Voordelen: "Scoot employees were really helpful, I missed my flight from Singapore to Kochi because by the time the passengers got off the flight and went through immigration in Singapore, the check in counter had closed, and there was no more flights available to Kochi until 2 days later. The employees made sure I boarded my flight and I came home to my sister’s wedding"
Nadelen: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Qatar airlines denied issue of any Boarding Pass to me at the Airport Check in counter, siting the reason that pre-booking of Covid Test appointment 'on arrival' at Kolkata Airport (CCU) was a mandatory requirement, even if I was not traveling from (or through) any of the 19 (nineteen) 'AT-RISK' countries notified by Govt.of India for the purpose of International Arrival. Moreover, Air-suvidha form of Govt of India which I had pre-filled with required documents, never asked me or redirected me to any Covid test pre-appointment site 'on arrival' by the international passenger. The QA executive at the Houston (Texas, USA) air-port check in counter informed me about this about this and said it has come from their internal memo. They even denied issuing me a copy or to take any photo of the same internal note. Though as per our understanding the same is not required as per Govt of India's latest guidelines in related to international passengers arriving in any of the Indian airports (including Kolkata). My subsequent telephonic call to Qatar Airways Customer Care centre also did not help. They only could inform me to send a mail using 'feedback' link in the Qatarairways official site and ensured that it would be replied within 12 hours. Even after making a complaint (through Feedback link in QA official website), I have not yet received any reply from them even after 4 days (besides an automated acknowldgement) of my complaint. In none of their earlier communication to me, neither Qatarairways nor by 'Kayak' / Indian Eagle, this requirement (even if it was mandatory) was ever been ever communicated to me. Suffered a huge loss due to this. Very much disappointed with the Qatar airways.

And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

Swiss, knowing the disfunction of the Brussels airport, should have contacted passengers connecting to their flight, and escorted them through an accelerated process, to assist in making the flight.

Voordelen: "Les hôtesses et les Stewart très professionnels ! Repas assez bon, sièges confortables et films récents disponibles ! Bon vol malgré les perturbations"
Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"
Nadelen: "Pas de chocolat Oups"
Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"
Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."
Voordelen: "Swiss quality, punctuality and reliability."
Nadelen: "No negatives."
Voordelen: "The BUD-ZRH flight was on Swissair aircraft, not on Edelweiss or another low cost feeder airline. Over the years, I have flown both options, and while Edelweiss is a fine carrier, Swissair flights are still a cut above. Contributing to the positive experience was the friendly agent at check-in at BUD."
Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"
Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"
Nadelen: "Le facial spray de Swiss et les chaussettes qui ne sont pas très agréable!!"
Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Nadelen: "Worst travel experience ever and I’ve traveled the world. Red eye flight delayed for 3 hours. Missed connection flight with not a lot of options. Waited for another 3 hours to get rebooked and have to stay at Zurich overnight and only to find our checked luggage is no where to be seen. First and LAST time we fly Swiss Air!!!"

Nadelen: "Plan was 2 hours late departing, my daughter also took this flight 6 weeks beforehand and had similar delays."

Voordelen: "Online check in selected a pair of seats at 73D & 73E on flight CX 759 on 16 Nov 2018. It turned out to be in a triple seat."

Voordelen: "Was able to redirect from Kansai to Umeda after typhoon. Initially received misinformation though. Service was great except the one time I received a regular, not diet, coke and still had to drink it. Great job Cathay Pacific!"
Voordelen: "J'ai rarement si bien voyagé en classe économique. Siège confortable, beaucoup de place pour les jambes, ecran HD avec films récents, nourriture recherché et excellente et équipage au petit soin !"

Voordelen: "the airline provided good communication to customers regarding potential flight re-scheduling and check-in information. the service was good, with a selection of meals. the onboard flight entertainment was very easy to use and had a large range of contents to view. overall I will fly with Cathay again."
Nadelen: "Indian vegetarian meal was not great"

Nadelen: "The crew was good , but I observed that one aisle got a follow up of drinks more than my aisle. It made me wish that I was sitting in that aisle."

Voordelen: "As usual, the Cathay Pacific staff were awesome and very professional. Never hesitated to serve the passengers with infants/kids and elderly people. My overall experience was great!! Thank you to all staff!!"

Nadelen: "Flight arrived in LA 30 minutes late. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for a gate to open. All in all, the flight arrived 1 hr late which is very inconvenient and annoying. And the crew isn't has friendly. The boarding time in Hong Kong took a very long time"

Nadelen: "All the adverts on Premium Economy with Cathay Pacific are inaccurate. It is NOT your secluded compartment. The curtain to economy is ALWAYS kept open...NO privacy. Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Voordelen: "Very enjoyable flight. Plenty of legroom in the bulk seating. Service was very good and food was OK."
Nadelen: "Seats in economy are not that thick therefore not comfortable to sit for a long time."

Nadelen: "Very bumpy ride, and about a third of the entertainment touch screens did not work, including my sister's. Crew were helpful though throughout and gave us and others a $50 voucher for our trouble."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by almost 4 hours from Hong Kong. There are elaborate security check at the last minute. Not even sure if it was just to kill the time. Because the departure time kept moving to later and later time."

Nadelen: "The other guests were loud and rude on the flight and none of the staff seemed to care."

Nadelen: "I booked my reservation with kayak and pick out choice seats , when I check in was told by Cathay that they do not honor seat reservation from a 3rd party. I also paid for the exit seats so We have open space.. Very disappointed."

Voordelen: "It was a packed flight and I had the window seat, but I remained seated the entire time.. The selection of entertainment was awesome.."
