Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Nadelen: "C est un scandale: l embarquement m a ete refusé pretendant un risque de fraude avec ma carte. J ai recu une confirmation de paiement, j ai fait l enregistrement, j ai passe la frontiere. Et je n ai pas pu monter dans le vol!!! Je n ai recu aucun message avant le vol. J ai perdu un week end avec mon mari que je ne vois jamais car il vit a l autre bout du monde."

Nadelen: "Diner servi à 2h de matin ! Les hôtesses étaient bruyantes et les lumières allumées en pleine nuit. Beef sandwich au petit déjeuner !"

Nadelen: "Le matin, on m'a donné un peitt pain aui avait mauvais gout dans lequel j'ai trouvé deux bout de viande froide non identifiable. Pas de choix juste ce peitit pain que je j'ai pas pu manger"

Nadelen: "British Airways est la grande compagnie aérienne qui offre les avions les moins confortables du marché en classe économique. Coincer les passager autant pour un vol de sept heures, ou de 12 heures quand on va en Asie, ça ne devrait pas arriver avec une telle compagnie en 2018..."

Nadelen: "Obligation de passer la bagage cabine en soute, pour les nombreux souvenirs fragiles ce n'est pas l'idéal !"

Nadelen: "Arriving on time to make connection although I am not sure 1 hour 30 minutes was long enough to make our next flight. The baggage took a very long time."

Nadelen: "I was asked to move from the front of the plane to the second to last row without a thank you or any kind of appreciation..."

Voordelen: "Our flight attendant was very polite and with a great attitude."
Nadelen: "The pilot arrived late because he went for a Tim Horton's coffee (I know that because I was in first row and I heard the flight attendants talking about that). Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

Nadelen: "Plane is more suitable for passengers under 5'11". At 6'7", I wasn't an ideal passenger!"

Voordelen: "American reminded me why I always chose to fly with them and not other airlines. Kind fly crew, prompt notifications, Mobile Boarding Passes, quick check-in process and more. I loved it!"

Nadelen: "Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

Nadelen: "Attendant took too long to hand out drinks, then ran out of water for the back of the plane. By the time we got water it was almost time to land."

Nadelen: "AA used a ground hold in ICT. Was told connection to Flint would not be a problem. When I got off of plane in Chicago the flight Flint had already pushed back. Could either wait for the next Flint flight that would get in at about midnight and risk not having a rental car or take an earlier flight to Detroit and pay $85 for dropping rental car off at Flint."

Nadelen: "Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled."

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled And rescheduled and we were not notified. We missed our flight. The next flight was the following day. We missed a day of vacation and $500 a day hotel fees. We felt we should be reimbursed for our flight but the person we talked to wasn't too helpful."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "The service and the flight connection which we missed because of the short amount of time in between the 2 flights. They didn't wait for us, as we got told they would, since our first flight was with Iberia. And this flight was late"

Nadelen: "When I bought the ticket, checked bags were included in the price. When I got to the counter, they said no and I paid $80, which was more than the flight for two cost. When I tried to use my frequent flyer account to pay for the bags, they said I couldn’t, although I had over $200 in credit. Very bad service! Very bad!"

Voordelen: "Service was a bit lacking. Due to extra security measures at the gate, we did not have time to get enough food in the terminal to bring on board with us so needed to order a sandwich and drink. The on screen food order system did not work, and it was difficult to know when we could request food."
Nadelen: "More attentive flight attendants and better explanation of when food and beverages not purchased in advance could be ordered."

Nadelen: "Crew was friendly to some people and completely ignored others, or at least me. Not sure if they knew Passenger status or what."

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."

Nadelen: "The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work."

Nadelen: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Nadelen: "I am under the impression that any international flight exceeding 6+ hours are supposed to serve food. This was not the case. Food was only served to people who had ordered it. Not even a glass of water was served."

Voordelen: "Boarding and deplaning was done in a fast and orderly fashion. Crew members were polite and services were done in a coordinated manner. The food quality and quantity was good. The entertainment system and availability of options was very good. Seats were spacious and the blanket provided was very nice."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "One of the cabin crew had a attitude problem, very much a bull in china shop. Very disappointed. She threw a pillow someone had dropped at the seat between my partner and I. Kept on bargain past me and kept on knocking my arm while I was seated"

Voordelen: "The premium economy does help for Long lights. Mine was BCN to OAK and being a y’all person the extra legroom was much appreciated. With the low cost of level I would fly again for sure"

Nadelen: "Online check in failed, and legroom was non-existent - the worst of any alliance-based carrier I have ever flown."

