Nadelen: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

Nadelen: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

Voordelen: "4-5 hours of lights out for sleeping, good selection of movies to make the trip go by quickly. Tasty food selection."

Voordelen: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Nadelen: "The fact that my feet got very swollen (twice their normal size) due to the small space - that had the passenger to my right sleeping on top of my right side."

Nadelen: "In-Flight Wi-Fi has archaic plans… 30MB Chat App-only Plan for 2-Hours. It also usually has a pause button to halt and resume the internet session later, but there wasn’t one this time."

Voordelen: "They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them."

Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Nadelen: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "When we arrived they tried to convince us to let our 4 year old fly w a broken tray table. After escalating they wanted to remove us but some other passengers intervened and helped. Entertainment system totally sucks. Movie selection was good but a headache to navigate."

Nadelen: "The grilled cheese sandwiches. They've been in the menu for a while but my family does not enjoy them at all. Tuna sandwich on another flight was much better. Also lack of entertainment. They allow you to access it, then they turn it off. Is such a tease. Plane left late and kept us in very hot cabin."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant"

Nadelen: "You could be choose food... one of the dish was only pasta... what about the people who's allergic? I am... The business class crew was very stuck up! Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"

Voordelen: "Great food, great service and a wonderful experience in business class compared with most of the big European airlines. Will definitely fly again Turkish Airlines!"
Nadelen: "The business lounge in Istanbul was a great facility, but a little bit of upkeep will be a plus."

Turkish economise des droits d aeroports sur le dos de sa clientele Personnel de l aeroport ne fait que taper la discute entre eux alors que la clientele n en peut plus d attendre.."

Voordelen: "Je suis allergique à la moutarde et aux à l’avance d’en faire part sur le site d’enregistrement. J’ai tenté d’appeler mais après avoir perdu 20 minutes j’ai abandonné. Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "Le départ avec plus d'une heure de retard (j'ai ainsi raté ma connexion à Johannesburg), l'absence de choix pour le petit déjeuner et SURTOUT, l'absence de réactivité de l'équipage qui n'a rien fait pour prévenir SAA que nous serions en retard et leur demander de nous attendre. Conduite lamentable."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."
