Nadelen: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

And bvos of that, Emirates staff didnt allow me to chkin my dutyfree stuff which they threw away.. i want to be compensated for that."

Nadelen: "Boarding experience was cumbersome and overly complicated. After going through the whole security screening process to enter the departures area (I boarded in Singapore), the whole security process is performed again to get to the gate. Why do I and my carry-on luggage need to be checked twice? Once at the gate, all passengers are herded like sheep into an area that has insufficient seats for the number of passengers, so many are left to stand or sit on the floor. If the airline wants to use a plane that carries 500+ passengers, then use a gate that can accommodate that number."

Voordelen: "We will highly recommend to use this airline. We will try again to flight to any city that we know they will have connections . Is worth it to plan to stay a few days in Dubai. Is a great city , unique, different."

Nadelen: "I shouldn't be forced to change my seat just because a hostess told me to then she was rude to me because I didn't then I finally changed my seat and she was ok- I don't think this is appropriate"

Disappointment does not even begin to describe the emotion of losing this once in a lifetime opportunity."

I have done it on two other flights. When I arrived people had me running all over the place trying to get information on why I was not eligible. If I knew it was based on rate or it was clearer on the website I would not have booked the flight."

Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Crew was excellent Seats very short on leg room and hard cushions"

Voordelen: "The flight waited for us as transit after delay of the firs flight from Munich"
Nadelen: "1. the food was a disaster. 2. The noise on the flight from a group of passengers was terrible, no way to sleep or rest. 3. The staff did not try to calm the people the steward laugh me when I complained.."

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "They ran out of the dinner with meat option. They offered sandwiches to some people as a snack but not sure why some people got them. The crew is okay not that friendly."

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"
Nadelen: "Le facial spray de Swiss et les chaussettes qui ne sont pas très agréable!!"

Voordelen: "We left on time, arrived on time. Flight went well despite lasting over 10h30"
Nadelen: "Two of the flight attrendants in our area were in a bad mood and it showed."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "Our bags were lost in Zurich but the gentleman at the ticket counter was amazing! He even called before we left the airport saying that he had found our bag in Zurich"

Voordelen: "Avion neuf et confortable. Collaborateurs à bord très sympathique et souriant. Siège ultra confort. Un vol en douceur"
Nadelen: "Pas de divertissement dans l’avion."

Voordelen: "Spacious Aircraft, nice business class, friendly crew, punctual flight"

Nadelen: "Je n’ai jamais pu embarquer avec mes deux enfants la compagnie ne m’a jamais envoyé le scann code pour l’embarquement"

Nadelen: "The flight from LAX Ron Istambul was delayed for 2.5h, then the flight from Istanbul to belgrade was delayed by 3.5h. Then we learned that our luggage did not arrive, after waiting for all the bags to come out. This was by far the worst flight we have ever experienced!"

Voordelen: "The cabin crew was very pleasant and the service was great. Food was well prepared and served quickly."

Voordelen: "The food and the staff are excellent. 90% of the time I can get an exit row seat as I am 6 foot 2. I fly Turkish airlines frequently. This time the plane was full, so I understand that it was not possible."
Nadelen: "A passenger and his wife were not seated together, so the passenger wanted to stand in the isle and talk to his wife over the top of me for significant portions of the fight. In a full flight keeping passengers out of the isle os key. I know this was a difficult flight for the crew."

Nadelen: "They pack biz seats in 7 across. Most airlines go with 6 across. Lack of space and they charge the same as other airlines. Low value for the money charged. Much better value using if you use any other airline."

Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."

Nadelen: "Le manque de sollicitude pour établir le billet pour la connexion IST YUL, suite à la non connaissance du nouveau contrôle AVE pour les entrées au Canada."

Turkish economise des droits d aeroports sur le dos de sa clientele Personnel de l aeroport ne fait que taper la discute entre eux alors que la clientele n en peut plus d attendre.."

Voordelen: "Very professional. Also the transfer in Istanbul was very easy."
Nadelen: "I felt cramped in my seat. the footrest, rather than helping, got in the way of extending my legs."

Voordelen: "The food was the best airplane food I've ever had and the alcohol was free. (By contrast, our SAS flight cost nearly twice as much, left two hours late, causing us to miss our connection, the food was medicore, and the alcohol cost extra). The warm towels were a nice touch. I also appreciated the video regarding in-seat stretching exercises, which were particularly helpful on a long flight. It was nice to board from both the the back and the front of the plane."
Nadelen: "The seats were too cramped for an 11+ hour flight. One minor annoyance: the flight left in the morning and remained sunlit the whole way as we were heading west. The passenger behind us was trying to sleep and complained to the crew about our shade being up even though she was not wearing the eye covers the crew had given everyone. The crew asked us (politely) more than once to put the shade down, but the electric light was not sufficient for our reading. I don't fault the crew for trying to accommodate an unhappy passenger, but it was an imposition on us as well."

Nadelen: "Worst flight I have ever been in. Horrible leg space. It was so uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "It was delaid too long"
