So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

Nadelen: "The seat room is every bit as tight as any other airline, so if you're tall, and flying an overnight, upgrading to a seat with leg room might be worth the extra cost. Select your roomy seat early - they go fast!"

Also I dislike the "nickel and diming" philosophy used by most airlines these days making people pay an extra $29 to reserve a specific seat. Give me a price from the beginning with a seat assignment."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Next day flight scheduled 7:05 then 8 am, but even that time came and went without boarding. 15 hours delayed and no hurry getting the plane to depart at the stated time. Total lack of customer service and concern"

I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Voordelen: "Moscow to Munich then Paris were good flights. When weather in Munich delayed our return take-off from Paris, the crew did their best to communicate. Upon arrival a Luft employee was at the gate to escort 11 of us to our connecting flight to Moscow. She took us to a special window for passport check, then our own train car to the other terminal. Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Voordelen: "Again, I appreciated the big meal, dinner, about 2 hours into the flight. Nice to have real metal utensils, not plasticware, to eat with. The 'snack' at the end of the flight was more of a throwaway:(pizza or) "Sausage": six one-inch hollow spheres of sausage with a hint of Dijon(?) sauce inside, all served with a mmedium-sized dry chewy roll. Nice to get wine, or maybe beer(?), with dinner at no extra charge, served from regular wine bottles, not individual-serving containers."
Nadelen: "The huge plane was completely full; no handy empty seat nearby to stretch out into. Took forever to board and exit the plane."

Nadelen: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "On board entertainment"

Voordelen: "Vriendelijk personeel"
Nadelen: "Wisselen van gate net voor instappen. Kleine chaos. En lang buiten moeten staan wachten omdat vliegtuig nog niet geland wad. Je betasld voir priority en dan is meer dan 40 minuten buiten in kou te STAAN geen service"

Nadelen: "Courtoisie, respecté les horaires"

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Voordelen: "Leuke crew."
Nadelen: "Doordat iedereen in een soort ‘corridor’ terecht komt, na het boarden is er nauwelijks meer priority-gevoel ;-)"

Nadelen: "Waiting in long lines for a extended period of time to board the flight. It’s almost like someone is trying to make things more uncomfortable for passengers"

Nadelen: "Entertainment niet aanwezig."

Nadelen: "Half uur later vertrokken zonder mededeling"

Voordelen: "Snelle boarding en zeer rustig bevolkte vlucht"
Nadelen: "Bewust stoelen ver van elkaar geven als je niet bij betaalt. Na we vroegen of er mogelijkheid was om toch bij elkaar te zitten bij check in, kregen we antwoord van niet. Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Nadelen: "We lost our bag."

Nadelen: "the fare and baggage rule become complicated."

Voordelen: "Pünktlichkeit"
Nadelen: "Preis des Gepäck und das ich 40€ für 10kg zahlen musste"

Voordelen: "Zitplaats was oké"
Nadelen: "Lang wachten, onvriendelijk"

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."

Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"

Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Voordelen: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Nadelen: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."

Voordelen: "Timeliness. Small airport."
Nadelen: "Limited seating space."

Voordelen: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"
Nadelen: "All was perfect"

Nadelen: "wederom vertraging"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Nadelen: "The flight was two hours delayed"

Voordelen: "niets"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "Long boarding process - mass confusion and aggravation. Lots of angry passengers because of baggage fees."

Voordelen: "Snel en veilig"
Nadelen: "Alles ok"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Voordelen: "No frills but got us there safely on time."
Nadelen: "Had to walk on the Tarmac."

Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"

Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Punctueel"
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"

Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."

Voordelen: "It was a cheap flight. Crew on board was ok."
Nadelen: "Plane arrived at Stansted late. The queues were horrendous and not clearly marked. One of the ground staff was very rude to an Indian lady who only asked if it was the correct queue to be in. Perhaps the customer was Indian born and the ground staff was British born of Indian descent? Flight arrived late to destination by about 30mins."

Voordelen: "Goedf op tijd"
Nadelen: "Spijtig dat we als koppel niet naast elkaar zaten. Er was nochtans nog een vrije plaats naast mezelf!"

Voordelen: "Please return my money."
Nadelen: "Please return my money."

Voordelen: "I was by myself with a toddler, a pram and 2 hand baggage. down"
Nadelen: "I thought the would take at least one of them at the gate as usual and I asked if they could help with pram and they said NO! It was a nightmare I had to go down a lot stairs. The only person that helped me it was an old lady! This is a rubbish service I won’t reccomend to anyone with kids!"
