Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.

Une famille de 4 personnes et nous n’avons pas été assis dans la même partie de l’avion…

Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.

Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Finnair was great - superior to our experience with BA in every way.

I really enjoyed this flight despite the fact I couldn’t sleep. The food was tasty, and the staff very helpful. The entertainment was good enough to keep me from being bored.

The check in was delayed by 20min as the lady could not see that I had already paid for the checked in luggage, and wanted to charge me! I showed her the receipts of the payment and she made a long phone conversation to another staff member and finally accepted my receipt. When she realised that I had booked with kiwi.com her comment was ’dont ever book with them again, we have so much trouble getting the information we need’ Thats not good advertisement for your organisation!!

Le gros point noir : quand on fait le check in en ligne, les places sont attribuées de façon aléatoire de façon à ce qu'une même famille soit séparée afin de faire payer très cher le placement si on veut être regroupé. Et ce, avec énormément de places disponibles à côté. Nous étions 3 ,il y avait plein de places à côté mais il fallait payer pr les avoir ce que nous n'avons pas fait.Nous avons donc ete séparés .scandaleux !!!

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

This flight was a bit of a let down compared to our departing flight. The food was pretty bad, I couldn't even cut the meat. But the thing that made this less enjoyable was the terrible check-in process. We waited over 70 minutes to check in for Business class. Numerous people almost missed their flight, which made the line even longer. I've never waiting in a standard line that long to check-in, so to experience it for Business class was disappointing at best. Also, the flight attendants weren't as friendly as the ones on our flight to London. One of them with dark hair was great, but the other 2 were grumpy and seemed irritable most of the flight. The experience was quite different from our flight from SEA to LHR, so it was a bummer to end the trip on a mediocre note--especially with the cost of these tickets.

Had to pay £65 (~$90)to check my bag even though it was free on the outgoing flight. Had to pay surcharge for paying at check in even though I tried to correct in advance over phone and online. Kayak was no help.

Voordelen: "Most Improved Player - Finnair has done the best experience in overall long haul flights out of the 40plus airlines I have flown in the last 3 years; brand new planes, nice and diverse cabin crew, beautiful lightings videos details chocolates etc, best entertainment system in the industry, and things always go smooth in Helsinki airport. Awesome imrpovement over recent years."
Nadelen: "Big struggle for airlines still remains varying quality customer service. Finnair still seems to struggle with this occasionally. Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)"

Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Terrible food. Yogurt was actually expired, so I had no breakfast. People were all nice as they told me I should have booked the flights together. Hmmm... Maybe you should not have been 4 hours late. I planned my trip with more than enough time to make connection... Called about my travel insurance and found out it kicked in after 6 hour delay. Customer service should never make you feel like the issue is your fault."

Nadelen: "Couldn't check in online- extremely slow at counters to get my checked bags, forced a meal of curry since I was in back of plane and there were no more 'non-vegan meals'- smelled NASTY! Ignored a lot by attendants bc rushed to get to back of plane attendant area and chat. Tv could barely be seen from window and then volume/distortion was awful while flying. The attendants were gaga about a screaming baby but ignored the rest of us"

We had tickets to sit in first class, but that section was oversold, so we were bumped down to economy. I am very unhappy about that. The employees in the terminal at the check-in desk were very friendly and tried to solve this. They helped us with boarding as first class passengers, and did everything thing else that they could do for us under the circumstances. Since we were sitting in the first row of the economy section on the plane, the flight attendants ignored us, for the most part. We did not receive the first class meal, although any of the economy class food was free. The dehydrated stew was awful. The sandwich was okay.

Nadelen: "On the eve of my departure, I was informed that my return flight had been cancelled and rescheduled without: any offer of compensation, or, an offer of alternative flight arrangements. Pleas to address the situation were totally ignored. This, I believe, is an unconscionable way to run an airline."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and professional. They came around often with water, which was key."
Nadelen: "The boarding process was strange. We landed onto a bus and boarded the plane on the tarmac- all fine. But it would have been nice to have an announcement as we arrived at the gate “ladies and gentlemen traveling to Denver, we will begin boarding in a few moments. Here is how this will go or this is"
Voordelen: "Short duration and cheap price."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a larger selection of food to order and that the portions were larger. The beverage cart only came by once during the trip, though water was offered twice. The entertainment selection was mediocre with mostly old movies and many movies offered only in Icelandic."

