The accompanying 'muffin' appeared to consist of the following ingredients: flour, oil. Suffers from the "African flight's don't matter" syndrome when it comes to level of staff and entertainment. I was expecting better from Qatar - back to Emirates I go!"

Nadelen: "Was on flight QR 743 Doha to Boston. The pilot landed as if it was an afterthought In good weather, it sounded as if the pilot used the computer to land. The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

Nadelen: "The boarding was not handled properly. There was a 40 mins delay, keeping in mind it was never mentioned on the screens. When seeking guidance from crew members about the flight's boarding different answers were given at different time. First it was no delay, just the plane getting closer to the gate, later followed by a 10 mins wait that later became over 30 mins. Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

Voordelen: "Paying only half of what other USA airlines offered we had a one stop trip from (IAH) Houston to (TLV) Tel Aviv and were served two meals with offerings of other food if needed. I don't know what was served but it was good yet very different from what we eat in Texas. Then we had a 2 1/2 hour layover in (IST) Istanbul Turkey which gave us plenty of time to get off the plane, shuttle to the terminal gate then walk around the airport for about an hour before heading to the next gate for our connecting flight. The crew was very pleasant and the flight very smooth."
Nadelen: "The landing in Instanbul Turkey was very poorly done, by far the worst I've ever experienced but the rest of the flight and connecting Turkish Airlines flight to Tel Aviv was great. The seats are very cramped but not much different than any other economy seat I've had on any other USA airline. The price of the ticket more than made up for the seat."

Nadelen: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Nadelen: "Food isn’t that great. Breakfast could be much better."

Voordelen: "Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip."

Voordelen: "Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good."
Nadelen: "I would have to dream something up."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed, landing at vce took an additional 10 minutes due to no one at the jet way. Luggage service was very slow"

Nadelen: "Very slow service at checkin, was not even available when I arrived at the airport"

Voordelen: "Het eten was lekker en er werd genoeg drinken aangeboden. Personeel erg vriendelijk."
Nadelen: "De stoelen van de Boeing 777 in de economy kunnen echt beter. Ik kreeg al snel pijn in m’n onderrug aangevuld met een houten kont. Niet echt fijn voor een vlucht van 16 uur"

Voordelen: "Sound was broken on my TV set!"
Nadelen: "Called stewardess twice to assist. No response!"

Nadelen: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Voordelen: "I enjoyed the attention to detail and comfort. Helped to make the flight easier to handle."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "Zijn goed."
Nadelen: "Niet tevreden"

Voordelen: "Premium economy service was good."
Nadelen: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

Nadelen: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Voordelen: "All cabin crew were courteous. Refreshments were light. Check stuff were helpful, they did devise that the flight was full and due to space hand luggage would prefer to be put in hold free of charge. We did not have any problem with this. Plane was clean."
Nadelen: "Service was a little slow going through the gate, it seemed to take a while for everyone to get on board."

Nadelen: "Please Endeavour to put the expiration date on the food served in the flight."

Voordelen: "Zeer vriendelijk personeel, kindvriendelijk. Stipt vertrek en aankomst"
Nadelen: "Niets"

Voordelen: "Zelfs op zo'n korte vlucht nog een hapje en een drankje! Top"

Voordelen: "."
Nadelen: "Vertraging en bagage niet aangekomen' na 1 dag afgeleverd"

Voordelen: "Er werd een gratis snack aangeboden en wonder boven wonder, was dat een vegetarische snack! :)"
Nadelen: "Het was erg warm in de cabine."

Voordelen: "Er wordt nog gratis een snack en drankje geserveerd."
Nadelen: "Fijn dat er nog gratis iets wordt geserveerd, jammer dat dat dan een broodje kip was. Waarom geen kaas, kunnen vegetariërs ook wat eten. Nu had ik niets."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled and we had to return to Amsterdam after du,ping fuel to make sure we could have a safe landing."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed"

Voordelen: "The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction"

Nadelen: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Nadelen: "It was really nice and comfortable trip"

Voordelen: "Timing and Food"
Nadelen: "Out of 50 international flights in the past 5 years, this is the first time on EGYPTAIR. They lost one piece of luggage."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time, the crew was fine"
Nadelen: "The business class lounge was closed, they gave us $25 per person voucher, but no one store in the airport wanted to accept them. There were not enough seats available when we were waiting for boarding. Business class entertainment needs significant improvement."

Voordelen: "The crew and flight was one of the best ever. Seat was comfortable. Flight attendants went above and beyond!"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed nearly an hour with no announcements as to what was happening or why!"

Nadelen: "1 1/2 hour delay out of EBB meant missing the connecting flight -- not uncommon apparently. No one was available at the transfer desk in Cairo for over an hour. The alternative through Rome & onwards put us into Munich in late evening."

