Nadelen: "Le prix du billet a été débité 2 fois à l’aller ( remboursé ensuite quand je l’ai signalé) . Le prix du supplément de surclassement a fait que le retour a été débité de notre compte 2 fois aussi. Il faut qu’on le signale encore."
Voordelen: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."

Nadelen: "When refreshments were being served they did so in a hurry for some reason and missed passengers including myself. We had to call for an attendant to serve the refreshments who seemed a little annoyed at that."
Voordelen: "Scoot employees were really helpful, I missed my flight from Singapore to Kochi because by the time the passengers got off the flight and went through immigration in Singapore, the check in counter had closed, and there was no more flights available to Kochi until 2 days later. The employees made sure I boarded my flight and I came home to my sister’s wedding"
Nadelen: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Voordelen: "The plane had decent leg room, the food was great, service was excellent. I have no complaints. Snacks were handed out pretty regularly which was great. In flight entertainment was good too. I'll definitely fly Singapore again, I liked it better than other Asian airlines."
Nadelen: "This flight is on an old plane. The entertainment system was dated and the seats didn't recline properly. Food wasn't very good and they offered a very limited selection considering it is a 7-hour flight. Not worth doing Singapore Airlines business class for this leg."

Nadelen: "The need to pull out boarding passes multiple times-like 6 times- and having to be screened Twice. To even buy some mouthwash i had to show boarding passes. Ridiculous"
Nadelen: "Had an 11hr delay overall, 3.5hrs sitting on the tarmac only to be told to disembark for dinner at the airport. Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Nadelen: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Voordelen: "The flight got delayed for 4.5 hours. We didnt receive any call, sms or email informing us about the delay. We went to the airport for checkin only to discover that it was delayed! No justification or any reason were given to us. We are travelling with a baby. We had to get a taxi to return to our home and return back to the airport after 4.5 hours. Called qatar airways and send them a xomplaint email. No one cared to answer. The worst flight ever. Will never go with qatar airways anymore"

Notre hôtesse de l air été excellente dans son travail. Toujours à prendre soin de nous, être attentive à nos demandes et toujours disponible. Vraiment excellente, elle s’appelait Roma je crois. Merci pour tout, je reprendrai cette compagnie tout le temps.

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

Nadelen: "Original itinerary was not followed. Flight from manila to hongkong was late. We arrived hongkong and was informed that our flight has been rebooked even though we can see that the plane was still there and staffs are still at the gate. We were transferred to a layover flight from HongKong to Aussie then Aussie to Auckland instead of going straight. Seats was set far apart with no competitions at all. Sorry is not enough for this big hassle."
Voordelen: "The service from start to finish was superb. The flight to Hong Kong had the on board attendants at full service the whole journey. Blankets and pillows were supplied as standard and plenty of complimentary food. There was a genuine sense that the on board attendants wanted you to be as comfortable as possible."
Nadelen: "I can't think of anything really. Perhaps the seats could have slightly more leg room but hey. What can you expect from economy."
Voordelen: "Amazing ground staff that was quick and experienced. Great choice of airport lounges. Newer plane."

Voordelen: "I really appreciated that Cathay flew another plane in to pick us up when our original aircraft was mechanically grounded at the previous destination. The crew were very professional."
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed due to mechanical failure and didn't arrive from its destination: Taipei. We were not told about the possibility of our flight being cancelled as we arrived at check-in, we were allowed to check our bags first, issued boarding passes and *then* we were told to come back to check in counter in 3.5-4 hours. Our checked luggage had already been taken and with it, clean clothes, toiletries and other items that could have made the waiting more comfortable. After coffee and a snack we decided to check in to the capsule hotel at Narita. Minimum stay was one night at that hour of the day - for stays after 6pm. While I appreciated that Cathay got us out later that evening, the plane we flew was one of the oldest in the fleet: the seats did not recline at all so it was very uncomfortable. It was a late night flight but no one was offered pillows or blankets. (I did receive one upon request). We arrived in Hong Kong in the early hours of the next morning - 3 hours late - after the airport train had finished running so I paid for a taxi home which I normally would not need to do since I already had a train ticket. so my flight experience did cost me some extra money this trip."

The passenger behind me had his shoes off the entire flight and put his feet in the space beside me near the window. His feet smelt like vinegar and sweaty socks. The passenger beside me was overweight and he spilled into my seat partially. All of this did not make for a comfortable flight but thankfully it wasn't too long."
Nadelen: "My Son's water bottle was emptied despite my protests that nobody at any airport has ever done such a thing. The water had even been okayed by the Hongkong airport 1st security point after we landed in HKG from Delhi. But the there was additional checking of handluggage again just before boarding and they threw away my Son's water. This is unacceptable. Also the food was not up to quality. I got practically the same food in both meals."

