Nadelen: "Sat on the tarmac for two hours before take-off due to snow and ice. The flight itself was fine. Deplaning in Shanghai sucks. Economy class had to wait inside the plane while business class was let out and shuttled first because the plane parked out away from building and we had to walk down steep stairs and then ride a shuttle bus to the building."

Voordelen: "One of the crew members was very nice. She made an effort and acknowledged my kids. The rest of the crew wasn't friendly."
Nadelen: "We were literally the last ones to get food. My child didn't actually get a meal. The only option left was fish, we do not eat fish. Our bag didn't make it. We were assured it will be delivered same day. It wasn't. It was Christmas and we had to drive to another airport to get it otherwise we would have been left without the luggage for the entire holidays, our gifts were in it. We had to spent time away from our family and drive 2plus hours to get the bag."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Flight was slightly delayed. We had to hustle in Munich to make our connecting flight (so we thought) to IAD. It turned out the flight to IAD was also somewhat late so in the end all was well but we had less than an hour to make the connection and it was a bit fraught."

Nadelen: "Crew was fine, one lady really tried to help us get proper food for our baby. They only offered drinks once before each meal, would be nice to have a couple glasses of wine or cups of juice etc, for a 9+ hr flight. And they were quite slow with collecting services after the fact. Hard with a baby."

Nadelen: "They didn't give the yellow cards that every traveller need to fill out. So when everyone got off in Shanghai we had all the booths busy with people trying to fill in the papers. All other airlines just give those papers while people are still in the airplane."

Nadelen: "Little thing that I usually don't notice as I normally travel with good noise-reducing headphones. But I forgot to take them with me this time and had to use the earbuds that were handed by the attendant. They really suck. Distorted, narrow band sound makes it almost impossible to discern the soundtrack. Would not forget my good headphones again ."

Nadelen: "transfer in Moscow is a mess, incoming delayed and very tight to get connection but no support or fast lane at all. Was traveling in business class."

Nadelen: "The flight was mostly older Mainland Chinese people that tend to be a bit rowdy crowd. In this case so much so that they did not allow to sleep or watch a movie comfortably. Several of them stood when landing even before the plane had slowed down. I understand that these people do not know the rules but I think is responsible fo the crew to enforce the rules. I have had the same situation flying Delta and United and in both airlines every time something like this happens the crew comes to put order. This is for comfort and security of other passengers."

Nadelen: "However, the Sheremetyevo Airport could use some improvement, especially the airport space management which needs to be streamlined. First, for international transfer, a big crowd had to squeezed into a small space and wait for security check. Secondly, there are too many shops in the waiting areas, and the passengers had to compete for space and sit on stairs, while the internal air quality was quite poor which became more severe in summer. Thirdly, the toilets need a complete re-vamp. It was not a pleasant experience to use toilet."

Voordelen: "Nice entertainment system. Good selection of movies."
Nadelen: "The food was not very good. Portions were small and it tasted horrible."

Nadelen: "Holy hell, they are late. On a clear day, the board was littered with delays, gate changes, and cancellations. We were three hours late both outbound and inbound. Moscow airport leaves much to be desired as well. Not my first choice of a place to spend six to ten hours."

Had 2 hours delay and no information on why or when we were going to departure. Overall, it was Ok. You get what you pay for it. It was a cheap flight."

Nadelen: "Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS"

Nadelen: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Nadelen: "I asked the stewardess if she could fill my water bottle and was actually told that only one glass of water per person was allowed! Next time I would try Norwegian Air, which is known as a budget airline."

Nadelen: "There was no food or entertainment offered."

Voordelen: "The crew was great and the economy seating was roomier than expected."
Nadelen: "Long line just to drop bag off since I had already used the kiosk to check in, then 2 1/2 hour flight delay, charged for wine which should be complimentary on international flights."

Nadelen: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Nadelen: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

Nadelen: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"

Nadelen: "Earphones not working properly and when I ask they reset TV. Never came to ck on me afterwards. Not available to to ask.no vanilla icecream, only chocolate."

Nadelen: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Nadelen: "SAS has one of the worst boarding procedures and not enforcing it. Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Voordelen: "The non stop to Copenhagen from San Francisco was excellent. We departed on time, arrived on time.The seats in coach were much more comfortable than other airlines. I will fly SAS again."
Nadelen: "I think if there were a few choices for the dinner service I would have been happy."

Voordelen: "The food was quite good on the international trip. Thought the pilots were excellent on all flights. Take offs and landings were very smooth."

Nadelen: "The seats weren't very comfortable, but then no seat is comfortable after 8 hours. I can't complain too much. The food was much better than I remember it being ten years ago when I last flew internationally, but still not the best."

Je suis vraiment déçue de cette compagnie et je vais essayer d’éviter le plus possible."

Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Voordelen: "Le vol de retour Venise AC1919 a été annulé suivant des heures d’attente en aéroport. 4 heures d’attente pour un autobus qui nous amène à l’hôtel pour la nuit. Hôtel ordinaire. Le personnel contractuel n’apporte rien à la situation. Départ pour Montréal/Ottawa en retard. On m’avise que je manque ma correspondance et on me donne des vouchers lorsque je passe le kiosque AC aux correspondances. On dit me changer pour le prochain vol. Je me rends à la porte 25 et on appelle mon nom. On me dit que je suis toujours sur ce vol. Aucun sens. Donc Venise/Ottawaplus de 33 heures. J’y repenserai"
Nadelen: "Voir mon commentaire. personnel nayant aucune empathie. Des indications fausses. Au comptoir des correspondances une employée AC avec pancarte Venise me demande pour quel vol. M’indique de passer au comptoir pour changement car raté. Au comptoir l’employée sans lever les yeux me dit sèchement d’aller ailleurs. Je désire son nom pour me plaindre de la façon dont on s’adresse. La dame à la pancarte me dit je suis là superviseuse c’est mon employée. Rien de plus. Ce n’est certainement pas de ma faute si AC connaît une mauvaise journée"

Nadelen: "Manque d'espace flagrant, les genoux accotés sur le siège avant. Encore moins chanceux d'être assis à côté d'un monsieur plutôt enrobé qui prend les deux appui bras... Je crois que l'avion n'a pas été nettoyé entre les deux vols."

Nadelen: "Lors du vol Montreal-Miami les repas ont ete servis trop tard et il n'y avait plus rien à choisir. Il n'y a plus de télé ni de radio pour passer le temps à moins de louer ."

Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."

Nadelen: "rangee de trois quand on est pres du hublot et que les autres dorment on est bloque pas beaucoup de place pour les bras et les jambes beaucoup trop de films asiatiques agent de bord ne comprenant pas du tout le francais, je lui demande du vin blanc et il me sert du jus de pomme.. pas de jolie fille a cote de moi"

Nadelen: "Tres long delais de vol et attente dans l'avion apres l'atterissage"

Voordelen: "Vol rapide et a l’heure malgré le décollage 1h plus tard (je pense qu’il a calculé ce délai qui ne serait pas inhabituel a PVG). Je n’ai rien a redire a part que c’est bien passé."

Voordelen: "Le vol s’est bien deroulé dans les temps requis (un peu en avance actuellement) et il y a beaucoup de films disponible avec sous-titrage. Le personnel aurait pu etre plus sourisnt mais c’est bien"

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Nadelen: "Nous avions payé un supplément pour réserver des places assises puisque nous étions 6, dont 4 enfants et ce 5 mois à l'avance. Il s'agissait de 3 bancs sur deux rangées de sorte d'avoir un partent accompagnant 2 enfants. Lors de l'enregistrement, le matin meme, nous avons appris que le model de l'avion avait changé et que deux des passagers devaient être relocalisés. Donc, nous nous retrouvions assis 2 par deux dont deux a quelques rangées de nous. Nous avons dû placer les deux enfants les plus vieux ensemble, sans parent pour les accompagner. c'était leur premier vol en plus et étaient très nerveux! Plates comme situation quand tu débourses pour des places assises d'avances pour être certain de faire vivre une belle expérience à toute la famille et que sans avis, sans remboursement, on te déplace."

Nadelen: "On voyageait avec un bébé et nous n'avons pas eu droit à un embarquement prioritaire. Nous avions le nombre de bagages de cabine prescrit, mais on voulait nous en faire enregistrer pour manque de place dans l'avion. Serieux! Un bébé de 7 mois pour un vol de 13h tu veux qu'il aille tout ce qu'il faut pour ne pas pleurer! Malgré le prix payé pour le bébé il ny avait même pas de repas compris. Le service était difficile, les repas pas bons. J'ai des allergies et je n'ai pas pu rien manger, car leur système n'avait pas pu les enregistrer. Encore une fois pour un vol de 13h c'est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas Air Canada. Prenez ANA ou Japan Airlines si vous allez au Japon."

Voordelen: "Tout petit avion donc très exiguë. (Pas de repas ou de divertissement disponible sur ce genre de vol) Vol très correct sinon."
Nadelen: "La cabine des toilettes est minuscule."

Nadelen: "Certains membres de l'équipage ne parlaient pas français. Les communications quant au temps de vol restant se contredisaient."

Nadelen: "L'équipage n'est passé qu'une seule fois, en début de vol, pour proposer un snack... Sur un vol de 4h c'est insuffisant, j'aurais aimé m'acheter (eh oui, en plus il faut "acheter" !) quelque chose à grignoter en fin de matinée."

Nadelen: "J'ai réussi à utiliser le divertissement sur mon portable, seulement pour le voir jammer à chaque 10 minutes et m'empêcher de réellement "être divertie" par celui-ci. Les sièges et les acoudoires sont terriblement inconfortables. Le service en français par l'équipage n'était pas au rendez-vous.. seulement dans la portion entre Montréal et Toronto."

Voordelen: "Personnel courtoie et attentionné. Je me suis sentie en sécurité. Très bon vol."
Nadelen: "Je n'ai rien de négatif á rappoter."

Nadelen: "Vous pourriez offrir des grignotines pour les gens qui n'ont pas de $$$ pour se payer un lunch. Ceci n'empêcherait pas la vente de nourriture mais serait apprécié par les familles. Ce n'est pas mon cas je voyage seul et je peux me payer des extras mais pas tout le monde peut le faire. Surtout quand tu as des enfants."
