I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. Nadelen: "The airport closure wasn't PALs fault but the absolute lack of organisation and an attitude "act of God so look after yourself" is disgusting. Flying business expected some service but had nothing and they smiled and said they rebooked me 16 days later. Other airlines would book you on different carriers but not PAL. Last time no matter what special deal they offer."

I asked hostess what the deal was (because their food service is usually great) and she explained that in this new plane (Boeing 787) they removed a lot of the working areas for the crew. They have less space to work in order to be able to prepare food and drinks compared to Qantas's other planes (Airbus A380). This is also a brand new plane for this crew (literally the first flight for some for some of them), and they didn't know where some of the things on the plane were. I imagine after they've used the plane for a while and learn where everything is, they'll get better. I'll find out on the return flight back to Melbourne."

During boarding I was profiled by one of your gate agents and "selected for further screening" ... not fun. No explanations, just surly, inattentive agents performing further checks on items that had already been twice-checked at security. Awful service."

Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

Nadelen: "The lines were too long for a 75 year old. I have recheck but did not get it with American. Security was madness, no one keeping social distance in spite of all your lovely signs. The staff giving directions on the moving table was unintelligible to me and so i left my iPad in my bag and had to spend 20 minutes tearing my bag apart . The gate was the only one not listened on the departure board and so i went the wrong way into the wrong Gs. There was no one around to check with, no one to ask and when i realized i went the wrong way i had to run back . At 75. I was the last one on board. No one helped me. The only friendly and helpful staff i met was Peter on the Chicago to LaCrosse flight. Very disappointed."
Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled til 24 hours later. And then delayed two more times before we were able to fly out. Very frustrating experience"
Nadelen: "After the flight was diverted due to Weather conditions I missed my connecting flight and American Airlines did a terrible job handling the changes and assisting their customers at DFW airport."
Voordelen: "Lisa I. was one of the best flight attendants I have ever observed. She enjoys being on the airplane with people who need help, comfort, to complain about anything. She was all over the airplane and refused a tip when I tried to insist she accept it. She said, “I have been doing this for a long time, I am tipped by seeing passengers having a pleasant flight.” I had goosebumps and the two women to my left and right were also impressed by her professionalism. I pray that Lisa is working on my flight home!"
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing, even with 30 to 45 MPH winds, the plane was gentle. The passenger next to me was scared. Lisa said to let her know if she needed anything, the woman was fine the whole flight. Lisa came by with extra snacks and she smiled and said she was doing well!"

Nadelen: "The amount of space! I’m only 5’7”, 125lbs and I was absolutely squished in this seat. Oh and we waited an hour in the tarmac for a maintenance guy to fix a computer? Why can’t they figure this out before we board? It’s better to sit at the gate than in your cramped airplanes."

Nadelen: "On the first leg of my journey, there was a card explaining how to get inflight entertainment using the aainflight.com which worked great. However the Phoenix to Eugene leg used Boingospot but there was no card in the seat pocket explaining what needed to be put in your browser to access the entertainment portal. There were only two flight attendants on the flight and, aside from the drink service, no one ever came to the back of the plane so I could ask the question. I could have used the call button but I think that should be saved for emergencies. I think the information on how to access the inflight entertainment should be in every seat pocket"

Nadelen: "Everything, the staff was rude especially at the gate. I was forced to check my bag not because of size but because I was in Group 6 boarding and I got on there was plenty of room on the plane. I had even explained I needed to do work and would have to hold everything in my arms."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Compare to other airlines very uncomfortable and they made me check in my carry on bag to charge $60 so disappointed I been taking this carry on for long time no other airline ever made me do that will not recommend"

Nadelen: "the flight was delayed 5 hours due to maintenance. The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
