departure and arrival. Friendly service."

Voordelen: "Check in was very fast and easy, crew was very nice and helpful"

Voordelen: "The crew are friendly and professional, I was greeted and given instructions when I missed a connecting flight due to mechanical issues with the first flight. I was given new boarding ticket for the next day's flight along with vouchers for the hotel and meals. The hotel was inside the airport and had a late check out and I was able to keep my carry on luggage in the room for most of the day."
Nadelen: "Turned the face value for the meal vouchers were way to low and was not enough to cover a very basic meal therefore I had to cover the difference."

Voordelen: "Crew was excellent. Aircraft comfortable. Good value fare"
Nadelen: "Plane was boarding but in the pre-security area the monitors said check in while inside the buses were loading to take passengers to the plane. It was a case of hurry up and wait. The bus was hot and the wait long. In the plane waiting for take off was unhealthily hot with no fresh air for at least 25 minutes. Also the check in process was bad. All the counters had monitors disposing RyanAir but it turns out you could check in for Bulgaria Air at most counters."

Voordelen: "The aircraft and crew were professional and courteous. The food was ok."
Nadelen: "1st, neither seat that I selected when checking in were given to me. 2nd both aircraft took off late for no apparent reason. 3rd When waiting to board in Warsaw, I was almost bitten by a large pit pull that a passenger was bringing into the cabin as a comfort animal. When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Nadelen: "Faster boarding, better food, more adequate announcements on delays"

Voordelen: "Small plane but comfortable seats with enough space"
Nadelen: "Very stressful transfer - 30 mins are not enough"

Nadelen: "Punctuality. Following the schedule. 3.5 hours delay in LA ( plane from Poland arrived late) and 1.5 hours delay in Warsaw technical problems) on my first trip. 45 min departure delay in LA and 1 hour delay in Warsaw on my second trip. LOT really needs to improve timelines of departures on their ."

Voordelen: "Nothing because your partner FlightNetwork didnt pay the ticket and I wasted my time going to the airport"
Nadelen: "Calling me and leave a voicemail if there is an issue with the ticket. I dont respond to 888-*** phone numbers from overseas! Horrible experience"

Voordelen: "Plane was comfy and staff was mostly real nice and attentive."
Nadelen: "Plane was late causing all kinds of commotion at the airport where to catch a transfer we were put on a bus for over 20min at 31deg weather with small kids. Not allowed to go to bathroom, it was terrible"

Voordelen: "Everything and everyone from the crew was very professional, food, entertainment, above my expectations."
Nadelen: "Polish airlines have some problems, but this flight was perfect. Great job."

Nadelen: "Give more informations if there is any problem or schedul"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "Neatness, communication, all LOT airline workers were very rude, no food on flight."

Voordelen: "It was on time and flights itself was pleasant."
Nadelen: "My luggage is lost and I hope it will come on the next flight to Yerevan."

Nadelen: "They terrible, no one should flight with this shitty company. Never departure or arrive in time, if you have short connection you never gonna make it."

Voordelen: "The flight Sofia - Warsaw was more than 1 hr late. The crew never apologized. Was arrogant and unhelpful when we asked for gate information to our Warsaw-Stockholm connection, which we barely made. The Warsaw-Stockholm flight, operated by Nordica was the exact opposite experience. Crew was awesome!"
Nadelen: "Train LOT staff how to not embarrass themselves and their company w arrogance and ignorance."

Voordelen: "All was good. Have to pay for food. Really?"
Nadelen: "Have sandwich included in the price."

Nadelen: "Nous avons embarqué à l heure mais ensuite nous avons dus attendre plus de 20min pour attendre la connection de deux passagers"

Nadelen: "Not delete"

Voordelen: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Nadelen: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Nadelen: "Toronto airport disappointing. We arrived one hour esrly, but the gate the toronto airport told us to go to was broken so we had to wait for over one hour on the plane. Then the plane was moved aside and we walked to the bus that drove us to the airport. No luggage information given airport Toronto"

Voordelen: "I liked that all flights were on time"

Voordelen: "Je n ai pas réservé ce vol et je ne l ai pas pris!!!! Calmez vous!"
Nadelen: "Quand vous avez un bug corrigez le au lieu de tourner autour du pot!"

Nadelen: "The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking."

Nadelen: "need to move away from stereo type attire and serve the customer"

Nadelen: "The crew barely spoke English, only polish and didn’t care about you if you didn’t speak polish. The food was horrible and tasteless. And my suitcase was broken into and my packet of cigarettes was ripped apart and half was stolen"

Voordelen: "Over all was ok nothing exceptional but boarding was very slow, and slk of us with connections did not make it as the luggage came on the carousel 60 min afterward checked the security. Will not use them again."

Nadelen: "55min delayed boarding at JFK, 55min delayed landing ans 35min awaiting gate access upon landing at JFK."

Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."

Voordelen: "Flight was good. Warsaw is a well organized airport and easy for transit passengers to negotiate. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Nadelen: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."

Voordelen: "The crew was hospitable and warm. All the in-flight service was attentive and high-quality. We had a wonderful experience with LOT and would reccent them."
Nadelen: "The only potential difficulty was the short layovers. We made our connection boarding with only 20 minutes to spare."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and the crew was great"
Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"

Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Voordelen: "Du personnel navigant très agréable et à l'écoute. Et un bon point supplémentaire pour le repas (;"

Voordelen: "Ik kan eigenlijk niet echt objectief een beoordeling geven want ik werk voor deze maatschappij dus vind uiteraard alles fantastisch (behalve het salaris haha)."
Nadelen: "Niets!"

Voordelen: "Very slow and long line for passport control and security check at Chopin Airport in Warsaw. Nerve wrecking last minute check in....plane delayed"
Nadelen: "No drinks onboard for close to 11 hour flight. Crew was very stingy with the water and non alcoholic drinks. Plane delayed , landed 45 min. after scheduled time."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time. No delays."
Nadelen: "It was nothing I did not like this time."

Voordelen: "Boarding from the lounge, Professional crew, was lucky not to have seated next to me, timely arrival, nice modern aircraft."
Nadelen: "The seat was very uncomfortable in comparison with other long haul flight seats, must be some ergonomic issue, I arrived more worn than usually when flying this route. The food was very low quality and wine or beer was only served for payment unlike on other airlines."

Voordelen: "Smooth flight, polite employees, quick, comfortable. A decently good flight in my opinion. I did make it to my destination safely :)"
Nadelen: "Lot charged us a baggage fee, even though when I checked their baggage policy online it started that I was allowed one check I'm up to 23kg and one carry on for free. I even showed the guy the policy and he still denied me. False advertisement at its finest, you know what can happen to a business that has false advertisement.... Right?"

Voordelen: "The staff were great. Very attentive and professional. I wasn't aware that you have to order a vegetarian meal in advance. When I told the gentleman that I needed a vegetarian meal he said there were none available but he did his best to accommodate me with putting together bits and pieces of other meals. He did manage to find a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast."
Nadelen: "I am a vegan. I thought they would have some vegetarian meals for dinner without me having to order them in advance. They should have more options than chicken or beef."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Service on plane"
