We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for an hour. That left around less than 30 minutes to on-board. More than 20 people missed their connecting flight too. The staff was way too confused. After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Nadelen: "Missed my flight!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Not enough room for overhead bags. Had to put mine in the front of the plane while I sat at the back of the plane. What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Nadelen: "Our flights there were postponed causing us to miss out connecting flights, we rescheduled with a different airline. The same thing happened coming home. Austrian was a complete disappointment going there and back."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

On top of which, they passed around snacks (in a 2-hr flight?? during Covid??) so 80% of the plane took their masks off to eat their pretzels and drink their water. Unacceptable."

Voordelen: "The plane wasn't super full so I could spread out more than if there had been someone next to me. The cabin crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "Seats are too close together. 9 boarding groups is excessive. No one boarded between groups 1 and 6 basically. Maybe makes sense for larger flights, but for a smaller one 4 groups would have sufficed and been less confusing."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great, amenities such as USB charger and outlets were convenient. Flight departed about 10 minutes early and arrived early as well! Crew was friendly."

Nadelen: "Didn't appreciate an hour delay because a crew member decided not to go to work today and there seems to be no planned contingency staff at the airport for early morning fights. Made me late to PHX, and I had to run across most of the airport to make my connection."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time and crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Very small aircraft that didn’t even have a working bathroom. All roll-ons had to be checked because overhead bins were too small to hold. Seats didn’t recline and rows were too close. Very uncomfortable aircraft."

Voordelen: "Pilots that did show up were pleasant and made the best of the situation."
Nadelen: "No scheduled pilots for this flight. Pilots that did arrive had their schedule rearranged---they showed up to work thinking they were flying to Seattle. They were asked to step in to fly to Denver instead---20 minutes after our scheduled takeoff time; not horribly late, but seemingly disorganized, which leads to all kinds of thoughts about AA overall competence."

Nadelen: "The plane was delayed about 3 hours because of mechanical difficulties. After several hours we were moved to another plane...should have been done way earlier."

Voordelen: "It was nice that I had a seat empty next to me, allowing for extra room. Flight was a little early in landing in Dallas, allowing for extra time for a short layover to find my terminal and gate for my next flight."

Voordelen: "Boarding the plane from the back first saved longer queues. Unfortunately people cheat and the boarding officers don't send them back to the right queue. Toilets were clean. Staff excellent. I was glad all my flights were stuffed to the gunnels. Presumably that is best for the environment rather than lots of planes with fewer passengers in each."
Nadelen: "Passport control with new computer ID checks was fast. Baggage was slow coming. I booked through Netflights and they didn't book me a good seat. If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished."

Voordelen: "I didn't go with AA, I was rebooked with Jet blue but AA would have been just fine"
Nadelen: "LATAM had a 12 hour delay which caused me to miss two flights. They tried to blame AA for it. Latam also tried to blame AA when they lost my bags on the way there."

Nadelen: "Live Tv CNN did not work"

Voordelen: "Worst customer service I have ever experience"
Nadelen: "They canceled my flight to Florida due to hurricane then refused to refund my return flight ticket. How can I fly back if I never made it there. Bunch of thiefs kept my money and they never got me to my destination."

Voordelen: "A short flight that was even shorter because we arrived early. Luggage arrived promptly at Baggage Claim, too. American has flights between Chicago and New York practically every hour, which is very convenient. They might as well have a shuttle. Gate staff and flight attendants friendly and helpful. Love the upgraded individual consoles for the entertainment."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "The Crew was really kind!"
Nadelen: "We left over 1.5 hours late, and they told me I would make my connection. The crew said they usually wait for connections if they are that close. I missed it by 5 mins."

Voordelen: "The flight was fine"
Nadelen: "The airline personel (flight attendants, people at desk) seemed disorganized. When I hadn't been served a meal (apparently was overlooked as I was in a middle seat), it was almost impossible to get someone's attention, and then there was no acknowledgment or apology of the problem. Boarding was also disorganized; not as clear as it could be who was supposed to be getting on the plane when. Also leg room in coach is really cramped for a long-transatlantic flight."

Voordelen: "Food was good"
Nadelen: "American Airlines gave away my upgraded seat that I paid for. Eventually gave a refund, but was unapologetic."

Nadelen: "When I spoke with a manager he was callous and told me things happen."

Voordelen: "Overall, I'm pleased with BA."
Nadelen: "This flight didn't have the individual TV screens."

Voordelen: "On m'a fait raté mon vol et pour impossible de trouver un interlocuteur. TRES DECU!!!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Voordelen: "After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system."

Nadelen: "Pour un vol de 6h, international il est selon moi inacceptable qu’il n’y pas eu ni collation de servit ni de breuvage. Tout était payant."

Nadelen: "Ma siège était dans le dernier rang de l'avion, sans fenêtre et pas trop commode. Pourtant, c'était à cause de ça que l'équipe, sachant les inconvénients, m'ont montré cette attention spéciale comme compensation."

Nadelen: "Problème à l'enregistrement en ligne car mon billet Air Canada n'existait pas dans la base de données Brussels Airlines. Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."
