Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing."

Voordelen: "The plane was new. The in flight entertainment system was good, although I never got to experience it fully because the Flight attendant kept switching it off, as I had paid extra (an arm and a leg) for a “bulkhead seat”"
Nadelen: "The service was beyond awful! The Flight Attendants had a “could care less” attitude. I had special ordered a meal, and they gave me the wrong one. I did not want to make a big deal, so I just ate it. Then they did not offer any beverages when the meal came! I literally had to beg them to make me their famous “Singapore sling”. Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

Given we could not even take water brought in the airport into the plane there needed to be regular distributions of fluids on the flight as there was on the flight from London toy Singapore. It is a long flight and being dehydrated on a plane is not a good thing."

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "The check-in process, leaving Bangkok and leaving Doha, was horrible. Why do I have to wait until 3 hours before my flight departs to check-in and get my boarding pass? This made for long lines and took about 2.5 hours to get a boarding pass in Bangkok"

Voordelen: "on my flight from bkk to Doha all the flight attendants were very helpful. One in particular with the name Mary Jane, was very helpful and she stood out among the rest. Thank you for your kindness and help when I couldn't eat some of the foods on board. Whom can I write an email to so that I can be sure that she gets noticed for her work? Thank you"

Voordelen: "Our meals were luke warm at best while the bread was still semi frozen. Food quality has always been low on Qatar flights but this time was the absolute worst. I fly with Qatar for work everything 4 months and that's solely due to convenience."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for an already tight connection in Dubai. We paid for extra leg room only to be seated by the toilets to watch people throwing up most of the flight. Those same people did not get on the connecting flight and so Emirates managed to take our bags off as well, so we end up in London for a months stay with no luggage. Promises that it will arrive before midnight not kept and currently still waiting for bags to arrive."

Nadelen: "Staff were rushed due to short nature of Flight most staff were great but some showed the pressure forgetting requests. Left medicine bag on Flight despite reporting it was never contacted again which inconvenienced my trip having to seek doctors for replacements."

Nadelen: "My seat is horrible with something looks like vomit everywhere between a gap of the seat in front of me. Also the touch screen is not working, at first I pushed so hard until i hurt my finger tip, at the end I used buttons on an remote to control the screen(stupid me!!). The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

Voordelen: "Flew Emirates coach Washington to Dubai to Johannesburg and Bangkok to Dubai to Washington in July 2017. New A380-800 planes were superb. Entertainment system is second to none. Staff is efficient and polite. Except for the "required crying babies" on each leg the plane is very quiet and peaceful. The check-in, however is a zoo. But better to put your best employees on the flights rather than on the ground."

Nadelen: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Voordelen: "flight was totally fine. Thanks to Swiss hotline, they could find my booking and send me the documents some hours before take off."
Nadelen: "Kayak has asked for my e-mail and phone number which I provided but never received any order confirmation. Finally it seemed that my flight was never booked. Unluckily Kayak did not forward my contact details to the other brookers in between and definitely not to Swiss. Never Kayak again."

Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Nadelen: "The flight itself was pleasant. But a 3 hour delay, because of technical issues on the incoming flight from Geneva? Why didn’t they send another aircraft?"

Voordelen: "the crew was wonderful, I was surprised that they had a little snack on such a short flight, the plane was clean and very comfortable. I plan to use Swiss Air again."

Voordelen: "Swiss is famous for the punctuality, I actually love the airport too in Zurich, is super clean and modern, very efficient. Food on board was great in Economy as well!"
Nadelen: "the seats are not spacious enough. I barely had the seats in front on my basically on my laps.. a little bit too claustrophobic!"

Nadelen: "the boarding was weird because of the aircraft change and rearranging of seats. the computer reassigned us very strange, making us seating mostly in one are, while other rows were completely empty."

Voordelen: "All staff of Swiss made you feel important."

Nadelen: "Not even a smile from the purser and one other crew member on the Swedish leg. The captain hurriedly "explained", no one understood him, why we were so delayed, but he did not apologize! Zurich airport has no charging sockets! (Ancient) All of terminal A has not a single one! No one supervised the loading passengers not to interfere with those passing by. It was a complete mess. We took off 50 minutes late from Zurich, with no apparent reason. Worst in years for me. We sat in the plane for 30 minutes and were not offered even water. Big fail! (btw, I am unusually so critical)."

Voordelen: "They served food! I have been on competitor flights that were twice as long and would have had to pay for every single beverage or food. In Swiss on a 50 minutes flight I got a complimentary chocolate, a crossaint and beverage service. Amazing. The crew also has been very helpful and friendly."
Nadelen: "Landing in Zürich has been the bumpiest landing I have ever had. I believe that is due to the location and weather conditions but felt like the pilots also did not exactly react the way it should have been."

Nadelen: "Seats were horrible for a transcontinental flight. I was squirming before the first hour of an 8 hour flight. Touchscreen of entertainment system was frustrating. Sometimes it responded other times not. Lunch tasted good but the snack, a calzone, was pretty bad."

Nadelen: "the new Boeing 777 is horrible... no space and small seats >> my feet were swollen, everything hurts the inflight- entertainment is integrated in the front seat, you can`t change screen if you are blinded as i wrote to the service center to change the seats (july 21st) i still have no answer on my mail.... service???? no more again..."

Nadelen: "Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Nadelen: "Our pre paid seats were lost in the "system" even though I had the receipt they couldn't do anything. and we were seated in a back row with offset tvs, the movie selection is lame and dated"

Nadelen: "I had ordered pre flight online duty free shopping. Got a confirmation e-mail telling me that articles were reserved for me and I should approach crew members on board for the articles I had reserved. Reality however was that my pre ordered articles were not registered in their system :-("

Nadelen: "There was no information from Lufthanza. There were no lanes. There was no one at the check in desks. There was no crowd control. There was no triage. I was bloody chaos. I arrived 3 hours and 40 minutes in advance of the flight and traveled only 25 feet toward the check in desk in over 5 hours. When we went to the information desk, we were told that the flight would wait for the passengers to be processed...but we never were and the flight took off only 35 minutes later than scheduled. it was the worst flying experience I have had in over 50 years!"

Voordelen: "There was a mechanical problem with my flight from Berlin, so I missed my connection to Atlanta. The agent booked me another flight on another airline flying out of a different city. If you travel enough eventually things happen. The airline was responsive in fixing the problem."
Nadelen: "The airline agent offered me a 10€ voucher to any where in the airport. While I was greatful, my time is worth more than 0.6€ an hour. An upgrade to Economy plus would have been better. There were 2 seats available."
