Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

On top of which, they passed around snacks (in a 2-hr flight?? during Covid??) so 80% of the plane took their masks off to eat their pretzels and drink their water. Unacceptable."

The airline did not announce this until we were scheduled to start boarding. We had to go to a different gate and wait nearly two more hours for our flight to depart."

Nadelen: "Jammed plane. At origin we were asked to check carry on at the gate to save overhead space. Bags never made the plane. We had our stubs but when we arrived at destination or at layover none was able to help. Bag tags had been removed at origin and bags were opened to determine who they belonged to. Plus wheelchair had armrest broken off."

After multiple delays, including one where we sat on a hot plane for over an hour, they did very little to make us comfortable. There's a reason why AA sits right next to United in terms of poor customer experiences"

Nadelen: "The long delays, the cancellation near midnight, the long lines to what I thought was going to be some type of reimbursement for all the inconvenience at now having to find lodging for the evening, spend an entire day back at the airport, and transport myself from the NEW airport they made available for me from the original airport I had chosen. Absolutely NO compensation or reimbursement due to "weather." While I understand they can't control the weather, this is literally one of the greatest elements in their company. They should have provisions FOR it. Running out of airlines I could trust and rely on, and thought American would deliver. But No, not even this one. Extremely disappointed and staying away from AA."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
