Moved me to any seat away from the terrible parent next to me
I like the staff! They were friendly. The food was scarce and they took for ever since they start serving it until I got it. Only four flight attendants were distributing it for the entire plane.
No option to reserve a better seat. I was allocated the last seat in the middle in the last row at the back of the airplane. Completely full airplane, which again made me nervous due to COVID-19 risks of getting infected. Crew was very efficient, though.
I had my seat reserved since the day I bought my tickets(3 months in advance) and even after checking my seat confirmation on the same day of my flight they changed my seat during the check-in. I have a broken foot and was accompanied by another person. I had to fly in a seat that was not appropriate for my broken foot situation and without my companion next to me. This airline does not respect its customers.

Nadelen: "The flight attendant kept talking all night with two passengers. I could hear them even with ear plugs. When I finally was able to sleep, she didnt wake me up for breakfast even when I especifically asked to be awakened. And than replied that she wasnt able to wake me. Awful service for executive."

Nadelen: "airport in pereira held the flight for two hours, so I missed both my connections in bogota and miami. LATAM was nice to give me a hotel for 3 hours of sleep, but I arrived a day later and had to buy a new ticket"

Nadelen: "They used to have great airplanes when it was LAN now the airplane was very old uncortable and the touchscreen barely worked. I used to like a lot LAN but now their quality is very bad. Also I traveled with my 3 year old son and they gave us separated seats. And I asked if we can have better seats for the next fly and they refuse because they supposed to be full but I notice close to me was a empty row and someone noticed that and move to it. They could made the things a little more easy with a mom with a toddler. They used to be more considered"
Voordelen: "our flight back home went smoothly"
Nadelen: "our flight from LAX to Montevideo was delayed by 8 hours, making us miss our connections. We arrived day late. Our luggage a day after that. Our friends went back home on another LATAM flight from Buenos Aires that was delayed. They were flown for 2 days around South America before making to LAX."
Nadelen: "It was on time, not like other LATAM flights within the country!! Comfortable reclining seats, good entertainment and meals"
Voordelen: "I needed to check a bag at the gate, and the staff were very friendly and patient when I asked them about it. They are all very fluent in both English and Spanish!"
Nadelen: "Lots of waiting for the plane to board, lots of time without staff at the counter so people sort of piled up with questions."
Voordelen: "The crew welcomed us on board the night of December 31st. They celebrated New Year with us and created a comfortable and celebrative atmosphere. Amazing service!"
Nadelen: "Boarding was very disorganized and not on time. My seat assignment was changed upon boarding the plane. They had assigned 3 people to my seat which was an isle seat I had chosen upon purchasing my ticket 5 months prior. I was changed to a middle seat. They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

Nadelen: "Far too tight seating for an international long haul flight. Every airline decides how many rows to pack into their jets. LATAM packed this plane so tight you are wedges into the seat with hardly any space to get comfortable."
Nadelen: "Plane shakes moves and jumps to much. Seems like LATAM is always late. They did not honor the seats which we pre purchased. Seems like the captains fly to fast and don’t know how to land"
Voordelen: "The crew had a nice attitude."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system it is necessary an application and also it requires to use a personal device but there is not any USB or power socket."
Voordelen: "the seat is roomer than United airline and American Airline. the crew is much younger than other airplane company. the food and service are good too."
Voordelen: "Good attention by the airline solved my problems"
Nadelen: "The flight got changed to departure 1 hour earlier, didn't get any notification as the company who I bought the ticket through didn't give my contact details to the airline. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"
Voordelen: "Everything was fine. Boarding itself was organized, though the people didn't really catch on. Crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "3-3-3 in the 787. Yeah, everyone has it but that doesn't make it nice. Sandwich was small in quantity, average in quality."
