Nadelen: "racial discrimination by the flight attendants thinking that I didn't know Japanese language even though I was white. I could see it happening."

Nadelen: "Some of the male crew didn't do anything, the females did all the interactive work in serving and helping the disabled as far as I could see."
Voordelen: "Everything was pretty great. Crew is very nice. Food was very good actually. 2 meals with snacks when asked. Hot towels were given a couple of times. Drinks were served and offered throughout the flight. Socks and toothbrush also given. Entertainment was great with a good mix of movies. Chairs were comfy and leg space was ok."
Nadelen: "I don't think I would complain about the space otherwise except that the person in front of me decided to recline their chair all the way back. It was a tight and fairly uncomfortable ride the rest of the time."

There was an amazing selection of movies and they refilled my drinks without even asking. I would recommend this airline to anyone traveling to Asia."

They gave her a toy, asked for her name, and checked on us often. They also gave my husband and I an option for early food service so that one of us could help our daughter eat. The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

Voordelen: "Check in and boarding were flawless. The flight left about one hour late. The seats in coach are getting smaller and smaller. I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

Nadelen: "We were supposed to fly back to Los Angeles from Tokyo on Wednesday, August 24th. We got to Tokyo Narita a little later than planned due to the Narita Express train being delayed. I had received emails that our flight had changed gates, and was then delayed, but when my sister and I went to check into our flight, we were told we were unable to board because it was too late. I thought it was absurd because the flight had not even started boarding, and I had gotten an email saying it was delayed. We tried to reason with them, but they would not let us on the flight. It was imperative that we got back to Los Angeles on Wednesday, but all our plans were ruined due to them bumping us off the flight. My sister had a connecting flight to Boston, which she then had to reschedule and was charged for. We were stuck another night in Tokyo, where we had to spend money on a hotel. The Singapore Airlines attendants eventually informed us that we could get on a flight the next day. This delayed us by 24 hours, which was highly inconvenient. It was also especially unnecessary since due to the flight being delayed, we would have absolutely been able to make it. I do not appreciate being bumped off of a flight due to airlines wanting to make more money, especially being stuck overseas. Its not like it was a domestic flight where we could just hop on another one in the next few hours, this totally derailed all of our plans. I do not appreciate the inflexibility of the Singapore Airlines agents, and this is not an experience that makes me want to recommend flying with Singapore Airlines. I appreciate that they did not charge us, however it was a major inconvenience that could have simply been avoided by better customer service and understanding."

Nadelen: "The boarding at DBX was chaotic. It was disorganized and not executed properly - boarding was not done by priority or by zone in the begininng. Unaccompanied minors were boarded at the end, they should have been boarded first and their cabin baggage take care of first. The quality of food is average ... it used to be much better. No alcohol was served in the flight; was not provided even after requesting one; didn't bother to ask again. The choice of movies were limited"

This doesn’t have a clear logic to it, but the worst part was, was that they forgot where they were and I had to use my call button for a meal. People were skipped over and they mixed things up. Shockingly disappointing decline in Emirates service standard."

My check in baggage got misplaced with other baggage. I have been helped by fellow passenger and fellow indigo member to get back my luggage.

The staff uniform was clean and they were so friendly.

It is always a joy to fly this airline. Good arrive, beautiful aircraft.

Check in was night mare the checking agent was extrude I will never travel with Qatar airways because of him Moayad god will punish him for this bad treatment he made my trip very sad

Service should have been better

Nadelen: "Qatar airways changed the flight time which made the layover 8 hours instead of 3 hours. For the inconvenient it was caused Qatar airways made no effort to compensate."
Nadelen: "The flight was 3 hours delayed - and the captain never told us exactly what was wrong. The boarding lane was a chaos as well - and the tv screens never really worked. Terrible!"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "Some Cabin Crew are RUDE fromEven though Cabin Crew manage to gave us what we preferred to eat. They are the best. Doha -Kathmandu. They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Voordelen: "De l'enregistrement à l'arrivée à destination tout a été facile et efficace. Le personnel au sol au moment du drop-off était accueillant et poli. Le personnel naviguant est juste exceptionnel on peut demander ce que l'on veut et ce même en économie class. Les compagnies européennes devraient s'en inspirer. La nourriture excellente et vraiment j'insiste sur la qualité du service."

Nadelen: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"

Nadelen: "I was travelling with my mom who is on a wheelchair. Crew doesn’t seem to have much experience in handling passenger with special assistance. There was problem transferring her on/off board the plane."
Voordelen: "I was given a seat with more leg room. The check in counter staff in Bangkok took the time to offer a suggestion of adequate seating."
Nadelen: "The seat was a middle seat. Prefer an aisle seat. Crowded flight; no choice available to change to an aisle seat. PTV was old and difficult to set up. The seat next to me PTV was damaged. A sign clearly determine that. Perhaps a review of inventory functions would have improved that passengers experience."

Voordelen: "Crew was extremely friendly as expected from Cathay. The aircraft was substituted from the scheduled A350-800 to an A330 but it still had lie flat seats, just not as nice. The crew was very apologetic for the last minute schedule change."
Nadelen: "Nothing can be done about the aircraft swap, I’m happy they swapped with an aircraft with lie flat seats as I was exhausted and needed the rest before landing in HKG."

