Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Voordelen: "This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!"

Voordelen: "We paid extra $200 round-trip so that my 6’4” tall husband and 6’2” son could have extra legroom. There was at least an extra foot of space between the end of their knees and the reclined seats in front of them. Wow. It was worth it! We had the aisle behind business class, and with only 3 middle seats vs 4, even our aisles were comfortably wide. The seat comfort has improved greatly from past flights on Lufthansa. The small pillows at each seat were comfy. We liked that the silverware was actually metal instead of plastic - nice! Loved loved loved the free good quality alcohol! Air temperature felt comfortable to us doing the entire flight – normally these flights are freezing cold."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Nadelen: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Nadelen: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

I don’t know how it’s possible but the airline has squeezed extra seats onto the plane which are not even an arm’s-length distance from the toilets. So on a redeye international flight that anyone would want some sleep on , we were placed in seats that didn’t recline and smelled like the bathrooms the whole time with them opening and closing every 10 seconds while the whole plane was using them. absolutely horrible flight!!!

Consideration of family seated together. I would recommend and fly with SAS again.

I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

Nadelen: "Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience."

Nadelen: "The back of the plane was significantly warmer than the rest of the plane. Very little leg room."

Voordelen: "Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful."
Nadelen: "Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped."
Voordelen: "It was the first time I needed to use "Passenger Assistance" and it made my experience excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you."

I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"
Voordelen: "Everyone I interacted with from SAS was very nice and very polite. Smooth, short flight. Bags came down pretty quickly. The coffee on the plane was better than in my hotel in Edinborough!"
Nadelen: "I didn't realize that even though I am an international traveler, I had to pay for baggage for this short flight. And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."

Nadelen: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Voordelen: "The flight from Newark to Stockholm was late, so I was late for the flight to Vilnius,had to recheck-in and wait for 6 hours."
Voordelen: "The attendant made sure we got checked in and on the flight even though there could have easily been a hang up that prevented us from getting on the flight. It was pretty empty so we got a full row again for all our baby stuff. Very nice"
Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Voordelen: "Traveled business class after winning the upgrade bid. Really felt like there was little room for improvement. The physical set up, the service, the entertainment were all delightful. The privacy, the horizontal sleep option on a 9 hour flight were just special."

Nadelen: "How do you say to close for comfort but then one gets what one pays for and the economics are understandable yet I did not care for the cramped space provided."

Made me check a bag that I have carried onto hundreds of flights . Caused me to miss my connection in Paris because I was flying a different airline and my bags didn’t transfer . The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent

On est un cran en dessus d’une compagnie comme Air France. La qualité et la quantité des plateaux repas est décevante, le personnel navigant est désagréable, peu prompt à répondre de manière aimable aux demandes des voyages. Ils semblent tous énervés et réagissent de manière brutale.

J'ai réservé un vol Djerba-PARIS je me suis trouvé avec un vol Djerba-Paris-Saint-Petrsbourg du coup je n'ai pas pu voyager....c'est de l'arnaque.

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Demande de justificatifs d'adresse lors de l'embarquement alors que ces justificatifs n'étaient pas requis sur le voyage aller. Vérification minutieuse de l'ensemble des poids des bagages à main (qui étaient tous conformes) pour un vol intérieur d'une heure... A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"