Voordelen: "Our flight was subcontracted through another airline, Level, so my comments are related to Level."
Nadelen: "I called the airline a week before our departure regarding the baggage fee. I was assured the fee was included in the price. However, at the time of check in, I was charged a $55 checked bag fee."

Voordelen: "I loved the Madrid airport!! Iberia out of Madrid is lovely."

Voordelen: "I liked that the airline provided blankets pillows and headsets at no extra cost for our 8 hour flight. The crew were very nice and accommodating. The food was good."
Nadelen: "I did not like having to pay 75 Euro for one checked bag. That should Have been more clearly set out when booking a flight. The entertainment could have been better. Poor reception for some shows."

Nadelen: "On any international flight I've been on in the past one checked bag has always been complimentary. This is the first time I was surprised by a checked luggage fee of $85. Considering my wife and I were already at the airport, we had no choice but to pay for our checked bags – resulting in almost $380 in luggage fees for our round trip flights. This restriction was buried on the ticket purchase information – a very sneaky move that cost us significantly. Won't be flying TAP Air Portugal again!"

Nadelen: "No vegan food options. Filthy toilet"

Voordelen: "I was on a 7 hour flight and the TAP airline service was very good. I had requested a vegan meal and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Also they had a great selection of movies."
Nadelen: "I didn’t like that all the soap dispensers in both bathrooms were empty the whole flight. But good thing for the wet naps they offered and antibacterial I had in my purse."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Nadelen: "Flight crew prohibited us from using FAA approved child seat on board despite airline regulations explicitly accepting FAA approval. Flight crew also refused to give any reason. Their communication was not curteous."

Nadelen: "The 70 euro luggage fee was a bit excessive. The delay and subsequent missing of my connecting flight that resulted in a 11 hour layover and a 10 euro voucher was pretty lame. TAP Portugal customer service leaves a bit to be desired"

Nadelen: "Too sleep deprived from earlier missed connection to notice much about this flight except for the complete mess when it came to boarding. You can't line up 4 boarding zones in an area that is maybe 10ft by 10"

Nadelen: "I didn't like that on a 3:30 hour delay the passengers did not get information about the delay. Line for check-in was too long. More then 2 hours on the line to check-in. Uncomfortable seats (too tight)"

Nadelen: "We had to postpone our first leg from London to Lisbon by a day and then they cancelled our return flight without telling us!!! So, we were trapped in Lisbon with no flight to return home. We called them and they said, "we cancelled your tickets and only have business class seats available for you and your toddler." We said no thank you. If we were going to spend 1k on a return flight, we were going to take British Airways. TAP, never again."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "The food was good and there was a decent variety of things to watch."
Nadelen: "Having another TSA check at our gate at the last minute just because we were going to New York, the whole process made our boarding time late and our take off time pushed back even though they had 3 hrs to figure it out. The main flight stuardess in charge was rude and kept giving attitude to people when they asked questions because half the people on the flight didn't understand Portuguese. I wasn't allowed to pick my seat on the website so we ended up in a middle row. The person i was traveling with is over 6 ft and could not comfortably fit in the seats. Thankfully no one sat on the end so we were able to spread out between 3 seats. The entire experience made us not want to fly into Portugal again."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable with plenty of room between you and the seat in front of you. Huge plane. Very nice."
Nadelen: "My video screen did not have English available"

Voordelen: "The employees were very friendly."
Nadelen: "The food service was cancelled due to being short a flight attendant. We were initially advised that the food had not made it to the aircraft. Afterwards we saw the crew eating while we were left with no food or drink service. We then discovered that since they were short one crew member the crew would not serve food or drinks for "safety concerns". It turns out they could have served but preferred to adhere to their union under the guise of passenger safety and remain seated the entire flight doing crossword puzzles and the like which definitely made me feel much safer."

Voordelen: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Nadelen: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Voordelen: "The seats were pretty comfortable and the crew was excellent."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment and the food wasn't good."

Voordelen: "Left on time. Served food and drinks. Friendly staff."
Nadelen: "Served food and drinks. Orange "juice" tasted awlful. Bland sandwich. Seats did not recline."

Nadelen: "We experienced a 6 hour delay in Lisbon because there was no fuel available - terrible planning causing us to spend hours on the runway."
