The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.
Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room.
Food was not as good as it used to be during the Pre-Covid years. Fruits were not served with Lunch or Dinner.

The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Just a security guy saying “take sky train “. We had plenty of time so it was more annoying than anything. So we arrive at the gate and the are having a party to inaugurate the new gate and terminal. I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"
Nadelen: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."
Nadelen: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"

Nadelen: "I waited in line for 90 minutes to check my bag. Pace of that line moved extremely slowly. I fly frequently. Other airlines are more efficient. Delay 45 Min. in taking off. Delay upon arrival as we waited for what must have been 30-45 min for a people transporter to take us to our gate. I was at the back of the plane and I swear it seemed like they only had one bus making the (long) journey back and forth. All told I arrived over two hours late to my destination for reasons that are likely poor business design. Not a great experience."

Nadelen: "Old aircraft, 747 , seats very comfortable but no flat beds.. Choice of movies but mostly second grade."
Nadelen: "Our connection flight from Germany was changed and we were not informed meaning we land in Germany after the flight has departed. We're forced to buy a last minute flight with a different airline to ensure we do not miss our honeymoon plans"

Nadelen: "Being charged 5700baht on arrival check in for luggage. No mention of this as I booked through kayak!!!"

Nadelen: "Boarding in Brussels is always a hassle. The plane is never ready for boarding and one has to wait long time to access the plane. They start boarding but do not open the doors of the plane so everybody has to wait long in the tunnel to access the plane. It would be better not to start boarding."
Voordelen: "The crew are very friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment options, with recent films, tv shows and music options to keep you busy. I also thought the food options were good, too. You didn't go too long without being asked about a new beverage or meal, pretty satisfying."
Nadelen: "The comfort could have been better. I find myself a little fidgety on flights anyway but I also had a sore back and couldn't seem to find a way to get completely comfortable, but I have had worse!"

Nadelen: "Food was worse than what I had come to expect from Cathay Pacific. Drinks were less frequent. Restroom facilities were not well kept over the course of the flight."

Nadelen: "Customer service from the cathy pacific crew are not good at all.. I flight business to and from asia to the USA at least 3-4 times a year.. cathy pacific was such a disappointment.."

Nadelen: "Why would I have an access to the Cathay Pacific VIP lounge at Gate 65 when my boarding is more than a mile away at Gate 3. There was a VIP lounge at around Gate 4, why was I not given access to that one? As it was I almost missed my flight because of the one mile scramble from the VIP lounge."

Nadelen: "At the HK airport the lady attending the check in, I believe her name is Tammy, I could not understand exactly what she was asking me to do because her voice was so low and her English was not clear. When I did not comply to what she was asking she very rudely did what she was asking me to do yet I could not hear or understand her. She even rolled her eyes. Very uncalled for and rude."
Nadelen: "Flight was late. I understand that there could be unexpected problems. But please do not say that due to 'operational reasons'. Sounds like BS. Tell us he actual reason. Arrived late, engine problems, passenger missing, etc."
Nadelen: "There was a long delay when boarding the connecting flight to SGN and there weren't any clear updates on the flight status. I didn't mind the wait so much but I wish they had announced the current status more clearly."
Nadelen: "Flight to Hongkong arrived late in Hongkong hence had to stay extra 31/2 hours in Honking to wait for the next flight to New York!"
Voordelen: "Just great all round"

Nadelen: "Present long security questions and many times checkings at airport before departure specially from Hongkong"

Voordelen: "CX still has good offerings on flights from their home in Hong Kong to other destinations."
Nadelen: "However, CX for International Regional is, in no way, comparable to their better long-haul routes. That being said, the entire airline has lost its luster like their home country is losing their value with prices going up and value for-the-dollar going down."

Nadelen: "I remember Cathay pacific having nice planes, but I guess things have changed. Plane, bathrooms, everything was downright dirty. Basically the only thing Cathay Pacific has going for it is direct LAX to HK, but that's it. I will try to avoid Cathay in the future"

Nadelen: "The particular flight we took lands in LAX at 1420 hrs,, height of arrivals. Immigration took us an 2 hours to clear. Perhaps CX can adjust their arrival time by an hour or so to avoid the peak arrival time of many flights."

Nadelen: "Plane got delayed for an hour, WITHOUT any air conditioning. I forgot what the captain said about the HKG airport not capable of providing air conditioning to the plane. Anyway, I began sweating after 10 mins, and it sucks."