Nadelen: "Im still not st my destination due to delays of the airline"

Voordelen: "Flight durations were good."
Nadelen: "Better entertainment provided. Also got moved around to accommodate their colleagues, which I wasn’t too fond of being pushed to a middle seat."

Voordelen: "All about this trip was excellent"

Nadelen: "Captain and crew where rude and the captain almost lost control of the plane as we were landing."

Voordelen: "Sericve level on the plane and staff attitude and addition new brand plane 787"
Nadelen: "Departure on time"

Nadelen: "Shorter flights and no delay"

Voordelen: "Plane in good condition"
Nadelen: "Seats are tight"

Voordelen: "The plane was clean and cool with good legroom in the exit row."
Nadelen: "It was TERRIBLE that at check-in when i found out that the only one piece of baggage was allowed. I have ALWAYS had two bags on this flight."

Nadelen: "Que les bagages suivent !!!"

Voordelen: "tout sauf la ponctualité"
Nadelen: "4,5 heures de retard, cause panne mécanique réacteur gauche, débarquement, attente dans le hall et bien sur... Pas de bagages a l’arrivée a Pâris car correspondance Cairo Vienne, Paris ratée au niveau de nos 3 valises"

Nadelen: "Transit to jeddah in Cairo is a nightmare. Even if business flight"

Voordelen: "There were bedbugs on my seat"
Nadelen: "Higiene"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and the seat with comfortable"
Nadelen: "The crew run the safety video after take off it’s should be before take off .."

Voordelen: "There is nothing I like when I travel with egypt air we lost our bag and finally they find it after 9 hours Really bad experience with egypt air"
Nadelen: "They need to really understand the difference betweeen the business and economy ppl pay extra to feel comfort and have a priority boarding but in EGYPTAIR business and economy is the same no difference"

Nadelen: "La température de la cabine, trop chaude L’hôtesse pas très agréable."

Voordelen: "Pas grand chose"
Nadelen: "La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. L’équipage était au courant. Je l’ai signalé alors que j’étais la premiere à les utiliser. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"

Nadelen: "The aircondition was not working since the very begining for 4 hours and even after was not fully cooling. It was hot"

Voordelen: "This flight was on time and the in-flight service was really nice. I really appreciate it when Egypt Air flights are on time. Thank you."

Voordelen: "Comfortable flight, good food"
Nadelen: "Delays in boarding, unorganized, some grumpy staff"

Nadelen: "The food could be improved"

Voordelen: "Entertainment selection was decent, I was especially impressed by the very wide variety of music to listen to. The crew were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The plane was clean and presentable, especially the lavatories. The seats were comfortable and the blankets provided worked well too."
Nadelen: "Food was bland and the chicken dish was dry and difficult to chew. Movie selection on the entertainment system was mediocre, with limited variety of films in general and especially limited variety in languages other than English and Arabic. A problem which I encountered on board was a big gap between the ventilation panel at the base of the wall and the flooring, through which the dessert of my meal fell and which presented the risk of losing further items. I hope this is fixed promptly."

Voordelen: "Overnight accommodations and females seated together."
Nadelen: "Booked too late to get vegan meals."

Voordelen: "Ponctuels, avions récents ou neufs, pnc charmants bon plat chaud"
Nadelen: "Transit 6 heures au retour de Louxor xor via Le Caire Quand revient le vol direct oaris Louxor ??"

Nadelen: "For this trip, there were no individual screens. All customers had to watch the same movies for a 5 hour trip."

Nadelen: "When I asked the flight attendant for an extra snack, he proceeded to tell me he had none left when I could look directly into the tray and see that there was more than enough. After calling him out on this, he complied."

Nadelen: "I complain to the manager and he doesn’t do anything about how the customer service treat us And if you know the manager you don’t charge for extra luggage - and if you don’t know him you charge for anything extra"

Nadelen: "Ran out of chicken meal"

Nadelen: "I overpaid my flight by up to 50 per cent more than my fellow passengers yet they were allowed 2 bags each while I only got 1 . The flight attendants don't offer drinks except with meals . They took for ever to remove the trays after the meals that passengers were trying to take them out by themselves . They don't pass by with big bags to collect any garbage ."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "People were smoking on the plane. How is that still a thing?! There were no smoking signs and yet the crew did nothing to stop them. Absolutely horrible flight."

Voordelen: "Appreciate the hot breakfast that was served."
Nadelen: "Boarding process can be improved."

Voordelen: "Lots of terberlance but good flight"
Nadelen: "The terberlance"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a little slow, but the crew was nice and courteous Seating was comfortable and roomy. The food was good."

Voordelen: "Inexpensive fair."
Nadelen: "Little interaction with crew"

Voordelen: "The crew was very good. Helpful and friendly."
Nadelen: "I had no blanket, no pillow. I asked the attendant to get me a blanket and she passed me one that someone else was using."

Nadelen: "Some of the seats are situated so that you really can't see the movie. The screen closest was right above my head and the next one was too far to really see especially with the glare"
