Nadelen: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

Nadelen: "British Airways introduced boarding by groups Inspite of my plea for my husband who recently undergone heart surgery he had to stand and queu until our group number was allowed to enter the plane. We have been told very firmly by taciturn lady at Fumicino Rome that this are new rules nad they are to be obeyed! compassion is not forte in our experience of British Airways."

Nadelen: "Feels like BA has turned into Ryan Air. £65 for a checked bag, cramped seating and not even a free water."

Voordelen: "I liked everything. The crew was polite always with a smile. They liked there job and did a great job. If you where a sleep they left you alone. Always had a smile. Super polite and happy."

Nadelen: "First it's delayed by 1 hour. Few hours before the departure, it's delayed by another hour when I was checking the status from home. Then suddenly it's was back to 1 hour delay, which totally screwed up my travel time to the airport."

Nadelen: "London was fogged in had had to wait 1:45 on the plane before it left, fortunately we had a 4 hour layover in London, so we didn’t loose our conection ."

Nadelen: "They lost our suitcase full of outdoor gear (boots, coats, underwear, socks and thermals) days before we head to the inside of the arctic circle on an anniversary trip. Pretty upsetting to say the least"

Nadelen: "There was no rhyme or reason to boarding, except for first class passengers. It was just a free for all. Plane was packed and seats were uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "We were delayed multiple times and no one was available to answer questions. Then we finally we get in the airplane and they charge for every snack that they offer. We landed at London and we had to run to get to the next airplane going to NY. We payed for Upgraded seats and they did not honor the seats since we missed our original flight. On top of that they lost our bags..."

Nadelen: "Baggage did not arrive as was not put on flight at San Jose despite checking it in 2.5 hours before flight"

Nadelen: "Flight from London to Baltimore attendant stood in the back talking and laughing ignoring my call button. Waited 20 min before someone came so I could get water for my daughter. Flight attendant who responded was very rude."

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Voordelen: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Voordelen: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Nadelen: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"

Voordelen: "Staff was very professional and courteous. No much waiting time for check in. Separate area for security clearance for British Airways passengers was very helpful and noteworthy."
Nadelen: "Carry on baggage at Mumbai Airport shown different dimensions than traveling from London. No proper communications for delayed flight and boarding was not organized. In flight food from Mumbai - London route was very much unsatisfactory."

Nadelen: "They have it arriving with me. But cannot locate it. Normally they would know where it was."

Nadelen: "Sat on the tarmac for 35 minutes without a single announcement as to why there was a delay."

Voordelen: "It was my first time I was a little scared but not anymore it was a smooth ride. Don't change nothing keep up the good work. Thanks for letting me explore"

Voordelen: "The Resolution team assisted me initially when I arrived to correct an issue from my online attempt. The agent printed bag checks for me to my final destination and told me how to get needed boarding pass for the final stage. How wonderful to have pleasant and professional personal attention."

Voordelen: "It did not crash"
Nadelen: "Delays, baggage loss, how the Airline dealt with both."

Nadelen: "Bumpy landing in Charlotte. But it was windy and raining."

Nadelen: "Never got a complimentary beverage. The cart only delivered to some of the rows"

Nadelen: "I was trying to check two bags, and I get three free bags. My one bag was my wife's bike in a case and it as 60 pounds and the other was a suitcase that was only 20. They made us take stuff out of the bike case and move it to the suitcase to get it below 50 pounds. Ridiculously nitpicky. It's the same overall weight..."

Voordelen: "Thanks Daniel for making my trip to San Diego comfortable!"
Nadelen: "Didn't get to upgrade to 1st Class, but oh well :)--"

Voordelen: "Loved the individual seat back entertainment"

Voordelen: "Quick boarding, no shuttle! Pilot very informative"
Nadelen: "We were never asked for beverage service.Also when arriving and exiting to retrieve our bags when congested with baggage no room to stand and wheelchairs all at once trying to exit up ramp.Very unorganized and chaotic."

Nadelen: "It was freezing."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars."

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice"
Nadelen: "Our luggage was not put on the plane and was left behind. It was delayed about 36 hours but when we got it 3 new shots and one perfume was stolen."

Voordelen: "Fine flight once we were in the air."
Nadelen: "There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B."

Voordelen: "I really like the fact that I could check the baggage the day before the trip. This was very helpful and I could avoid keeping the bags during a long stop in Madrid."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "Couldn't find out online which gate my flight was leaving from. Long bus ride from jetway to plane. No in-flight entertainment, uncomfortable seats."

Voordelen: "Boarded on time, flight crew was friendly, nice amenities like pillows, headphones and blankets."
Nadelen: "The food was ok could be better and WiFi didn’t work."

Nadelen: "The check in process is terrible and very inefficient."

Voordelen: "Everything was fine and smooth"

Voordelen: "The flight went as expected. there were no surprises."

Nadelen: "It was frustrating to have to pay to check only one bag for a long international flight. Fortunately, I had two seats to myself, so it made it easier to be comfortable during the long flight. Food was mediocre, but good enough. Would have preferred more vegetables or fruit than sweets."

Nadelen: "Iberia annule le vol choisi puis change l'attribution des sièges et sépare les gens sans la moindre considération. Vol cher et médiocre."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Vol a l'heure Personnel avenant"
Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Sympatique"
Nadelen: "L'embarquement."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de sol était très mal"

Voordelen: "Clean and fairly new aircraft. Good flight"

Voordelen: "Very good food and beverage. Good entertaiment, but been long trips there should be a little bit more selections of movies and series."
Nadelen: "For long flights, on bussiness and first should be more chance to have open fresh beverage (Non Alcoholic) and options of snacks."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled because of the error of the travel agency to book enough time for me to connect to my flight so I was stranded in Manchester."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "One of the cabin crew had a attitude problem, very much a bull in china shop. Very disappointed. She threw a pillow someone had dropped at the seat between my partner and I. Kept on bargain past me and kept on knocking my arm while I was seated"

Voordelen: "Fairly standard international flight. In flight meals were fine. Seats were spacious enough (6’3” I need the legroom)."
Nadelen: "Not a terrible negative in the slightest; the onboard entertainment won’t load until the plane is in crushing altitude. Thought it was weird as that has never happened before, but not really a problem"

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Nadelen: "Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

Voordelen: "Extremely comfortable and was served lots of delicious food"
Nadelen: "My touch screen froze at the beginning and I couldn't use it at all for the entire flight. Then I tried to use the headphones, but they crackled so loud in my ear and didn't work either."

Voordelen: "Very short flight."
Nadelen: "The stop in San Salvador is very disorganized."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding On time Very organized"

Nadelen: "In Chicago, again my carryon things and person were extensively searched, to the point that the explosives expert was called to examine my shoes and cell phone!! If anyone would have been trying to get away with something, they were certainly able to with the time and energy wasted on me as I was only anxious to get home to see my grandchildren!!"

Voordelen: "Once I made it to the other side of the airport it was good no wi fi on a long flight"

Voordelen: "Embarquement efficace"
Nadelen: "Même pas de bouchon d’oreille ni de masque pour dormir sur un vol de 23 heures... Nourriture insipide"

Nadelen: "Même pas des cacahuètes gratuites sur la compagnie nationale. Service minimum : ne vaut pas mieux qu’une low cost."

Nadelen: "We paid extra to sit in Economy * I am 6-3, wife 5-4 and neither had any leg room We were sitting in 2 seats by themselves. It was an endurance contest to make it through the flight. I will never fly Iberian Airlines again. It was terrible!!!"
