There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

We should get snacks like peanuts or pretzels

Voordelen: "The A380 is an amazing plane. The flight was smooth and the engine sounds were fairly low."
Nadelen: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
Voordelen: "The cabin crew are very helpful and friendly. I sat at the end of the row in the upper deck. After the gate door closed , they let me sit in the empty sit away from the toilets . During the flight they’re around with water and juices to make sure we’re dehydrated,"

Nadelen: "What’s there not to like about SQ"
Voordelen: "Can't think of. We have been using Singapore Air for years and they were good. However, our recent few flights with them have been disappointing (hence the need for this review) - there's nothing to be happy about."
Nadelen: "Writing on behalf of my wife. All staff that she met have sour face, perhaps to signal the passengers not to approach them? True enough, the cabin crew did not help her to place her bag in the luggage compartment; the cabin crew did not serve water when requested, and on second attempt, the cabin crew told her to request at the ground. The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

Nadelen: "Old plane, bad food selection and they run out of omelette in the morning - only seafood as option. Not rude crew but wouldn't call them friendly or welcoming."

Nadelen: "I asked for one of the crew to help me bring up my carry-on luggage, as i'm just recovering from a flu at that time. Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."
Voordelen: "The flight wasn't full so we had a spare seat between us, That made economy barely tolerable."
Nadelen: "The seats in economy are now Way TOO SMALL! You better start calling Economy - "Stearage"! Food was not as good as on past flights with SA. Movie selection not as good as past SA flights. Earphones supplied are horrible!!!"

Nadelen: "They reschudle my flight beaucase I have anxiety. It's my birthday today. I'm suppose to be in China celebrating me and my grandma's birthday right now. Apparently anxiety is something that Singapore airline are very concerned about me, that needs a doctor note to prove that I'm okey to fly. poor coummcation skill and power play"

Voordelen: "For as long 14 hour journey they sure make it comfortable."

Due to sickness I requested wheelchair but after boarding they just left us alone. They never comeback and i have to walk with my hand language. That was a poor customer support we received in dhaka airport.

Excellent

Everything was good, but at Philadelphia airport, immigration service was so poor.

Cancelled flight at the last minute, tried to sell the same ticket for triple the price.. very poor service

I was in Seat 5K, Hand rest wont go down when on Sleep Flat Mode. Door opens slowly after closing. Even crew were surprised. Not cleaned properly. I have pictures of broken handle and old used tissues and covers if wanted.

Was traveling with 2 small children and the ability to sit/eat comfortably was a challenge due to the limited space. Food was unappetizing and would have just preferred more fruits instead of the bland meals"

Nadelen: "Houston airport qatar airways check in office has 4 counters and 2 were for people who electronically checked in and they were only a few and other 2 counters were for the huge line. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"

One of the crew didn’t say anything, not even smile after she opened the curtain between bussiness and economy class at row J K L. She just walked away."

Nadelen: "The only thing I didn’t like about the experience was the fact that you can only check in one piece of luggage on economy class, and one very sour individual at the gate when boarding."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants waited for me at the gate since customs was backed up. They saw me running and told me it was ok. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Voordelen: "I liked the movie selection they had for entertainment—many choices. Most of the staff were very friendly, but there was a bit of a language barrier which made it a little difficult to ask for something. They are also attentive, so if you press your call button, you don’t have to wait half an hour until someone helps you."
Nadelen: "Most of the meals were awful. I barely ate on the flights (except the dessert), but how good can airplane food be really... The seats are pretty tight and uncomfortable. They are too upright, making it very difficult to sleep. On one of their planes, the seats didn’t recline at all. I recommend paying a bit more for extra leg room ($150) or flying business or first class even (for long flights)."
Voordelen: "Food was great, and the business class 777 seats are a delight. And the captain shuts up through the entire flight --- no interrupting your sleep or movie with stupid observations that no-one wants to hear."
Nadelen: "The quality of the screens (crappy slow resistive touchscreens) is completely unacceptable for business class in 2018. China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

Voordelen: "Was in premium economy from Hong Kong to London. Fairly comfortable seats. Managed to sleep about 7 hours. Food was decent."

Nadelen: "They took my drink I just bought before boarding the plane. The landing from the pilot wasn't great... by far the worst landing from all of my travels. The food for Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal (VLML) - (A Vegetarian Meal that may also contain eggs and dairy products) was gross and the guy flight attendant wouldn't give me ice cream because I had a special meal. All I wanted for food was no meat; I didn't expect it would have no ice cream and no real food. I should've, could've taken one of the options on the food list and push away the meat myself."
Nadelen: "No gap to weigh your head on side of plane. Relatively uncomfortable window seat."

Nadelen: "The first flight to Hongkong was delayed for 1 hour, so the connecting flight to London was change to a flight 10 hours later. Then that 2nd rescheduled connecting flight moved 10 hours later was AGAIN delayed!!! Wasted 1 day that would have been spent nicely in London. What a way to ruin our London vacation by Cathay Pacific."

Nadelen: "our flight form Vancouver to Hong Kong was delayed 3 hours which made our connection in Hong Kong to Denpasar short. This resulted in our luggage not getting to Bali and we had to wait 36 hours to get it. As we were leaving on a tour the next day it made it very difficult to get the airline to understand where we needed our luggage and how important it was to get it. It took numerous phone calls, all of which were costly long distance, to get them to commit to getting our luggage to us"

Felt like the food was better than the average plane fair and wine with the meal of you want it. Plenty of movies on the media screen. There was often a line for the toilets. We must have been a well hydrated flight. Attendants were good with maintaining the tissue paper etc when notified that it had run out Overall a very pleasant experience."
Voordelen: "All the air crew members were very friendly and helpful. They know how to treat kids well. My kids are vegetarians. The crew went an extra mile to find out which meal could kids eat as veg food. Well done! By making my kids journey a memorable 1, they made my journey very comfortable and memorable too."

Nadelen: "First of all The restroom are so tiny I just wish in the future that the airplan will have bigger restroom it though even 1 people to fit but I have kid and it though with baby ,toddler or overweight people. I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe? Main problem was that the inflight entertainment system did not work on two legs of a Sydney to London Heathrow flight. They tried very hard to fix it in Sydney and Singapore without success. Apart from that, a very comfprtable flight

Also, the male attendant in my row would always bump me pretty severely with his bum while grabbing things from the cart."

Air France lost my luggage again Its the second time in a week

On est un cran en dessus d’une compagnie comme Air France. La qualité et la quantité des plateaux repas est décevante, le personnel navigant est désagréable, peu prompt à répondre de manière aimable aux demandes des voyages. Ils semblent tous énervés et réagissent de manière brutale.

Grêve des douanes qui nous a fait loupé notre 1er vol et mis en retard sur le 2e

J'ai réservé un vol Djerba-PARIS je me suis trouvé avec un vol Djerba-Paris-Saint-Petrsbourg du coup je n'ai pas pu voyager....c'est de l'arnaque.
