No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Latam Airlines has the worst service for the fare paid. We were charged for two carry on bags while other passengers with same bags didn’t have to pay. Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours."

The seats were not comfortable either, just the same as others."

Nadelen: "Inadequate signage - especially for passengers arriving on a domestic flight and departing on an international flight. Why are you writing to me in Dutch? How do I change to English?"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was great. No problems with with the actual process of boarding or landing. The flight was even ahead of schedule. The problem was with the transfer."
Nadelen: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."

Nadelen: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

Voordelen: "To check in took so long . I could have used the automated check in but my code was not recognised. Travelling as a couple we were given separate seats .The staff did not even see fit to even tell us.Poor meals. the cabin crew looked harassed."

Voordelen: "Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."

The flight attendants didn’t care about seat assignments so they put people wherever they wanted, causing issues when those people were in others seats. No in flight entertainment (zero stars). No complimentary snacks; had to pay for everything. Decent selection of food. The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane."

Nadelen: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"

Voordelen: "Boarding and deplaning was done in a fast and orderly fashion. Crew members were polite and services were done in a coordinated manner. The food quality and quantity was good. The entertainment system and availability of options was very good. Seats were spacious and the blanket provided was very nice."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "Changed our seat without notification and didn't help. We talked to 4 gate agents, the boarding gate agent and 3 crews, and they didn't try to help, at all. The pillow had coffee stains and eye make up, even though they were wrap in plastic...."

Voordelen: "Entertainment programs were the only positive"
Nadelen: "uncomfortable and cramp seats very low quality food Alcohol had to be purchased! Are you serious? This is an international flight!!!"

Voordelen: "I loved being offered newspapers before takeoff. in-flight entertainment had a good selection, food was good, and there was a decent amount of space on this flight because it was relatively empty."

Nadelen: "They didn’t let me check in or on the flight. Boarding was a disaster for others on my previous flight who were making this connection and British Airways, Iberia, and Kayak had TERRIBLE customer service when helping me (or refusing to help me) rebook my flight. I will never again use any of these companies. I’d rather walk to Europe."

Nadelen: "Iberia lost one of our bags and also broke our stroller"

Nadelen: "Could not do online check-in."

Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"

Voordelen: "On the plane, the trip was fine. The trans-atlantic section of the flight was surprisingly spacious."
Nadelen: "The connection was too short in Madrid, so I missed my flight to Berlin and was stuck in the airport for 11 hours. No airport lounge. Kind of a drag after a 9 hour flight. Also they said that my luggage would already be in Berlin but it was not and now I am still trying to find it. Yikes!"

Nadelen: "The crew is so rough, never smiling, and speaking very poor English. Well, it was Iberia, and they are famous for that. When the Spanish company will address the fact that customer service should be their top priority is still to be seen."

Nadelen: "Could not board the plane as it was overbooked!!!!!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was excellent. I appreciated the blanket, headphones, and pillow. One of the staff was very rude to the gentleman next to me because he asked for tea after she passed by with it the first time."

Voordelen: "A321 feels outdated but the seats were not bad for sleeping. It was a basic 3-hour flight."
Nadelen: "Stuff was busy SELLING drinks and food. When I asked for a glass of water the stewardess said she would come back after this round... no she didn't. Although it didn't matter that much for such a short trip."

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
