Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.

Une famille de 4 personnes et nous n’avons pas été assis dans la même partie de l’avion…

Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

Nous étions en surbooking et avons attendre le dernier moment pour savoir que nous pouvions partir.... Et l'avion a eu 4h de retard... Mais nous sommes arrivés

J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport

More room in premium but if the person in front reclines then because of the bigger incline you can’t easily get out, particularly from window seats, as the armrests don’t lift for you to slide out and the reclined seat is very close to the armrest

1ere fois que j’ai aussi froid dans un avion !! Sur tout le trajet de NYC à Londres il y avait de l’air froid qui nous venait dessus alors que les buses a nos têtes qui sont accessibles étaient fermées… résultat : angine au retour de voyage ! On connaît meilleur retour !! Et la couverture donnée à bord ne suffisait pas à ne pas être complètement gelée !! Franchement je ne sais pas si c’était normal, mais je n’ai jamais vécu ça en vol …. Sinon, rien a dire sur le personnel… Les repas pourraient être améliorés…

Enregistrement pitoyable. Il a fallu plus de 4h pour y arriver !! Très mal expliqué… on passe de Virgin, à Delta puis Air France !! Quel rapport, on ne le sait pas… mais il était demandé des infos qu’on n’avait pas… et chat client incapable de répondre… Le vol s’est très bien passé… mais l’enregistrement, jamais connu aussi laborieux !

It was a very good value for money so I really do not think there is anything to complain.

Virgin Atlantic lied to us that they will check in first bag free. From Indianapolis, Delta checked in first bag for free including carrying on. But Virgin Atlantic charged us £60.00 for one bag, from Manchester to Orlando, whereas that was not the agreement when we bought the thicket. The agreement was first bag free, even we showed them prove. They’re not trustworthy at all. They are pathological liars.

2 eme vol avec delta et 2eme incident avec les écrans. Repas vraiment mauvais. Carottes impossible à manger car dures et blanc de poulet entier impossible de couper ! Obligée de manger à la main sans parler d’un surplus de poivre. Sinon personnel très sympathique.

This airplane had no air conditioning while boarding and took way too long to cool us down after boarding : the staff was even wearing neck fans while assisting others. There was not enough food and staff were frustrated under these circumstances

The flight attendants were very kind and attentive and the food was good. The seats were cramped.

Even after several re-set attempts entertainment system (sound) never worked. Crew provided several perks to compensate and overall did all they could. Announcing gate only one hour before scheduled departure time is inadequate and worrisome in an airport the size of Heathrow. Food was very poor compared to half dozen other international flights I’ve taken this year.

Tous les vols fonctionnent maintenant comme les arnaques low cost et c'est dommage. Une valise en soute coute une fortune, un centimetre de siege en plus est un vendu a un tarif de dingue. en prenant un billet sur virgin, géré par Delta, donc une vraie compagnie, nous ne pensions pas que meme demander a etre assis ensemble serait quelque part payant. en effet notre tarif ne nous permettait pas de s'enregistrer avant. donc une fois au guichet plus de sieges ensemble. dans l'avion ? fauteuil ridicule pour tasser plus de passager , comme dans les vols bas de gamme, pas de boisson avant le repas, mais des bouteilles de cristalline que meme les chauffeurs uber ont arreté de donner. Et c'est une canette de coca pour 3 passagers, ben oui on va pas vous filer la cannette quand meme. Pour un vole a 1200 balles c'est vraiment abusé

The planes auxiliary engine wasn't working, which meant we had no a/c when the plane was sat on the apron leading to very high temperatures before take off and on landing at orlando

Didn’t enjoy this flight at all, we were separated from our kids even though there were empty seats next to them. The quality of the food was terrible, dry, tasteless and just awful. The entertainment system didn’t work and kept freezing, i had to ask 5 different members of the crew to reset it. The crew looked dis-interested in their work and didn’t want to be there, this is the first time I flown with Delta, and I really regret taking this flight, I will definitely not be booking with them again.

Virgin Atlantic should not be allowed to run codeshares without WestJet if neither company can provide check in or boarding passes - I was told I had to recheck my bags on a connecting flight which due to delays of the first one meant I had to abandon my bags at my first leg City to ensure I was able to run to get my flight as I only had 30 mins to make boarding. This means I landed in my destination without my luggage and am likely to never get it back. I will not fly on Virgin Atlantic again.

Un retard énorme dû aux contrôles à Manchester… Mais l’avion a attendu… c est sympa ! Vol très bien, nourriture infecte… annoncés uniquement en américain, on ne comprend rien. Les stewards devraient apprendre à parler distinctement, d autant si il y avait beaucoup d étrangers à bord…

Confusion on boarding - priority passengers should get priority. Service good, entertainment not so good and headphones poor. Meals average. Person behind kept kicking my seat so uncomfortable journey. Disembarking good and baggage fairly prompt.

