Voordelen: "We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight."

Nadelen: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Nadelen: "Not helpful with stroller. Wanted us to sign off that they were not responsible for if stroller broke while handling it. Insane. They said it “might “ to big even though they didn’t know what measurements would be too big. We’ve flown for the last 3 years with this stroller but different airlines and never heard of such thing. (Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Nadelen: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Nadelen: "SAS charged me 70 Euros for a small 14 KG carryon luggage. It should have been free. Even Ryan air only charged 35$ for a checked bag. This was ridiculous and service was poor."

Nadelen: "Check in was unorganized--many of us had tickets with unassigned seats that weren't taken care of till right before the flight. A situation which every system listed us as on standby--even if that wasn't true."

Nadelen: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Nadelen: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"

Nadelen: "At self check-in, we received a message that we had been placed on standby and that our seats were no longer guaranteed (for the SECOND time this trip with no explanation despite our having purchased our tickets quite some time ago). We were directed to the gate for questions. No one manned the gate until right before boarding. We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

Nadelen: "Cheap airline, entertainment system failure, paying for soft drinks?????? Food was an absolute disaster on one flight and no food service at all on the second flight. Abysmal service on both legs. Call for further details."

Voordelen: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Nadelen: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Nadelen: "Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight."

Nadelen: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."

Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

Nadelen: "A wheelchair was requested in Philadelphia, but it was not there. The crew called 8 times, but no one came. I finally grabbed an abandoned wheelchair and pushed my mom through 2 terminals to catch our plane that was already boarding. ☹️"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine."
Nadelen: "All the choices to eat were laden with gluten, salt, and sugar. Surely a salad is no heavier than what they carry, but might not last as long. For those of us gluten-sensitive, watching our glucose levels, or salt intake there’s nothing. A 40 minute gate change from B29 to A11 in PHX was barely long enough to walk far less find and buy a healthy meal. Yet again I arose at 4am and had nothing to eat until after 4pm. ALL the airlines can do better."

Nadelen: "There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed from 10:30 pm to 12:30pm which resulted in scrambling for a car and hotel"

Nadelen: "The flight was over an hour late and we were not given an update until we started boarding. No alternatives were offered to those with tight connections."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "Food for 9 h wish to be better: dinner was cold (you could feel that chicken was warmed in microwave, but pasta was just taken from fridge), breakfast was pathetic. In last seats to many overhead compartments was secured for equipment or occupied by crew"

Voordelen: "Not much ch, safe arrival in BCN, the captains communication."
Nadelen: "The crew felt like they were wanting to yell at people and they took power pride actions to do so. If I did not know better, I thought there was a moment when the meal service was actually being tossed...but that would require effort and exertion. Asking for ice is a no no, please do not do so."

Nadelen: "i got to the airport 2.5 hours befor my flight to play it safe and waited at the check in for about a hour befor a air canada employe even showed up. vary poor service on the airlines part i will never fly with air canada again."

Voordelen: "The crew was excellent despite the fact that we were delayed 3 hours due to a broken fuel pump. They were also nice enough to give us a free dinner due to the inconvenience, and let us come off the plane to stretch our legs while we waited. Overall, excellent job handling something that was out of their control."
Nadelen: "Was not very pleased with the fuel pump being broken. Not sure how far ahead they knew it was broken, but if they were able to tell me my flight would be delayed 3 hours earlier, I could have extended my vacation. Additionally, the selections on the Air Canada entertainment app are far worse than the Westjet ones."

Voordelen: "I pre-ordered a breakfast, it was fresh and tasted good."
Nadelen: "The flight crew needed us to check our carry on luggage, due to space issues, but I noticed that there was a lot of extra space in the upper storage that hadn't been used."

Nadelen: "Les points moins agréables sont la connexion à votre application. Il m’a pris 30 minutes avant d’avoir accès au menu du lecteur électronique. Puis, le service des agentes leur du premier vol était ordinaire. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un verre d’eau. La première fois, j’étais un fantôme. Elle n’a que servit la personne à côté de moi. La deuxième fois, elle avait oublié."

Voordelen: "Super bon service, tout les employés étaient souriants et avenants. Très bon vol, tout le côté divertissement super"

Voordelen: "Nous avons connu des difficultés techniques au niveau des divertissements disponibles. Les écrans ne fonctionnaient pas durant toute la durée du trajet mais, heureusement, le personnel d'Air Canada nous a offert une carte de rabais pour un prochain vol."

Voordelen: "Malgré le retard du vol précédent, j'ai été prise en charge pour embarquer dans ma correspondance pour Paris."
Nadelen: "Le personnel était mal aimable. Pas de sourire, pas de formules de politesse. J'adore air Canada mais l'équipage que j'ai eu pour ce vol ne reflétait pas du tout un esprit de service. Et ma valise n'a pas suivi jusqu'à Paris ! J'ai du annuler une partie de mes vacances!"

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "First meal was frozen. Bread, veggies and brownie cake were frozen while the chicken and rice wasn't appetizing. Flight crew should be more aware of the first row seats when pushing their food carts down and now bumping into passengers tvset."

Nadelen: "Nalgré avis donné à l'agent de bord de l'état d'ébriété de 2 passagers, ces derniers ont reçu 7 vodka tonic. L'agence connaissait car clients réguliers. Ils avaient de la difficultés à descendre de l'avion. Déplorable."

Nadelen: "L'odeur des toilettes, pas longtemps mais assez."

Nadelen: "L'agent qui vérifiait les billets d'embarquement a été bête avec moi car je suis passé à travers la ligne de la zone 3 à la zone 1-2 (où il n'y avait plus personne). Tous les clients zone 1 à 3 avaient été appelés. Mais elle a refusé de passer mon boarding pass et m'a demandé sèchement de retourner en arrière de la ligne de la zone 3. Je n'ai pas apprécié son attitude bête."
