On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

On both flights to and from JFK I was seated in a row with 3 seats and not the last row as promised. Just wondering if a refund for the extra charge would be possible."

Nadelen: "Entertainment monitor kept stopping, then going, fast forward, then fast reverse. Watched a 1 hour 10 minute movie that took 2 hours 40 minutes to view. I am over 200 cm in height, the passenger in front of me was 163 cm with seat all the way back while sitting on the edge of her seat playing games. The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

"Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance."

Nadelen: "We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee."

Voordelen: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

Voordelen: "Vol retardé + Déglaçage + atttente sur le tarmac pour laisser atterrir un avion en priorité = Arrivé en retard pour le vol suivant = résultat attente de 4 heures à l’aéroport pour prendre le vol suivant. Départ de la maison 8:30 arrivé à destination 22:00 Montréal/Kansas!!!"

Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

J'ai donc raté l'avion, ils m'ont donné un billet gratuit par contre je n'ai pas pu être à mon rdv qui était important"

Nadelen: "The food was basic, but I understand this, as we have the pandemics, and there is no opportunity for cooking."

Nadelen: "The flight from Cairo to Istanbul was delayed one hour and I missed my flight from Istanbul to Houston and i had to get a visa for $30 in cash and spend the night in Istanbul thus I will be arriving a day late in Houston. I was offered no assistance to avoid missing my flight. I had to run only to find my other plane left without me..."

Nadelen: "Amazing how little legroom you can get away with, on a 13+ hour flight. You should be so ashamed!!!"

Nadelen: "The flight from Karachi to Turkey was two hours late and the flight from Turkey to Houston was again two hours late. The seat was super uncomfortable. The plane was very crowded. Turkish airways need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers."

Nadelen: "I was reassigned a new seat without notice. I later learned it was due to a malfunction in the seat or IFE system. Several seats seemed effected and broken. The boarding process was disorganized which is unusual for this airline."

Voordelen: "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
Nadelen: "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice. I was really thirsty and I kept asking for water. He should have just given me a small bottle. Also need more than 4 Bollywood movies. This was a returning flight after 2 weeks and it had the same 4 movies which I had already seen."
Nadelen: "I had a 14 hour layover in istanbul airport. Arrived at midnight and flight wasn’t until 2 pm the next day. I just assumed that they would give me a hotel. Come to find out thats wasnt the case when I landed. Given all kinds of reasons/excuses. The guy at the transfer desk told me”you should have known that your layover was this long since you booked it”. Will have second thoughts about flying Turkish again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Might stick with Emirates or Qatar."

Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."

Voordelen: "Food was fine, and crew admirable. Good entertainment even without internet connection on flight."
Nadelen: "I’d change out the Mac and cheese at the prelanding meal. Service took awhile and I ended up in the zone in the back where choices were gone. Biggest factor was inability of phone center or inter et to check me in."

Voordelen: "On the plus side, the food, service, entertainment, and comfort on Turkish are the best of any Economy class overseas flights. For that reason, they are my top pick."
Nadelen: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

Nadelen: "Le manque de sollicitude pour établir le billet pour la connexion IST YUL, suite à la non connaissance du nouveau contrôle AVE pour les entrées au Canada."

Nadelen: "The seats are very tight and small, caused me a very terrible knee pain. I will never ever use and suggest Turkish airlines for long distance flights. And I also they don't care about fragile items which is very inconvenience."

Voordelen: "Un grand merci pour avoir été surclassés lors de ce vol qui fut des plus agréable . Le personnel a été charmant et compète a l’aerop et pendant le vol !"

Nadelen: "They are not considerate at all . It was a pain till they find Me another flight. The flight won’t take off till the next day And the lay over in Los Angeles is 7hrs . It’s a 2 days flight. They didn’t even try to take the time to find me a sooner flight because there were other upset customers waiting. So disappointed on how poor the help desk at Turkish airline."

Nadelen: "No air or ventilation on the flight. I took four flights on this trip and all were hot and uncomfortable. Space was very tight. I’m not very tall, yet I was struggling to get comfortable or even eat in the small space of my seat."

Nadelen: "I did not like the fact that my U.S. bound plane had to be boarded from the tarmac. I’m assuming it had something to with u.s. security issues with carriers from predominantly Muslim countries. The crew need to check passengers that want to place their feet anywhere except the floor or footrest. I see exactly how fights happen in the planes. It is not ok to place ones feet on someone else’s armrest."

Voordelen: "I was so impressed by every staff of Turkish Airlines.. I was very young when TWA. Was an elite airlines, with the flight attendants dress perfect.. it made me feel like I was flying first class...with this being my first time using Turkish airlines I actually will use them over the American Airlines; just because the way I was treated and how quickly someone was willing to assist anyone.... I say you are the best!"

Voordelen: "Trip from Istanbul was On Time. As a Disabled Person, I was picked up at the baggage ticket counter and expedited through. It was excellent service in Istanbul for me. The plane experience was smooth, with wonderful entertainment on your personal screen with excellent movie, news and music offerings. The crew was wonderful, friendly, smiling and accommodating. No charge on alcoholic drinks! Food was great. Flight was good. At Houston, the assistants for Disabled Persons was wonderful, accompanying me up until I was dropped at Shuttle service to my car. Turkish airlines really impressed me and would use them anytime."
Nadelen: "In Istanbul, I had to walk from the gate entrance to the plane. Took me 10 minutes to walk the plank, struggling, but no one offered me a wheelchair or assistance. In Istanbul, there was a considerable amount of people waiting to check bags but there were no agents at 2 counters and it really bothered the people waiting and waiting for them to show up. Then the baggage loading track stopped and it stopped all the traffic for a while. Inconveniences but, nevertheless, it affected the travelers anxiety."

Voordelen: "I got a return ticket from Houston to Lagos, the first leg of my trip went pretty well, no hassle at all, the staff and crew were great and professional."
Nadelen: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

Voordelen: "I like the comfort, food and the entertainment."
Nadelen: "As much as I love flying Turkish Airlines, they have this problem of boarding passengers on time as they now feel like "hot cake." They need to improve in this aspect."

Nadelen: "Tried to cancel due to flooding in home and they would not refund my ticket. Neither would airfare.com, whom I purchased the ticket through."

Voordelen: "Service, hospitality, free internet movies food unlimited sandwich and cake, usb charging, clean restroom"

Voordelen: "Very spacious seats, attentive and friendly crew, delicious food selection and presentation of food, fresh food offered for snacks, outstanding lounge in Istanbul"
Nadelen: "Extra security check before getting on the plane during which my 11-year-old son was separated from me since they had different lines for males and for females."

Nadelen: "After having booked an aisle seat near many family members I was traveling with, a Turkish airlines crew member came and asked me to move seats so as to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. I willingly gave up my seat to allow this. The crew didn't have another seat in mind, however, and I spent several minutes simply waiting in the aisle before they shuffled me to the front of the plane and made me sit in a much worse seat--a middle seat nowhere near any of my family members, nestled next to a large man who was clearly extending well into the seat they meant for me to take. It was clearly a terrible seat and I made the following 12 hour flight in significant discomfort. I was very dissatisfied with the crew's behavior. When a passenger books a comfortable seat near my family, and willingly gives it up to accommodate other passengers, they should not be treated so poorly"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Voordelen: "The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into"

Nadelen: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."
