I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

They send a text message the day before to arrive at the airport 6 hours prior to departure, this is crazy!
Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

Crew worked well despite being short staffed. Not a fan of pretzels
It wasn’t easy navigating London Heathrow airport. There seemed to be a lot of construction and workers were short staffed. The club lounge was rather unpleasant and needs updating. The food wasn’t very good either. The plane also needs updating and I’m not sure I’ll do business class on BA again because the seating configuration is awkward. Staff was pleasant and there was ample food but you needed to hunt them down to get service.
The plane could have been ready to go at 11 rather than 3!
The airlines have stepped up their game. Our travels with American Airlines was great. They are trying hard to make it easier on travelers
8 hour delay and cancellation. Lost baggage no food vouchers no refund no help. Never flying AA again.

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed vecause there was no pilot for one hour. We missed connecting flight and ended up with several delayed flights, so our 11 hour trip turned out to be 32 hour long. Also, they messed up with food order, but after some time they managed to bring suitable food from business class. Some of the staff was unfriendly and whining. And our party of three was scattered around the plane, other families sitting nearby too. A little bit greedy company selling seat selection option when they could arrangeit nicely, but just don’t do it in order to get few people to pay for otherwise normal thing."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "After booking tickets months in advance only to get to airport and have a hassle of getting seats together as we are a family of 4. Finally got the seats from Rome to DFW changed and didn't have time for DFW to Denver changed. If your going to offer seat assignments up front for a fee, you need to stick to it. Will never go through a 3rd party again to book flights, should have known better."

Nadelen: "Didn't appreciate an hour delay because a crew member decided not to go to work today and there seems to be no planned contingency staff at the airport for early morning fights. Made me late to PHX, and I had to run across most of the airport to make my connection."
Voordelen: "Flight was delayed due to ice storm. AA personnel were calm and kept passengers informed of when we might expected to get the next flight out. They brought in sandwiches, chips and water, which was a thoughtful thing to do."
The airlines did not make the connecting flight for me, nor for probably 190+ passengers. They were not able to make alternate arrangements for most passengers. I ended up paying for alternate conveyance out of pocket. This type of treatment of paying customers deserves a class action lawsuit. Corporations think they can get away with this, and won’t care unless it hurts their bottom line. When they get sued enough, they’ll start caring about serving the people who pay them the money that enables them to exist as a company. The people working at the United check-in worked hard, but the task was understaffed. Possibly the airport at Brussels is to blame also. Their government feels it’s imperative to do a passport control of everyone connecting to flights, who don’t leave the transit area. This is unheard of at most airports. Passport control and customs if for people leaving the transit area. Their irresponsible slowdown cost millions of dollars, to hundreds of people in just one flight. Perhaps they deserve a class action lawsuit at The Hague and shame in the press to reverse their ridiculous policy. I wonder how many hundreds of people were affected by this policy.

3 hours on the tarmac before take off (for a 7 hour flight). We were told they were working on the wi-fi. Why does that merit making 500 people 3 hours late?? They never fixed the wifi, we had no entertainment.
Le service était médiocre : pas de coussin ni de couverture, un peu sale et un membre de l’équipage bien désagréable (comme si on avait la chance d’être dans l’avion et dans sa cabine)

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."
