Im getting too old for that."

I was extremely tired and and left my phone completely on silent for 4 days, and within those 4 days they called and left me messages. Lucky I live here in Hawaii, can you imagine being a tourist and you lost your card? Excellent customer service."

All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Overall, it was not the best flight experience."

Whilst remaining competitive these factors make traveling with Finnair a far more comfortable and attractive proposition for me. In addition, Helsinki airport must be one of the best around."

Nadelen: "Plane was late taking off and almost missed my next connection. Due to landing late my luggage did not make it on make it on my flight. However the airline delivered to my place the following morning. It was not an inconvenience to me as the baggage was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you Finnair!"

Nadelen: "on the flight to new york i got a game sandwich. i like that. brining finnish culture to us. but on the way from new york to helsinki i got a boring bagel."

Nadelen: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."
Voordelen: "I liked all the variety of the meal (many different snacks & components aside from the entree) and the very nice crew"
Nadelen: "No way to control volume of cabin announcements if you're plugged into the entertainment system. Announcements EAR SPLITTING and very painful for anyone using their own in-ear phones. Such phones are very common today, so this issue urgently needs updating."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"
Voordelen: "We had a very reasonable fare that included two meals a glass of wine and movies. We weren't expecting any thing more than a plane ride. Thank you FinnAir."

Nadelen: "A very very small plane. Cold staff"
Nadelen: "Another upgrade charge, no extra leg room but a seat "near the front" (row 8). NO entertainment system. Only food service was on-board bistro, which sadly I slept through because I was exhausted from getting absolutely no sleep on their crummy transatlantic flight... There are no 'zeroes' to give, so can only give a 1 star poor rating on food, entertainment and comfort. Crew, again, tried in the face of a crummy airline."

Nadelen: "The movies did not play on my screen. I tried to use the screen on the seat next to me and the movies quit in the middle. It was very annoying."

Voordelen: "The flight was so-so. Cramped seating with mediocre food."
Nadelen: "The problem I had was the multiple email updates from Kayak with the wrong departure time. Fortunately, I checked with American directly. Even after the flight departed I was getting emails that I still had four hours left. Doesn't make sense."
Voordelen: "I was very pleased with the overall experience on the flight from London to Charlotte. The flight itself was very pleasant, the crew very accommodating, & the food, snacks & beverages very good. The entertainment provided was certainly suitable for my tastes & kept me occupied for the majority of the trip. There was also blackout time provided for sleeping. The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."

Nadelen: "The chicken for dinner was horrible. The call buttons for assistance sounded constantly the entire flight.. Not sure if it was a malfunction."

Nadelen: "The stewardess could have been nicer. Very rushed, they were polite but just rushed! Also the lack of CLEAR English speaking crew!!!"

Voordelen: "Travelled on B A Air Bus. I found it to be comfortable compared to previous flights operated by other airlines. Crew was excellent Overall it was a very good experience."
Nadelen: "The food - well it's airline food - ok but nothing exceptional."
Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight crew was polite, helpful and friendly. Had adequate leg room in coach, added plus was the flight was not crowded so did not have anyone sitting next to me. Did not feel squashed and claustrophobic as a result. Food was satisfactory."
Nadelen: "Was inadequately fed on the Houston to London leg. Got nothing but a nightcap. The following morning I received a cold, stale croissant as part of a lunch box for a preschooler, nothing warm, no protein after 8 hrs in flight. I could not check in online."
Nadelen: "Passengers changing seats around."
Voordelen: "I last traveled on British Airways in May of last year (2015) and the food was beyond dreadful. Therefore I was very pleasantly surprised that there has been a huge improvement. They were very generous with the drinks and the food was plentiful and quite a reasonable standard for airline food (they gave two full meals from San Francisco to London, whereas most airlines give one meal and one snack on that route). They actually checked us in on the earlier side, we took off very promptly and got to London early. It was nice to be on time for a change - so often I find airlines run a bit late. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Pilot's messages were pleasant, friendly and even a bit informative."
Nadelen: "Web check-in ahead of time was a total disaster. I got an email telling me I could check in 36 hours early and "secure a good seat" but neither of the 2 sets of codes they provided in the email would work because it was all about Finnair but actually the flight was being run by British Airways. I spent about 30 minutes on the 'phone trying to get the appropriate sequence of numbers and letters to enter so as to check in and get a good seat - still nothing worked. This was at 5:45am - I regretted the time spent when I could have gone back to sleep. My daughter later spent a further 90 minutes trying to figure it out, only to be told finally that our only option was to get to the airport early and check n there which was what we did. It was beyond irksome. Please note, if the airline actually flying is different fro the booking airline, the locator number for check n will be DIFFERENT and needs to be provided to the customer to avoid a great deal of hassle and confusion. We gt particularly unlucky because BA computers had a glitch that day but the general point still stands."
"For auch a short flight it is annoying the number of announcements, mainly because you have a 30 to 35 mins flight and you music or movie stop for every announcement. They announced a drink service that never happened (understandable for such a short flight, but don’t bother me from sleeping or listening to music or watching a movie with and announcement we have to disregard) The crew was good… I feel bad for them having to push the credit cards so hard (also annoying) I did like the video of the safety features better than the old fashioned presentations"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time. I got lucky and was seated with extra legroom and was very very grateful. No drama - nice and easy."
Nadelen: "When we were checking in I wasn’t sure where to lineup to put my luggage in. The lines for the kiosks were also confusing. Some more direction that I think would be helpful at Philadelphia airport."
Nadelen: "With so many empty seats on the front. They decided to crunch everyone in the back without the minimal distance requested for social distancing. Very disappointed. Social distance is not practiced at AA as in Delta. Very sad. Will remember that next time I book a flight."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Voordelen: "The only good thing on that plane was the crew. We where grounded in board for three hours because of a water leak in the kitchen... My seat had a hole were the ashtray used to be filled with garbage, the tray was filthy when I pulled it open, the overhead light didn't work"

Voordelen: "Had to take three flights to get from Maine to California. All were on time or ahead of schedule. Flight attendants did exceptional work on each flight."
Nadelen: "My left ear still won’t clear but other than that nothing."

Nadelen: "Boarding the way there, they did not honor my AA Advantage card to board earlier because my boarding pass did not say so. Even after seeing it said so in the computer system, they refused to honor it. Further, there were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."
Voordelen: "The kind staff made the flight more bearable."
Nadelen: "No personal TV screens to watch movies, which would have been more acceptable if there were plugins at each seat to plug in personal phones/ipads/etc to help maintain battery. BUT THERE WEREN'T. Everyone's phones/ipads died a few hours into the flight and therefore had to stare at the wall for HOURS. I even brought my laptop to get some work done, but without a plugin to keep it charged, it died. In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