Check in is poorly marked Heathrow lounge was excellent, service very good New Virgin upper class suites technically qualify as business class but they are very cramped and there is no storage space at all. No sleep suits available in my size, on any of the flights. Rather leave it if you can't deliver. Toiletry bag is cheap and tacky. Compare with the price paid for a business class ticket.

Places réservées sur kayak avec option grande place . Non respecté. Confort abominable sur le vol retour. Vol de départ annulé cause Covid seulement quelques heures avant le départ. Incertitude pour un vol de replacement, finalement obtenu 12 heures après . Merci kayak: plus jamais chez vous.

Personnel très professionnelle et à l’écoute des besoins des passagers. Repas assez bien, surtout salade fraîche. Proposition de plats aux légumes pourrait améliorer l’expérience pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de pâtes. Globalement tout s’est très bien passé.

Was not let to board as the site failed to notify me if a friend purchased the ticket they need to be present at check in. Now we are not able to get a refund and paid for a ticket we will never use. Ridiculous rules as I fly from London and she lives in the US. How can she be present to show her card. $480 down the drain on top of that I had to purchase a ticket at the airport since I was already there

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Voordelen: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Vol à l'heure. Vol court donc on n'a pas mangé mais des sandwiches étaient proposés. Pas de divertissement mais ce n'est pas nécessaire sur des vols courts.

La gratuité du repas Tout était payant il ne la Lumos pas lors du vol ils sortent le TPE après avoir demandé ce que l’on souhaite consommer

It had a good range of movies but the flight map was broken at my seat. I tried both online and by calling to request a menu and the wait to speak with someone was 45 minutes, and there was nothing on line that allowed me to choose a meal option. The plane was small and all seats were taken. After the meal there were incredibly long lines for only two toilets. Finally, SAS lost our luggage, which can of course happen, but there were more than 50 people waiting around at the carousel and nobody from SAS came to tell us the truth. Finally news trickled back to us by word of mouth and when we got to the SAS baggage consigne, there was only one SAS woman working there and she refused even when asked to announce to us what had happened so we would have some idea. Instead she told someone who told someone else and again by word of mouth we found forms to fill out about who we were and where we were staying. I stood in line for 45 minutes and only then would she explain the luggage had been left in Copenhagen but would arrive that night or the next day--something she could easily have shared with the group instead of leaving everybody in the dark. And at no time did another SAS official or staff member come to help all of us standing there, some of the group waiting with no news for 2 hours when the SAS lady knew full well what had happened. It is shameful. Will never fly SAS again.

SAS canceled flight the day before we were to head to Athens to catch our cruise ship. No warning whatsoever from Kayak or SAS. We only found out when we tried to check in and in red letters it said "Canceled". Kayak states they never received any message from SAS regarding this cancellation. SAS decided just to change our flights for the next day which was very unsatisfactory. NEVER AGAIN! Turkish Airlines is the way to go!

I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

Nadelen: "The seats were very hard. It was very uncomfortable sitting that long I’m those seats"

Nadelen: "The airplane crew was rude. They could have been more nicer regarding food. My mother is diabetic and I asked the lady to get her a small sandwich or something so she can take her meds and plus her sugar levels where getting low. And the lady on her side was really rude and said NO."
Nadelen: "Noise in aircraft. Transit time between flights was too short."
Voordelen: "Good boarding process and crew today."
Nadelen: "Plane was delayed and connection in Copenhagen was missed, resulting in a five-hour delay overall."
Nadelen: "Seats are too small in economy to be comfortable. Boarding was unclear and confusing, mainly because I didn't have a boarding group on my boarding pass."

Voordelen: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Nadelen: "Everything. Our flight was delayed from our departing city because the plane was leaking water on the floor and they had to send in a special cleaning crew to try to stop it. We were not given the seats we pre picked months before when buying the ticket. The ac was broken for the first half of the flight. Then, we missed our connecting flight because of the first delay. Once we got onto a new connecting flight, it was also delayed and once again, we missed our last connecting flight and are not making it to our final destination today."

Nadelen: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Nadelen: "Our plane arrived at IAD late due to a minor mechanical that was repaired at its previous destination. Consequently, we departed IAD almost two hours late, causing us to miss our connection in Copenhagen. Norwegian Air had a flight leaving shortly from Copenhagen to Rome, but the transfer agent told us SAS "does not re-book with Norwegian." Instead we were assigned to two more flights, one to Brussels, and another from Brussels to Rome. We arrived in Rome around 17:00 rather than 10:35 as scheduled, losing a full day of sight-seeing."

Nadelen: "Didn't like that I had to order vegetarian food option in advance. I would forget to do so before the flight. Despite that, I was still able to eat most of the meal since there was salad, bread and dessert which was filling enough."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