Voordelen: "Nice entertainment on this flight, modern movies and TV programs. The food was good, more than enough to fill you up on a 4.5 hr flight."
Nadelen: "The business class configuration on the 777s operates on this flight is not worth the extra price paid. I found that the level of recline (120 degrees) made my back ache and it just wasn’t comfortable. I’ve flown this flight several times now and this is an issue for me. I’d like to arrive refreshed"

Voordelen: "The crew was great. They were very quick to respond to any requests and were very accommodating."

Nadelen: "We sat in the bulk head economy seats for the extra leg room, but instead it was used as a pass through for the flight attendants and for other passengers. This was an older plane and there wasn’t an aisle cross over, very annoying! The chicken pie was scorching hot and no serving utensils."

Voordelen: "Crew was okay, nothing amazing. Seats are cramped as I was put in middle seat separated from my wife despite request to sit together."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were kind and attentive and professional. I enjoyed being able to watch movies of my choice. Great selection of entertainment available. Food was good and the Hagen Daze ice cream was a great surprise!"
Nadelen: "I’m thin but 177cm tall (long legs) so the seats were wide but leg room was uncomfortable for me. Also, the posture of the seats are not good for spinal or neck alignment so, again not comfortable. No support for the lower back and very limited reclinablity."

Nadelen: "Departed about 40 minutes late without an explanation, then had to take a circuitous route around local thunderstorms which added another 30 minutes, so that we arrived over an hour late. Deplaning was also very slow, such that we cleared the airport at 1:45 AM, rather than 11:35PM as scheduled."

Nadelen: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."
Voordelen: "I took the economy premium class. It was great. Seats very comfortable. Dinner was great."
Nadelen: "Breakfast - the omelette was not done, but other than that if was good. The dim-sam was good."

Nadelen: "The self service check in and baggage drop at Brisbane was not effective, requiring a lot of staff intervention and help"
Voordelen: "I paid for extra legroom so the seats were fine. The staff was fine."
Nadelen: "I flew United, not Cathay Pacific. The food. I have had much better food in all five other International trips I have taken in the last year."

Nadelen: "Delayed due to weather in nyc, lights turned on in am and the. Turned off again after breakfast (confused senses). Ran out of certain meal types."
Nadelen: "The wheel chair assistance came very late. This aspect can be improved further. It can be more efficient. Although wheel chair assistance is asked, the electric car to move people can also help to compensate for the wait times."
Voordelen: "The ground staff helped me get on board the flight despite a transit delay that caused me to arrive at the check-in counter a few minutes into boarding time. I have no complaints about the in-flight staff. Our flight arrived a few minutes early to our destination."
Nadelen: "It would be nice if the meal menus had allergy information printed on them. The plane was equipped with an older entertainment center, and some of the control buttons were a little unreliable. These are minor complaints, however."
Voordelen: "Flight Attendant gave us good excuse!!"

Nadelen: "Flight arrived in LA 30 minutes late. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for a gate to open. All in all, the flight arrived 1 hr late which is very inconvenient and annoying. And the crew isn't has friendly. The boarding time in Hong Kong took a very long time"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system in my seat didn't work. The screen froze. I requested the hostess to reset. The entertainment screen didn't recover even after reset and was still frozen until the end of the trip. For 12 hours, I sat in my seat without an entertainment system which was very boring."
Voordelen: "The crew service was very."
Voordelen: "I really appreciated that Cathay flew another plane in to pick us up when our original aircraft was mechanically grounded at the previous destination. The crew were very professional."
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed due to mechanical failure and didn't arrive from its destination: Taipei. We were not told about the possibility of our flight being cancelled as we arrived at check-in, we were allowed to check our bags first, issued boarding passes and *then* we were told to come back to check in counter in 3.5-4 hours. Our checked luggage had already been taken and with it, clean clothes, toiletries and other items that could have made the waiting more comfortable. After coffee and a snack we decided to check in to the capsule hotel at Narita. Minimum stay was one night at that hour of the day - for stays after 6pm. While I appreciated that Cathay got us out later that evening, the plane we flew was one of the oldest in the fleet: the seats did not recline at all so it was very uncomfortable. It was a late night flight but no one was offered pillows or blankets. (I did receive one upon request). We arrived in Hong Kong in the early hours of the next morning - 3 hours late - after the airport train had finished running so I paid for a taxi home which I normally would not need to do since I already had a train ticket. so my flight experience did cost me some extra money this trip."

Nadelen: "1-hour delay due to inclement weather"
Nadelen: "The first flight to Hongkong was delayed for 1 hour, so the connecting flight to London was change to a flight 10 hours later. Then that 2nd rescheduled connecting flight moved 10 hours later was AGAIN delayed!!! Wasted 1 day that would have been spent nicely in London. What a way to ruin our London vacation by Cathay Pacific."

Nadelen: "Crew is not heart felt welcome the guest at all, changing face when ask for a blanket or other customers' request. Take long time for baggage check-in even we did for online check-in."
Voordelen: "Best meal service ever, my husband never eats airplane food but gobbled up the dinner and the breakfast served. Seats were comfortable, beverages were readily available, one of the best airlines in the world."
Nadelen: "Didn't have slippers, only socks. Slightly inconvenient having to put shoes back on to run to the restroom, which sometimes have wetness from God knows what."
Voordelen: "Staff was friendly"
Nadelen: "More water should be offered throughout the flight"
Voordelen: "Great service, very polite and concerned with the passenger's well being."
Nadelen: "Nothing needed to be changed. It was a good flight and I had a good experience."
