Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room.

Food was not as good as it used to be during the Pre-Covid years. Fruits were not served with Lunch or Dinner.

Nadelen: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Class passengers for the 9 hour delay....we did have the Lounge, but a shower, rest and comfort after another previous 5 hour 30 minutes flight from Athens 11.30am Start to 2.00am start from Doa."

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Nadelen: "Extra baggage was charged $250 for 1 extra baggage when other airlines change $70. Also on the Qatar Airway site it states that after 3 hours of the flight if seats are available business class upgrade would cost much less and this was not the case. They wanted $2000 for the upgrade."

Nadelen: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Nadelen: "The seat pocket of the seat in front of me was broken, which resulted in a metal wire poking into my legs for the entire duration of the flight. Not only was it uncomfortable and bordering on painful; but this could also potentially be dangerous in the event of an emergency!!!"

Very bad thanks

Even though I was had been double vaccinated weeks prior; arrived at the airport 5 hours early; had two negative COVID tests, including a PCR test I was forced to pay $225 for at the airport (the free tests do not have the fast result turn-around required by the Sri Lankan government); proof of a ride from the airport and lodging information; I WAS DENIED ENTRY TO MY FIRST FLIGHT. I was told I needed a special email from the government? I was told to email immediately and given a bogus email address? The one man, who was a "supervisor" for Etihad and refused to identify himself, kept berating me and told me explicitly that "you Americans are used to going wherever you like whenever you like BUT IT'S NOT THAT WAY ANYMORE!!!" I was dumbfounded. I should mention that I was unfailingly polite the entire time. I would characterize this employee's behavior towards me as abuse. I did try to call KAYAK for several hours but no response. This same employee kept intercepting me on the snake line and continuously prevented me from approaching the check-in desk. I should add that I was the only person waiting who appeared to not be of SE Asian or Middle Eastern descent as well as the only unaccompanied woman. While I cannot for certain that this had anything to do with the Etihad employee's targeting, I can say. that my experience was truly horrible. After 5 hours of attempting check-in, being prevented from approaching the check-in desk, and being continuously denigrated and lied to, I left the airport in despair. That was only the beginning of my troubles. Many weeks later, I still do not have a refund, or even an exchange, for my wasted ticket. I have spent countless hours on hold with KAYAK and their enterprise is absolutely criminal. I really can not afford to lose the price of my ticket, but I don't know how many more weeks/days/hours I can spend fighting for a refund for a flight I was prevented from boarding for no apparent logical reason? AVOID ETIHAD. AVOID KAYAK!! They have stolen my money and have been absolutely horrid. And if anyone from KAYAK reads this PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I am so deeply tired of this. The way you have treated me is so. very. wrong.

Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."

Nadelen: "The food quality was really bad with no alternatives. All passengers with vegetarian food option were complaining."
Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights"

Voordelen: "I go an email that this flight has not been purchased. I had to call the company directly to purchase. Kayak website never made any correction in the my trips section. Which made me believe falsely that I have a confirmed booking."
Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "Not able to check in on line. Had to queue for 50 minutes at the check in desk. The passport control was almost as bad . I arrived at the airport 1 hour and 45 minutes before departure. By the time I had check in and pass through passport control and security it was just 20 minutes until flight departure time"
Voordelen: "The crew took care of their passengers' needs throughout the flight with plenty of food and drinks."
Nadelen: "My headphones or speaker did not work on my TV so I was unable to watch any movies. It was difficult to sleep as I was woken up to see if I wanted food or drink"

Food was terrible. The in flight entertainment was lacking entertainment. Crew members told us we needed to hold our carry on’s, on our lap then to store it under the seat because other people have bigger bags. Even though I got to the seat first and was trying to get settled in. Crew members were eating and on their cellphones in the back the majority of the time. It was hard to get a cup of water. Flew from Chicago O’hare to Abu Dhabi."
Voordelen: "It was a great flight. I got an exit seat, and the air host, Dylan, was very helpful."
Nadelen: "Flight delay with no reason for two hours which made me cancel another flight and wait for another five hours in transit and pay a huge amount of money to reschedule flight. Medicore plane on a long flight of seven hours from abu dhabi to kuala lampur. Cabin crew not helping. Bad toilets."
Voordelen: "Only I like the cabin crew. They were very nice and very friendly. This is the only thing I like about the Etihad Airways."
Nadelen: "More than 9 hour stay with no hotel & no food voucher before 16 hours flight . When I requested the customer service person he was very rude and with very bad attitude even the person was behind me he said the same thing. The food was very bad taste during the flight,coffee and tea had a very bad taste. Orange juice taste very bad too. No personal kit was given during the flight. Over all very bad experience. Please coney my comments to Etihad Airways."

Nadelen: "DO NOT under any circumstances miss an Etihad Airway flight. They'll make you pay twice the original price of your flight AND a $600 fee for missing your flight. WTF! Why must you pay $600 for missing a flight you ALREADY PAID for. I loved my first experience with Etihad but second time was not as pleasant."

Nadelen: "The On Boarding process, a bit too many checks on the weight of Carry ons (7Kg)and Laptop Bag (5Kg), which was a big inconvenience and I never experienced with any other airlines and believe me I have flown on virtually every airline. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE.