Nadelen: "I booked through Budget Air and was initially online able to confirm seats and meals for my husband and I online with Qantas easily. Months out my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked onto a later flight that would have made us miss all of our transfers to our honeymoon on Fitzroy Island. Because I had booked through 'a 3rd party' Qantas refused to assist me. I managed to convince budget air to change our flights. We were moved to a jetstar flight from Melbourne to cairns. I had to confirm that this had occurred and go through multiple people online to reallocate seats and food options for my husband and myself again. Only my luggage allowance was carried across to jetstar and neither of our meal allowances were. When it came to online check-in with jetstar I could not check my husband in online only myself. I spoke to multiple people online who all confirmed they didn't know why or there was no problem and we should just present ID and check in in person. When we got to the airport Qantas had not transferred the e-ticket code across for my husband's booking and this is why we could not check him in online. The jetstar staff had to try to get his original booking code from Qantas. As it turned out I had to original booking code through budget Air in my hand and had to assert this information to staff. Flying back we were able to check in online fine with Qantas. Our boarding passes printed different sizes but did not present a problem when we dropped off our luggage. When we sent to check in the staff member couldn't get the smaller pass to read and my husband had to assert that he also had it on his phone. Despite all of my online conversations the aisle seat was allocated to me and not my husband who required it because of a medical condition and the flight was 30min delayed. We won't be traveling with Qantas or jetstar, or booking through budget Air again."
Nadelen: "Flight attendant kept forgetting to turn the entertainment back on after an announcement. Flight attendant sounded unprofessional over PA Would like more snacks - savoury and sweet, instead of just savoury. Snack was not sufficient for a 3 hour flight landing at 9pm. Had to wait on plane while airbridge was brought to the plane so everyone could disembark - “they weren’t expecting the flight!!” Whole flight still waiting for luggage after 55 minutes of standing at carousel and only after 55 minutes an announcement to say handlers are tending to a departure and we have to wait another 10 minutes - a whole hour for luggage - take carry on only next time!!!! 4 flights collecting luggage from the one carousel!!"
Voordelen: "Fantastic service and overall experience on my first flight on a 787 Dreamliner. Flying QF50 with Qantas from SFO to Melbourne. Slept 8 hours. Will fly down from Sydney to leave via Melbourne in the future, such a good plane."

Nadelen: "The entertaimnet headset socket was faulty and I had to hold the jack in a specific way so I could hear the vocal channels. Sometimes it just dropped out all together. Tried multiple headsets but having the socket and jack on the inside of the armrest where it was so easily knocked by you leg was so incredibly stupid and made it hard to get comfortable or move position in the seat. First time I've ever seen this on a plane. Ok, so Qantas got us there safely but the inflight movies its what makes it bearable."
Voordelen: "Qantas notified me in plenty of time when flight was cancelled and automatically placed me on next available flight. Customer service was good in this regard."

Voordelen: "Not much - everything was below average Q Meal worked - the miso salmon was good. shape the breakfast was almost unedible - uncooked bacon, gooey egg stuck to side of container - mushy potato cake soaked by the fluid from the tomato - you would think they would get it right after 20 years!"
Nadelen: "broken tables and damaged seats ( electrical cords lose) they give you a menu and have no pre-dinner drink service don't ask for a drink after meals have been served - you won't get it too much service to ask for snacks after six hours - the staff eat them and give you their vegetarian sandwiches, then other crew try to say no that's not true - one of them is lying seats are tight - especially if you are 188cm tall. they throw all the cooked mid flight snacks out after three hours of being in the oven yet they don't walk up and down the isle and offer them to you. Yeah right - 23 staff eat them themselves. same movies and TV - I do a flight every month and its always the same with maybe one or two new movies added unloading oversize in LAX - give yourself at least 1.5 hours - they are slow and inefficient. Unloading in Melbourne was ok but bags took for ever. Wish they would go to Beijing or Shanghai and see how it is done in less than 15 minutes from docking. United/Delta is looking good at this stage"
Voordelen: "I have a nut allergy and there are no nut free meal options to select prior to my flight. Worse still the attendants didn't bother to check the meal ingredients, something that was offered to me by the budget airline Fly Dubai."
