I liked the cleanliness of the flight, my check in bags got loaded into cargo for some reason and I had to wait over 30 mins for them to arrive becuase a thunderstorm hit and they people in charge didn’t want to drive the cargo section over in a thunderstorm.

Nadelen: "Delayed from boarding at 1 am until 5 am when they finally announced it was cancelled. They made announcement updates every 10 minutes meaning that people had to be constantly alert to see if anything changed in the next 10 minutes. When the flight was cancelled, the employees could not offer any information about how to get ticket prices refunded, or how to get to the destination. They could not even connect passengers to the managers because the managers are in Hong Kong. The number they gave out to passengers for customer services could not be reached because this it is an international number. People had to miss connecting flights, meetings, important appointments, and are still trying to figure out how to get refunded for an expensive flight. Terrible experience and customer service."

Nadelen: "The chicken rice was a bit disappointing. On the way out from Bangkok to Fukuoka the food was better. I was left wandering around at the Hong Kong airport to find the gate. The transfer station at E2 was hard to find - more signs or better directions from personnel would have helped. This was in contrast to the exceptional treatment I received from CP when I was making my close connection in Hong Kong on the way from Bangkok to Fukuoka. The lady helped escort me through the airport to make sure I caught my flight and had been waiting there as I exited the plane -- that was fantastic but in sharp contrast to my experience on the return segments."

Nadelen: "The seats on this plane were worse than the ones on the shorter flight. Maybe it was just an older aircraft, but you'd think the longer flights would have the more comfortable seats."

Nadelen: "there's 2 meal that was serve all although it says snack through out the flight, I suggest the flight attendant serve snack in between that way passenger won't be too hungry."

Nadelen: "Dinner food was a bit bland My personal TV screen stopped working halfway through the flight. I notified the flight attendants, and they said they'd fix it but they did not."

The flight crew directed me to the wrong aisle during the boarding process. Reaching my seat while pulling my luggage around was a hassle for me, as well as for the other passengers. One of the crew members almost refused to let me bring my carry-on onboard because they thought it wouldn’t fit in the overhead cabins. I use this bag for all my travels, and when it came to storing it above my seat, it fit. 2 other luggages fit alongside it without issue. That person made unnecessary hassle for me and left me feeling uncomfortable at the possibility of having to pay extra fees because of their incorrect and unneeded opinion. The entertainment was extremely limited with about 10 movies available, as well as 7 shows. This was a 15 hour flight, so it would have been nice to have more options.

Nadelen: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "The plane was extremely cramped as the seats reclined so far back that it rested on my knees. It was extremely difficult to keep my seat back up which created an uncomfortable angle for my back on a 9 hour flight. The cabin was extremely warm and there was little airflow. The airline also lost our luggage"

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"