Nadelen: "Very expensive and limited food options for such a long flight. Impossible to avoid the very third-world Reykjavik airport. The facilities and services were not adequate to serve the volume of passengers passing through on the weekdays we were there. The over- crowded spaces presented both safety and security concerns in my opinion."
Voordelen: "Smooth flight. Plenty of space. Good inflight entertainment made the trip pass quickly."
Nadelen: "No free snack like pretzels. Usually you get some complementary food on international flights"

Voordelen: "Helpful and efficient cabin crew. A crew member found space for my carry-on in an overhead bin, when I couldn't find room near my seat."
Nadelen: "Boarding is painful at the airport in Keflavik--there simply is not enough room for the number of flights leaving around the same time and all the people trying to board."
Voordelen: "On the flight, the stewardesses were kind and patient"
Nadelen: "Ridiculously long delay, not great communication, no complimentary food offered or other compensation/empathy. On flight, update movie selection please?"
Voordelen: "Everything went okay for us on this flight. In the future, I will suggest to my wife, who books air travel for us to read the fine print. The cost to check a bag was $100.00 which would have run us $300.00 for the trip: Boston to Brussels with a layover in Reykjavik, but on the return Brussels to Reykjavik with four days in Iceland and the return to Boston, so there goes the cheap flight! I did enjoy the in-flight movie and a documentary on the return trip as well."
Nadelen: "My own earphones on the flight from Brussels to Iceland did not work. I could not plug them into the system."
Voordelen: "My exit aisle seat was just great, with no one on either side of me !!!!! Very kind airplane staff. I had a great sleep."

Nadelen: "No food served, not even little package of peanuts. Asked for juice and was served water instead. Not good for 7.5 hours on a small cramped fully booked plane. Entertainment was not up to date or interesting. Flight attendant bumped me numerous times and no apology, I wasn't sticking out into the aisle. Boarding was delayed and not told why."
Nadelen: "No free meal or alcohol. Small seats."
Voordelen: "The entertainment portion was the biggest positive. Crew was pleasant and non invasive."
Nadelen: "Not offering any sort of complimentary food on a 7 hour flight isn't ok. Not being transparent about not offering any sort of food is worse. Boarding was confusing with separate lines, scanning our tickets, herding us into a room, then directing us to go upstairs, then over a ramp, then into our plane without any sort of efficient zone boarding."
Voordelen: "I had a seat in the exit area so it was roomy. The crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "For a long flight it was very unacceptable to not have free food, even a package of peanuts or crackers. The movies could have been complimentary for a long flight. I have never been on an international flight that did not offer these complimentary things. Boarding was a bit chaotic and not well explained."
Voordelen: "They are very good with kids."
Nadelen: "Adult meals were not included, and I wish they would have offered water more often given the length of the flight."

Nadelen: "Only vegetarian meal available when the food cart arrived to my row was oatmeal. For a flight to Seattle from Reykjavik, which was almost 8 hours, this was extremely unacceptable. Crew had no sympathy whatsoever, and did nothing to attempt to make this right."

Nadelen: "A youth group of some kind caused my flight to be nearly two hours delayed because they lost two of their kids and a chaperone, then refused to board without them. Icelandair made it the problem of everyone else on the plane rather than deal with the minority of passengers. As a result, I missed my connection flight and my total trip time had nearly five hours added to it. It is doubtful I will ever fly Icelandair in the future."
Voordelen: "My luggage made it."
Nadelen: "We got to Iceland late, ran to the gate to catch the next flight, got on and found out you don't provide a meal. It's one thing to have time to buy food you actually want before you board, but if it's your fault for a delayed flight, it just seems unfair. We had already been traveling for 6 hours and it was dinner time when we boarded. The flight took off (and unlike most flights I've ever been on) the crew took until close to 9;00 to serve us anything. Needless to say we were hungry, tired, and frustrated to pay for overpriced small portions of junk food. Not even complimentary pretzels?! I was more comfortable on my hour long flight to Boise from Seattle where we got free snacks and the flight crew booked it to get us drinks before turbulence set in and they had to sit down. Also, though the exit row gives extra leg room, not being able to put your seat back on an 8 hour flight is tough. In the past I've had amazing experiences with Iceland Air. I'm sad to say this time wasn't one of them."

Voordelen: "Going to Copenhagen via Iceland felt like going there through the back door. I liked it. Rather go that way than through a London connection. The Iceland airport was very busy, had trouble finding the correct gate for departure to Copenhagen. I wasn't expecting to depart the plane on arrival in Iceland and be put on a bus to be taken to the airport complex. Was also put on a bus from the airport to the plane for departure to Copenhagen. I would in the future fly with Iceland air again. I was treated well by the airline personnel, and I was happy to give that country my business. Shirley"
Voordelen: "Our high-school friend had never flown before and she needed to come home early from our trip to Germany. You all treated her so well, and made her trip home pleasant. Thank you."

Not sure? I’ve had passed flights with Aer Lingus and never had any issues . You can’t fix things like personnel calling sick or having Covid.

Not enough staff at check-in gate. Very slow moving line. Flight crew was great. Everyone of the staff were very nice and helpful.

It was cancelled -- and everyone involved was unhelpful and rude.

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

A nine plus hour flight and they offered drinks once, picked up garbage once and when we tried to give them garbage before landing, told us to put it in the seat pocket or toss on the floor! It looked like the plane had been trashed when we exited"

Nadelen: "The seats were fairly narrow and I had the unfortunate luck of having a mechanical box at foot space taking away half of it. (on the previous flight there was no box and foot space was fine). On this journey I was sitting on the aisle being constantly bumped by the crew moving up and down the aisles. I’m not a big person and wasn’t in the aisle however, on the aisle opposite me was a bigger person. The crew were constantly moving to avoid that person and hitting me. Expect tight seating and narrow aisles."

Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
