Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Gate agent hassled me for my Irish residence permit without articulating that she wanted me to produce it."

Nadelen: "Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."

Nadelen: "Daylight robbery. I got charged 55pound for not checking in online 2 hrs before. I felt disgusted by this ridiculous amount as I had no idea. Really frustrated with your search engine and Ryan air for not making this very clear"

Voordelen: "I liked getting off it he aircraft n Dublin."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that we were told the aircraft was ready to board at 8.30 pm and we were still stood waiting at 9.10 pm. I didn't like the staff's 'nobody cares, you're the last flight of the day' attitude, I didn't like we were late in but there was no apology for that, I didn't like that we got whiplash on landing, and I didn't like the apathetic manner that we were let off the aircraft. I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."

Nadelen: "The app wouldn't let me check in for my return flight without paying before i left"

Nadelen: "It would be an impressive feat, seeing that in regular flights is already annoying, with little sleep and no explanation for the delay whatsoever it would be nice."

Voordelen: "Na"
Nadelen: "Stood in a queue for ages. Got our bags checked and then told that flight in was delayed and once in passengers will deboard first and rhen we will board. No apologies offered. We left late and areived in Dublin late. The trays in front of our seats (all three in our row) were dirty with spilled teas etc and we were not able to use rhem. As for flight and crew and everything else it was ok and nothing special. We felt rushed and were told get a move on quickly."

Nadelen: "It was not Ryanair... It was KAYAK who fooled us."

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Nadelen: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

Voordelen: "Des heures passé à essayer de trouver une façon d'aanuler les billets. Tout est fait pour renvoyer vers les sites internet qui ne permette pas d'annuler un billet pour trois personnes. Terminer les réservation par internet, c'est une belle anarque commerciale. Je partage cette expérience sur les réseaux sociaux avec 23000 followers, je ne suis pas le seul. Nous ferons remonter cela bientôt."

Nadelen: "Plane arrived late, took off 1.5hrs after plan and arrived late in Dublin There was no tea, beer or wine. Most of the food was not available"

Nadelen: "Le vol a été manque en raison de l'arrivée tardive du vol RyanAir précédent, sans aucune prise en charge de la part de RyanAir, aucune information fiable ni mesure compensatoire. Mensonges de la part du personnel à l'aéroport de Bordeaux ainsi que de l'equipage."

Voordelen: "après un dégivrage au niveau des ailes, que je n'avais jamais vu, nous avons récupéré le petit retard occasionné très bien. On nous a proposé, gratuitement, au moment de l'embarquement de prendre en charge mon bagage. Merci Isabelle"
Nadelen: "Bonjour, je n'ai pas reçu mon appréciation sur l'aller 1h30 de retard annoncé puis 10mn après on nous appelle pour finalement nous faire attendre dans le couloir d'embarquement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cordialement Isabelle"
